I inquired about a car and decided that it was more than I could afford so they keep calling me until a price that was agreeable to me was approved by both parties. They set a time and a date for me to come in and get the car and sign the final papers. When I get there it was a not the make model that I wanted. I was told at that point that they had just sold the ford fiesta about 30 minutes before. They wasted my time and caused my credit score to drop 8 points with their endlest credit checks. No apology for what they did. They took advantage of a disabled elderly widow.

Have looked at all local dealerships to trade in my vehicle for a newer used vehicle, no dealership would come close to pay off. Went to Toyota because a friend recommend i talk to DJ. Went and got paired up with Will Conner, told him my limitations on price and what type and features my next vehicle needed to have in it. He found two on his lot, we aimed for the newer one. They found more money in my trade than any other dealer ( over my payoff) and reduced the price of the vehicle i wanted to buy. I DID NOT LEAVE WITH MY NEW VEHICLE, I waited till the next day to pick it up because they wanted to detail it and send my off with a full gas tank. Thanks to Toyota.

I've heard great things about Toyota vehicles and their warranties. I started looking online at Panama City Toyota and Marrianna Toyota. I even went to Mazda, Honda, Kia dealerships in person and online. Just to look and listen. I had been to Panama City Toyota 3 times already and came back a fourth time. Caleb always greeted us like life long friends. He took his time always listened to me ramble, never rushed me. We went for a test drive in a 2019 Toyota Yaris. I liked the way it handled, even has a sport mode in it. To make a long story short.....I bought my first ever brand new car from him. I've had it almost a week and im in love with her, I even named her "Joy". He spoke to his sales manager and got the price down by five grand so I could qualify through my bank. He went above and beyond...what more could you ask for. Now I have a brand new car that I'm the only owner of. Plus I'm part of the Toyota family. Ten year 100 thousand mile warranty among other great features. Thank you Caleb and Toyota of Panama City!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I had called in to inquire about a service I needed done. I asked if they had anything available for that day or if I needed an appointment. The person on the phone told me, "We are NOT taking appointments ." Something to due with Hurricane Michael and to just bring it in before 4 PM since that was the time they closed. I get to the dealership at 2:20 pm. Two employees that drive the cars come talk to me say someone will be out to speak to me shortly. After 40 mins of me waiting patiently ( 2 other cars that came in after me got serviced and the employees were clearly ignoring me) I go to speak to someone myself. For them to only turn me away since I didnt have an appointment. I WAS FURIOUS! I left crying. Apparently the people who answer the phones are a different department even when you call parts and services number. No communication.Horrible customer service from everyone! If someone would have come to me right away and said I'm sorry but we made a mistake, I would of left. But you ignore a customer for 40 mins!!

When my vehicle was finished, the Service Writer brought to my attention the front brakes had 4mm of wearable surface left. As I plan to travel out of town over Christmas I asked if the pads could be replaced and rotors turned yet today? He said it could be done. Perhaps a little more than an hour later the vehicle was completed.
The improvement in stopping was noticable.

I wanted to lease a truck from them and spoke to a young salesman(not gonna mention names) he had no clue how the lease process goes, I mean zero, Nada. He was a fast talker but all I heard was a bunch of non sense coming out, he had to run back and forth to his boss to I guess make any kind of decision.Finally his boss comes out after I've been there for three hours and says I can't lease you that truck for that..I'll lose money! Really! Three hours in, what a waste of my time. I'm going to the one in Ft. Walton.

Jacob Davis is respectfully helpful. The staff loved to tease him about being new and it was fun to share a laugh with him (at the last place you expect, a dealership) Toyota staff also worked as a team with sharing knowledge by honestly wanting to be helpful. Jacob took his training seriously enough to be able to answer my questions, he takes pride in his job and wasn't pushy with minor negotiations. Highly recommend the dealership, but most importantly Jacob Davis!!!
Show up first thing for tires 4 hours later still waiting. And on top of that they try to sell me stuff. This is the worst service experience I've ever had. Did I mention still waiting after 4 hours.

