Had an open claim on my roof which was about to be replaced. Mike said it wouldn't be a problem and I paid in full. The underwriter then disagreed and said I had 30 days to replace the roof and would otherwise cancel the policy. Roofers were 45 days out. Thanks Mike.
Mike is great! He and his staff are super friendly and helpful. Not only are they on top of their stuff! Mike saved us over $100/month on our auto and renters insurance! Who doesn't like to save money?! I highly recommend going through Mike for your insurance needs.
Well apparently after paying my homeowners insurance for 15 years, they can rudely tell you they cant insure you any longer without even a phone call, and over two boards on the out side of my house that have nothing to do with structure. And then expect the repairs to happen in the winter months. Apparently this company doesnt care about there customers at all. I will gladly give my business to someone else.
I recently had a hit and run accident. I contacted, my insurer Micheal Stein Insurance agency. As always they are so helpful and friendly. This is the first time I had an insurance claim. They were so kind and helpful in providing me with the information I needed. Concerned about my well being that I was ok. Followed up with a phone call and email . The processing my claim with my insurance adjuster was similar helpful, kind concerned that I was ok. It was and is a pleasure to do business with an insurance agency that cares about you and does a great job in providing service.
After having a homeowners policy with Mike's office for a decade, I decided to combine my auto insurance and get a better rate. Unfortunately, after setting up the policy, I was informed that the price quote I was given was incorrect, and that there would be an increased cost. This was understandable, however, the increase in price was quoted as three different values, before a fourth amount was actually charged. Speaking to the office provided no help, and we chose to cancel our policy and go to Progressive.
This was only the beginning of our 4-month journey to be rid of Farm Bureau, as we continued to be charged for the canceled policy. Each time we were given an apology and promise that the issue had been resolved, only to find that this was not in fact the case the next month. After many back-and-forth conversations with the Farm Bureau billing department, we were told that they agreed that we had not been treated fairly by Mike's office, but that they would have to be the ones who helped make it right.
We decided to simply take the final $100 hit, and will never do business with Mike, or Farm Bureau, ever again. Mike has remained unresponsive, despite many requests to his various employees to have him return my call.
Have tried multiple times to check my insurance costs and comparisons..not effective..had new corporate or some new person who said they would take care of the issue..they did not!! Such poor communication with farm bureau..all they care..is that my bill is overdue!! Never will recommend..will end when july implements changes..thanks farm bureau for nothing
