Stay as far away from this company as possible. I called in to find out about what type of Zebra printer to use for our business and Jason the sales rep was rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. I asked simple questions and all of his responses were critical and condescending. I mentioned I would leave a review about his service and he said "I would love that".
Had trouble with lost shipment but customer service tracked the package for me and helped me avoid late shipment of labels. Only reason for 1 star was out of the hands of this company.