I was out of town when I had trouble related to a Toyota recall. They worked me in that day, provided a loaner, and made the process easy. My truck was ready the next day and they also addressed four other recalls while they had it. No charges and top notch customer service. Fast too.
Not like it was i did not have a appointment. But my vehicle was pulled in guickly. 4 and a half hours later oil change and blower resistor changed!
My wife and I highly recommend seeing John Nicholson on your next Toyota visit. We came to Toyota to test drive a RAV4 and were assisted by John. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very enthusiastic and motivated to help us with our needs. He was even extremely patient with us as we worked through the numbers finding the right price for us. John was so concerned that we left satisfied that he even stayed over to show us all the features and controls that came with the RAV4. Not wanting to buy right away I tried to talk her out of it and then by being abrasive to the sales team. They (Daniel and Jacob) were relentlessly polite and ended up presenting me with a great deal that I could not walk away from. When we found some cosmetic issues (minor tint bubbling in the corner of a window pane) they (Anthony and Greg) scheduled and resolved it on time and to our satisfaction. Very pleased with the purchase and their service.
My family has purchased a handful of vehicles from Panama City Toyota over the years, and we have worked with John Nicholson many times. Not knocking any of the other guys on the lot, but John is just awesome the way he understands our needs, his knowledge of his inventory, and has always done us a fantastic job helping us find the perfect vehicle for us.
And when it comes to service and maintenance, there's no better than Chad Milner in the Service Department. He does a great job of explaining the maintenance schedule and recommendations they provide, all in terms I can understand. I have no concerns whatsoever sending anyone to Chad who needs help with vehicle issues.

Bought a new tundra and I told them that I wanted the tires and wheels from my tundra that I was trading in and put on the new tundra, also bought a leveling kit to be installed ASAP. Haven't heard anything, I called and it was like no one knew anything, they said the salesman will take care of it. You would think that they would want to finish the deal, but I gurss they got their money so the esiy is on. IveI had awful experience with service on the past, not putting enough oil in my truck, skid pan fell off in the parking lot after getting a service, new radiator not completely installed took 3 trips to get it done properly. This is just an example ! Now wondering why I bought a new tundra from them !!! My BAD !

Wow! I was blown away by the tricks they pulled when we were trying to trade in our car. They would subtract from one line and add to another and say see, I gave you what you wanted . When I called them out on it they said well, we have to make plenty of profit . Guess what? You re not making $5,000 profit off of me. Don t waste your time with these con men.

Cheapest place for a full synthetic oil change on my Tacoma. They need to get the rest straight. 2 different people gave me a quote of $20 for my wiper switch and when the time came it was $320 .
Lucky I m giving even 2 starts to be honest. I got my 2017 tundra 2 years ago. I decided to buy the road side protection for my tires and rims. Well about 1 month ago I get a flat and it was on the outter lip of my tire so I asked for a new tire and they tell me no, it can be patched so I let them do just that. Wouldn t ya know, no more than a week later and my tire is going flat every other day. So now I gotta get a new tire put on but they don t know what tires I need so I have to check that and call back only to be told by the lady in service You have to speak with who you originally spoke with about your tire so now I get to drive around and wait for a call back to get this tire changed because this depart is lost, meanwhile I gotta put air in my tire everyday. Y all are terrible.

I bought a 2014 Tundra from here back in December. I brought it in today to get the first oil change and tires rotated/balanced. I made an appointment for 10:15am. I dropped the car off at 10:05 and let them know I would be waiting at the dealer since it should not take very long and was told it would take only an hour. I ended up waiting over 2 hours, which is absolutely ridiculous for such a simple service with a scheduled appointment!!! People that dropped off cars after me left well before I did. I didn t pull off the lot until 12:20p!!! I wanted to have all the service done at the dealer since I purchased the truck there, but I will never let these guys touch my truck again! Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation/balance is an absolute joke!!

Great experience all around. I had initially bought a Honda Pilot and was not happy with it at all. My sister and brother-in-law had a great experience working with James. So I went to trade my Pilot in for a Highlander. James was great. So professional, went out of his way to help, made me feel comfortable and reassured with my purchase. From James to George, the finance manager, I was very pleased with the entire experience....and I absolutely love my Highlander! James was right....there is no comparison between the two! It's much quieter and it handles so much better than the Pilot. My experience at the Honda dealership was less than pleasant...I can honestly say I wish I had bought the Highlander to begin with! Thank you Panama City Toyota!

Went in with great expectations due to the reviews, came out severely disappointed and feeling one step short of getting robbed. They don't care what they bank values the car at or market value of the car is, nor do they listen to reason. Ready to charge over three grand above excellent market value for a car that had obvious issues, and didn't budge a bit despite admitting the car had issues. A car with an NADA value of $13,025 (Verified by the bank when applying for the loan) was going to cost me close to 17k out the door and they thought that was a fair deal. Offered 4K less than the trade was worth even when considering it as "average" and not in excellent condition. The only highlight was the sales rep, Clint, who was very transparent with the numbers the managers were presenting him. However, those behind the counter actually making the decisions are nothing short of sharks and thiefs. It's pretty disappointing to walk into an establishment and not only be prayed upon in such a way, but feel like there's no logic or decency to those running the show. Will never recommend anyone to buy here. If you do chose to go anyway for whatever reason, make sure you do your research before hand.
I scheduled my Forerunner for the annual oil change. At my appointment, the technician told me I had put only 3000 miles on my car since the prior oil change. The technician said I would be good for another 3000 miles before I needed the oil changed. This is exactly the sort of reason that makes me keep coming back to Panama City Toyota. Another shop may not have told me that. I appreciate the honesty and always good service.

