This is really a good hotel, but it always lacks that little extra. Super-friendly service, very good breakfast and a nice lounge restaurant that has food service 24 hours a day, but it doesn't really go as far as the goal. Ordered 3 spoons ice cream for my son. It was served with salt! Got new, but had this been a great hotel (and not just good) then they had tossed a couple of balls extra - we got 3 bullets (albeit without salt this time). The room was toilet tight and there was a leak from the bathroom and out into the bedroom. We got a new room which was a bit bigger. Had this been a great hotel (and not just good) then they had, for example, spent breakfast as well. This is an ok hotel but don't expect anything more than just what you paid for.
