My boyfriend has had a horrible time canceling his gym membership. Good luck trying to get customer service. I have been on hold of 1 hour and 6 minutes last I looked. Trying to cancel this gym membership since moving out of state has been a nightmare. The contract that is now completed. He has been paying for something he cannot use and they have billed him during the stay at home orders! He left a message a month ago and they never returned my call. Staying on hold or leaving a message as they suggest (they will call you back) doesn't seem to get any results! Bodifi has not been any help either. Horrible, it feels like entrapment.
