I need to add guest privileges to my account so I went online to chat with one of the agents to see if I could do it today. She knew exactly what I needed and efficiently took care of it. Thank you Maddy!

Terrible company! You hide behind the the looping message on the phone and long wait times. If you are trying so hard to improve your customer service, Step up to the Plate! Place your employee's inside the VASA gym. Post the days and hours at each facility that you will be there for direct help. You have more hidden fee's and 30 days written notice for cancellation...BS. I am trying to think what other company takes 30 days to pull the plug on an account? You would not have to worry about people cancelling if you had any customer service. Since you do not have Customer Service you have to make it difficult to cancel and oh yes, less than 6 month account.... ANOTHER Fee!!

I was able to complete what I neeeded to get done so much faster and the best part was he explained how it could all be done online instead of having to go into a VASA gym which saved me a ton of time.

I wish I could give them 0 of 5 Stars. Very disappointed with the hidden fees. The gym that my membership was associated with got shut down without notification (That was the gym's fault). I called on the day of my last payment and they didn't process it for another 5 days! So of course I get charged for another $20 plus biannual fee of $15 plus $25 cancellation fee that is not clearly stated in the contract. Not all of this is their fault. Technically, all of the charges are correct. So $60 in hidden fees later my suggestion is avoid this company!

I had been trying for several weeks to get in contact with someone at Paramount Acceptance to confirm the cancellation of a Vasa Fitness membership for my wife and I. I would call their toll free number, but after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, it would hang up or say that I'd receive a call back -- only to begin the long, arduous game of phone tag when I couldn't answer the phone for the callback. Finally, I went to their online chatroom and spoke with Hannah. As a company, I feel they should receive 1 star for their lackluster customer service, but solely because of Hannah does this company get five stars. She made sure I had written confirmation of both cancellations and was a delight to deal with. Paramount, you need to figure something out with your customer service methods in general, but I'll say if you keep hiring people like Hannah, you'll be much better off for it.

The ONLY reason I m leaving this company 3 stars is because of the representative i talked to today, his name was Cole and he was very helpful. I tried to cancel my membership a while ago, they never cancelled it even though they SAID they did, found out from Cole they have been double charging me for OVER A YEAR, not to mention they charged me like $120 last month for no reason. He is the only person that has ever told me this and promised me he would get back to Monday with how much my refund will be because they have been double charging me for so long. Will definitely not be returning to this gym, also this is not the first time that I have heard that this has happened, so just be cautious. As for Cole, give that guy a raise, he deserves it.

I dont know why a represntive from the company would promise me something and not deliver.

Horrendous service/customer service!! If you are a company thinking of using Paramount DON'T you will lose customers!! I called asking why they are emailing me saying they are being declined payment and clearly it shows on my bank statement that they DID take the money out and the rep said " I don't know what to tell you" She said I would have to request the gym NOT take my fee's out automatically and I would have to go to the gym each month personally and pay them. For a company that is supposed to be a convenience for the gym they aren't making it easy for the customer!! AND they charged me and extra $40 for something that is going wrong on THEIR end. Oh, did I mention this is about the 3rd incident I've had to deal with them? Totally unprofessional

I have to admit, when I first read the reviews about this company I was dreading making the call that I needed to make to them yesterday. I had a credit card that was compromised and subsequently had to have my card number changed. I didn't realize I hadn't updated it with Paramount (I am a Vasa Gym member) and subsequently was charged three late fees. I called and spoke with Bernice and I have to say I was so thrilled with the level of customer service I received. We did a three-way call with my credit card company who confirmed that my card had fraudulent charges on it and that the number was changed. Bernice remove all three late fees with not another word or argument which I was very pleased about. She told me they were trying very hard to improve their customer service and I have to say I applaud them for their efforts. It's one thing to get a lot of negative feedback through various social media outlets but to actually take that feedback and do something about it is a really great thing for a company to do for itself and its customers. Thank you Paramount for a very positive experience!

They charged me a month ahead of time for their yearly dues so they can buy more equipment, which they don't. I asked for a refund on it and to charge me the correct amount. They said sorry you should have canceled 30 days before, that would have given me only 5 days to decide if I wanted to stay.

Vasa is a really nice gym! Very clean and the staff is super friendly! Great equipment too. The customer service at the corporate level is also amazing!

Nancy, who is a representative at the corporate office center with Paramount Associates, worked with me yesterday to resolve an issue and answer a couple of questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It was refreshing to be treated so nice and have all of my questions answered. Nancy showed how Vasa, together with Paramount, really puts their members first. More companies should provide excellent service at every level like Vasa and Paramount do!

Called spoked they have no record of me changing it, so there is no way they can wave the late fee. They want Bank of America to send them a letter stating that they (B of A) is at fault. I'm leaving only one star here for a very specific reason. Paramount Acceptance / Vasa Fitness make it incredibly difficult to cancel a membership. Literally took me a month and a half to finally get hold of someone. They actually finally answered the phone. Why a person can't just go on the app and cancel is beyond me. I was told I could do just that but I could never get that to work either. After putting all of the information in that was required I would always get an error message that they couldn't find my membership. Very frustrating experience. Not to mention its a "month to month" membership yet you have to stay on for 6 months before you can cancel? I will say the person I talked with yesterday was great. Very professional and helped me get some what I needed to get done. She gets 5 stars... Paramount... Still just one.

Drew was great and was able to change the card info to a new card and waived the additional fee for me after talking with his manager. Thanks for making this process easier for me & not making me jump through hoops to get that waived. Every dollar counts.

Said she would call me back because there were no supervisors call me back by tomorrow. Already told her no that s the problem tomorrow will be too late and they ll add a late fee.she Was a bit snippy on the issue and hung up. So I called back and Steve answered. I called customer service and they put me on hold for 10 Minutes to review my account only to come back and tell me that they can t issue a refund so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep laughed at me, kept interrupting me as I was asking questions, and was flat out rude! I had to call back in and speak to a different rep and he said I would have to speak to their supervisor. He sent me to the supervisor and again no answer! This company will continue to take your money regardless of your cancelation request! They have an F rating on the BBB for a number of complaints! They are stealing my money!

NEVER GO TO Vasa Fitness! They use Paramount Acceptance! it is so easy to sign up but almost impossible to cancel! first Vasa Fitness will tell you you wont get charged if you cancel within 6 months (for the $20 month to month plan) but then you try and Paramount Acceptance tells you you will. this happened to me, so I waited to not pay that fee. then I tried to cancel online so I didn't have to pay any more monthly payments... I got charged again! I called and they said they had nothing on file that showed I cancelled!!!!! so I ended up calling to cancel, got hung up on, got told I have to do it online or have to call Vasa corporate. I called Vasa corporate and was told it needs to be done online, so I told them I only want to do it over the phone. the lady was nice enough to do it over the phone. So, now, $87 more than what I was planning on spending my account is "cancelled" but I haven't received any emails like they said I would! They do not take care of there customers only themselves! NEVER GO TO Vasa Fitness!
