Let s be honest, Vasa and Golds Gym have been notorious for their terrible customer service. This phone call today changed all that. The guy I spoke with down at the corporate office was extremely helpful and understanding. Even offered solutions that I hadn t thought to ask questions about. Just renewed my faith in this company.
