as we drove into Florida, the maintenance required light came on. Went by the dealership to Service Dept entrance and met Joseph Overby. Made appointment for next day to check the '15 Highlander. My special thanks to Joseph and others who very courteous, respectful, alert and made us out of towners feel very welcome. "Relationships are made" is REAL at Panama City Toyota!
