I called to cancel my son's gym membership today thinking it was going to be a hassle. I got connected to Nancy and she was from the start extremely nice and professional. Nancy was understanding and very helpful with my situation. My experience today was seriously the best customer service I've had in a while over the phone. Thank you!!
