I bought my Tundra from Panama City Toyota in 2009. It is a great truck. I only have 64,000 miles on it, and so far, ten years now, Panama City Toyota has done a superb job of keeping my truck reliable and dependable. Your Service Advisor, Patrick Tansey was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I am hoping to keep my truck another ten years, and intend to have it serviced and maintained by Panama City Toyota.

Absolutely terrible salesmen. Sean and Ken should be retrained or fired. $36k for a access cab tacoma on the lot over 100 days, not even 4x4! Jesus. Made a reasonable offer of 31-32K and they both laughed! Guess Ill get the off road or 4x4 with my local dealers when they come back in stock.

They told me that i needed certain parts to fix my ac. I asked are you sure that it will fix it. He said i have the best ac guy working on it, and that he's been there for about 30 years. It cost me about $1200.00 to get the ac fixed. I get the car back and the ac works for an hour and a half and starts doing the same thing that it was doing before and stops working again. So I take it back and they tell me it is going to cost me another $2200.00 to get the air compressor replaced which is what we tried to tell them about to begin with. They wouldn't listen. They took what we had the first time and guaranteed that our ac was properly working. Now they are wanting this additional money that we don't have to fix what should have been fixed to begin with.

I wanted to leave, and expected that they would charge me for 3 hours, but there was no charge. The check engine light has not reappeared, either.

Customer Service is something to be desired. I am unsure of the man's position, I assume a general sales manager. Not the friendliest person.
We went to Panama City Toyota to look at a car advertised on their website unknown to us they had already had sold that car and did not update their website and so that was okay but our sales man wanted to show us another car which was a nice car and we gave him all our information but that it just wasn't in our price range and we accepted that. We did like the car he had shown us but the price wasn't for us, on our way out he stopped us to see if he could present them another price they could work with and we were like alright we can ask if they were willing to work with that price. These weren't even numbers we came up with but by the salesman but to us it seemed reasonable. When the manager came over he basically asked if we were serious about our asking price and did we really think they could accept that offer? He made it seem as though we shouldn't have even bothered that our offer was a joke. His words were did we honestly think he could take that much off? (In a very much condescending manner) I would like him to know that first of all we were leaving because the car that we were interested in wasn't even available and had been sold despite what their website stated but your salesman wanted to show us another car we may be interested in but we did explain to him that it wasn't in our price range in the beginning and we accepted that and were leaving, but that your salesman is the one who stopped us to see if Toyota would accept a lower offer and okay they did not, but it honestly really did not hurt to ask being as though your salesman made it seem like it could be possible. The salesman being the one pitching the whole price. What the manager should have said was I apologize but we just cant go that low and left it at that in a polite manner. I would have in kind accepted no big deal but if I have to actually leave a review than you know something went wrong. The sales manager did not make our first experience wanting to buy a car at a dealership a worth while moment. I have only given a 2 star rating because the salesman himself was a kind man and just like us did not know what kind of possible deal the dealership would actually consider and that he truly wanted to work with us and my young daughter liked their children's playroom which was one of their only positives.

Yesterday was the worst car shopping day of my life. The salesman knew nothing about the cars, money, math.... nothing. I told him I was selling my car the next day and would be making a purchase shortly after that. Well, when it came down to business, I was asked to call the buyer of my car so he could hear if I was telling the truth. Next, since they are in temp buildings, I could hear the salesman and his manager discussing how to trick me into buying that day. Then after further back and forth tactics, I overheard them say I was playing a game and was not really buying. I asked for my license back so I could leave 6 times only to find out that the salesman lost it. I had to go search for it in the cars I test drove. I want to say to the managers here, I was really shopping, I am now driving hours out of town just to avoid giving this place my business. Maybe you should understand that I planned on coming in the next business day. You just lost a $45,000 sale to stupid sales tactics. Be real and genuine with people!

Dealership is massive, the inside looks grand but their service department killed the over all experience. Drove 90 miles from my home bc they said they could fix my issue before they closed. Due to the rain and a bad seal in my 16 tacoma 3rd brake light, I had a puddle in my backseat from the issue. I sit in the dealer for an hour and half, for them to tell me that they don't have time to fix the issue today to come back. If I would have known that they were not going to have time to fix it I wouldn't have drove 90 miles there. Couldn't leave my truck there while I rented a vehicle bc I lack the age but they didn't even offer me a loaner or a shuttle back home like the Fort Walton Beach Toyota does. What a waste of gas and overall experience of the impressive dealership.

In August 2017 I talked to their Salesman Mike Corliss about trading my 2016 Highlander for a 2017. He told me about the new safety features now available that were not on the 2016 model. After Mike understood what I wanted, he found exactly the Highlander I wanted, got it on site quickly and made me a great deal for a better vehicle. Went in to see if I could get into a lease and all they did was pull my credit. And gave me a hard no. The sales man was very nice but very inexperienced.
I recommend going to Bill Cramer Chevrolet in panama city. Very experienced individuals, up front, and honest. Told me what I needed in order to get a lease and never even asked for a social security number.

I went to Toyota last week because my dad took me there. I didn t want to go. I was actually determined not to buy a car there because I had another dealer in mind with cheaper options. However, Nathan, the sales representative that assisted me did an incredible job. He wasn t arrogant and he didn t allow my negativity to deter him. He listened to my reason why I didn t want to buy and took them into account as he showed me my options. I m extremely difficult to deal with when my mind is made up. Terrible service, terrible attitude unprofessiona, and Shady business in general these are terms you should think of when you think about dealing with Panama City Toyota. They will even make you pay a $500 deposit on a vehicle so they will hold it on the lot for you until you can see if your bank will finance it for you. They have vehicles on the lot that they say are too old and that their financing sources cannot Finance forcing you to have to go to your bank to see if they will finance for you. There is much more to this story but honestly I don't want to waste the time to ride it like I said the terms above pretty well speak for what you can find it this dealership.