In the past 15 months, I've had two significant "issues" with my 2016 Tundra the required a visit to the service department. In both cases I was very pleased with the outcome and treated with courtesy and respect. Likewise the technicians did terrific work, saved the bad parts for my review, and gave me a good product in return. Although I had some culpability in the cause of the most recent issue, it was resolved without any "finger pointing". Chad Milner is a rock star and his customer service skills are exemplary.

I own a 09 Tacoma. I ve always gone there to get my oil change. A few months back I went to get an oil change and I also wanted a balancing done also and they said the couldn t because they didn t have the tools they needed to take off the rim covers . So I went back today to get another oil change done and also a balancing and when I got there the man said that they could only to the oil change and that they didn t have enough time for the balancing. When I was on my way back home I noticed that a guy in a motorcycle in the lane beside me had slowed down and was waving at me telling me that my hood was open. I ve could of gotten into a big accident all because the want to go home early. If I m paying them then they should a least do a good job and not rush.
What a great experience! I think this may have been a record for the easiest car buying event ever. From our initial phone conversation with the Manager, Dan Carlisle, to our knowledgeable salesman, James Wynn, we couldn't have asked for better. James spent the entire day with us, explaining all the different Prius choices and answering our million questions. We test drove several vehicles and James was quick to help us with any concerns or challenges we may have had. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically, James Wynn.

They are selling a used Toyota that is way past due for a timing belt. They acted like they did everything to make this car ready. I ask about one thing, they looked it up and they were honest about it being several years past due time wise, but said it was 2000 miles before the reccomended milage. It needed to be done by their Toyota guidelines. I feel for people that take them on their first word without checking.
Salesmen could be more knowledgeable, rather than just chasing your name and info to do a credit check before helping, they should consider that needing that info may turn people off right away. I was not looking for financing.
I will admit the used Camery I bought from them 6 years ago is still running great.

Horrible experience! Got into an argument with one of the arrogant salesman at this fine establishment. They don't care about the customer at all. They get an attitude and talk down on you if you aren't seeing eye to eye on something. Told my friends about my experience and two of them had the exact same experience. Don't set foot into this place! Oh, and I got treated like trash while in my military uniform.
The worst car buying experience after buying 10+ cars in the last 20 years. Went to purchase a car from Ga had the price agreed, the trade agreed, the deposit paid and then the dealer found another local buyer and decided to sell the car to them 2 days later. Told us we could buy it if it fell through. No codes of conduct or ethics. Worked with sales person Mike and his manager Shawn. Clearly bird in the hand type of sales persons and with no customer care.
Great service, but sat for 2 hours waiting for an oil change and they didn t have working heat in the huge building. Froze! I had an appointment so they could have called up warm me. Had my 1.5yr old with me dnd we were so cold.
I have been to quite a few dealerships and service departments for various vehicles I have owned but Panama City Toyota is the first dealership and Service Department that was an enjoyment being there. No one was there trying to sell you something else that you didn't want or need. They were there to make sure your vehicle was functioning correctly. Never had to keep bringing my vehicle back for the same problem as with other dealerships.
As you can tell, I have nothing but good to say about these guys.

I took my new vehicle in for repair because of a malfunction with the collision alert and the staff at Panama City Toyota was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I was told that a part would need to be ordered and it was in by the end of the same week. Once it was in, I was able to schedule a visit to have it replaced and calibrated. I was also given rental car options which worked out well with my busy schedule. Ms. Margaret in the rental car department was awesome with getting me set up with a rental car and Joseph in the service department was awesome at explaining all the work to be done and when I could expect to pick it up. Keep up the great service!
I usually don't look forward to negotiating with car dealers. So I was understandably cautious when I went to Panama City Toyota to purchase a vehicle. However I was pleasantly surprised once I met Associate Sales Manager James Wynn! He showed me the truck I was interested in and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed into buying it. He wanted me to be positive this was the vehicle that I wanted and he worked with me on obtaining what I thought was a very good deal. I drove away very happy and I would recommend Panama City Toyota and James to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. I felt like I made a friend and I will definitely be back. Of course they mentioned every thing that they felt needed my attention, but was not pushy about having it done. They were very professional and friendly. I called and left messages with people there but the service specialist or the service department general manager will not call me back.