We've bought vehicles from here as a family for years, but I'll never buy from here again, and no one else from our group will. Felt rushed, but I should accept some blame for not looking over the final offer with more care.
I was worn out and been there all day battling over a pathfinder. (Fun side note, I have to get it towed- it will not quit stalling, now a $4,500.00 repair bill. Not done with that yet! ) I paid to much for the Pathfinder-and in general- they most likely knew these vehicles had issues.
Told me the price would be closer to 20k. But then on the final paper marked it back up to about 25k before you add on all the fees. -Thus the Bait and switch- I've learned the hard way. My mother is in the Market for a new high end suv. I'll take her else where.

This place is behind the times. The first Toyota I have been to that you couldn't book a service appointment on line. They didn't know how to call in my Toyota care services, I had to tell them how and when you do fill out the service appointment request online they call you and ask the same questions you filled out online instead of confirming it's like don't even get the information. Also they asked me what the 50,000 mile Toyota care covered?!?!?! IDK you're supposed to know. When I would log in to my old dealership online it told me what I needed next in Toyota care. This place needs a little more updating.

I felt like customer service and making sure all my questions are answered was a priority to him and I did not have to wait very long for my car to be diagnosed. The dealership even offers a free shuttle so you don't have to waste time in a waiting room, and Rita, the shuttle driver, is charming and pleasant to chat with. I will definitely be back and will probably be buying future vehicles from this dealership because they have integrity and their cars are quality vehicles. their customer service is A cut above everyone else, and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Went to this dealership because it was the closes dealership with the used vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had called the night before my visit and got the prices for the vehicle I was interested in. I had talked to the Receptionist and I was promptly transferred to Clint Taylor who was my Salesperson. He made sure the vehicle I was interested was in stock and He was very friendly and honest. After confirming the vehicle was in stock, I informed I would like a sight unseen trade for the vehicle I was trading in. I lived about 2 hours away from this dealership and I wanted all the numbers solid before I made my trip down there to test drive and potentially purchase the vehicle. After agreeing with the numbers I called my bank. I needed a buyers order, so I called the dealership back. Ramsey who was the Internet Manager at the store that night had provided my bank with a buyer's order very quickly as well as given me $500 more for my trade due to the Toyota-thon promotion they were having.

The next day I priced up my check from my bank and headed down to Panama City. Clint had called me to follow up that he would be in today and would like to know if I would like to swing by. I let him know I would be there around noon. I was a bit late but Clint made sure to follow up with me and also gave me directions over the phone because I was unfamiliar with the area. As I got to the dealership he was waiting for me at the front of the building with the vehicle of interest cleaned up and ready for a test drive. I told him I am in a rush as I have to be home at a certain time. I took the vehicle for a test drive with Clint and my daughter who is a toddler. Clint was very knowledgeable and and versed in the options of the vehicle. He gave me plenty of details about the Toyota Certified Used program that my car would be covered under.

After the test drive we got the papers filled out. Clint did all the leg work and I had just need to sign the paperwork. Once all that was done we had to just wait for the finance manager to seal the deal. While waiting Clint had gotten the vehicle Detailed again which I thought was not need but, sure why not. Also had the vehicle fuel tank filled up to full. He had parked the vehicle next to my trade so that I would be able to transfer my belongings easily. They even cleaned the car seat that I had my daughter in as I left it in the vehicle. As we waited the dealership had some snacks and drinks we helped ourselves to. They even had a kid's play room.

Clint put me in line with the Finance Manager Brandon, we worked through the paperwork and he was very detailed and answered any questions I had the forms I was signing.

All in all the experience was great. Easy to deal with pricing if you know what you want, Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding that I needed to be prompt. Facility was great, organized, and clean.

I would buy again from this dealer and highly recommend working with Clint, Ramsey, and Brandon.

Great customer service! From the moment you pull in to have your car serviced, a personal advisor greets you at your car door to find out your problem. That person stays with you and keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. My advisor Patrick Tansey was kind and listen to my concerns. I even met my mechanic! The area for waiting customers is comfortable, spacious with beverages and snacks, allowing you to be chat with others. I recommend Panama City Toyota's service department to all my friends.

DONT TRUST THEIR REPAIR DEPT! I was stranded 1.5 hours from home in panama city and had my vehicle towed to PC Toyota. Several days later they found the problem was an air sensor and over $1,000 later I had my truck back. On the way home, the truck started acting up and many dash lights lit up. I managed to make it home and to my regular mechanic. They found a bent pin in a module that PC Toyota must have bent when plugging the module back in during their search for the original problem. Cost me over $300 to get that pin fixed and when I wrote to PCToy. to seek a little help with the cost since it was their mechanics mistake, they simply ignored my request and refused to reply at all.

Not worth the risk to trust these people with repairs.

Went to the Toyota dealership to look for a used car. Worked with John Nicholson and enjoyed my time there. I don't usually like going into a dealership because of the pushy salesmen but John was not that way. He listened to my wants and needs and did his best to find a vehicle that met both criteria. I ended up buying a new vehicle and I'm very happy with my purchase. John made sure my new car was cleaned up from the lot dust, it was buffed out and any thing I noticed was corrected. He spent time with me showing me how the different controls work. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. He takes his time with you and really works to find you what you want. Great experience!!
