Very Good place. Nice Hospitality & Very Good staff

Good hotel, good service but vegetarian food not good. I give 3 out of 5 for food

such a bad place to be as a tourist a basic thing like room phone for help even dont work properly moreover if you order water they will provide you it an hour later ..better alternative is to stay at house boats

All the facilities are good but little more costly... Swimming pool is so nice ..

An Economic resort to stay in allepy town. Complementary breakfast was mediocre.

TV not working. Breakfast not as per liking.Wrong allegation from the morning staff that the Key card was broken by us and we were asked to pay Rs. 500 for the same. Actually at the time of Checkin only it was given in the same condition.

Good for staying in the hotel except I was having a nightmare because of mosquitoes and poor food with heavy prices specially vegetarian.

Very bad hotel. Poor service. Badly maintained rooms. The bathroom door jammed. Some electrical points not working. Dust in the rooms and balcony. . Cold bed tea was provided in the morning. horrible food. We went for dinner at 9 Am. The food served was cold and some dishes got finished including the dessert. bad experience,

Resort ambience was good .Food need to improve ,but o.k.. Resort maintenance need to improve .We stayed in #211cottages.near to swimming pool.our stay was good.front desk and cleaning staffs are good.over all good.keep it up

Very bad Resort this and staff attended very bad rooms very thirty rooms.

A nice resort situated in the heart of Alappy.
Went there for a family gathering. The function held in a conference Hall which is spacious enough to accommodate about 150 members maximum. Spread is ok with less number of salads and non-veg consists of chicken and fish. Good parking facility. Serene atmosphere.

Not so good..appears unpleasant at night. Food is ok.

Not upto the Mark
We had 70 Tourist group to Pagoda Resort Alleppey. None in our group were pleased.

Being 70 Tourist group we booked 35 rooms. We already informed our arrival timing and a smooth Check-in was expected but it was a long long Checkin. We arrived at 11:30 and we got only 15 rooms that too at around 01:00pm in which we were forced to accommodate 4-5 persons in each room. We waited until 02:45 PM to get the remaining rooms but we got only 15 more. Then remaining 5 room were handed over at 03:00-03:15 pm.

We already requested them well in advance that we will require TEA instead of welcome drink which wasn't done.

Later 2 rooms were stinking bad with lots of mosquito 908 & 805 which wasn't changed. In 908 they gave soiled room without cleaning it. It was cleaned after my several request at 04:30 PM.

See the water bottle in the picture how old is that and they didn't even covered it.

At Lunch the Fruit Salad was finished and inspite my several request it wasn't refilled.

In the High Tea the biscuits was served instead of Cookie's. One of the worst Tea and Coffee.

In the Dinner things were good.

My request to serve 1 bottle of water in the room each at extra cost also took 35-40 minutes. I placed order in person to F&B Manager Mr. SUJIN but he told me to wait and he literally disappeared from the place. Then I informed Mr. PRAJEESH about it but no proper reply. They don't have proper room service staff at all. Infact they literally don't have adequate staff. Almost less than 35% from the required team.

All this review was informed to the Hotel but they didn't even took this seriously at all.

ALSO MOST IMPORTANTLY ALL THE AIR CONDITIONER's IN THE ROOMS WERE WORST. NONE OF THEM WERE COOLING EFFICIENTLY. MOST OF THEM WERE NOISY... ALSO THE KEY TAG ALMOST ALL WERE BROKEN

Good place, average service. Some item food was delicious.

Following are the worst part for not suggesting this and gave bad review

1.No privacy as no stopper on the door in any room only single lock of which masterkey is with staff.So anyone can come inside anytime.
2.Nobody alerted me whether u need to clean the room or not as i gone out they enetered my room and cleaned it .
3.bed is bad
4.Window AC dosnt work properly
5.No hot water as they gave me reason that its working on solar power.

i had a very bad experience because whatever it seems from outside it isn't that good from inside .facilities are not good at all . Especially the manager is very rude and very careless .

its because a incident happened with me recently on 4th DEC 2016 that when i came from roaming outside when i entered in room i found smoking smell inside bathroom and i found some footprints too so i called manager and even manager agreed of smoking smell but he gave reason of ducting ..and then i asked him to show me CCTV footage as i want to get confirmation that whether someone entered in my room with master-key or not . But Manager was not in mood to show me CCTV footage . After pressurising so much with some of my group members he anyhow said to show it but what i found is SOMETHING SHOCKING ....

no CCTV footage was being seen because it wasn't working on that floor and even all hotel technical staff doesn't know the ID and Password of CCTV footage storage ...

then manager gave very irresponsible answer which is ""CCTV Is an electronic device so it can get defected anytime so we can't do anything and the resort is running from past 35 yrs so no theft incident can happen thats all "" he was very rude while giving answers for this type of serious matter..

i suggest you to pay little more and go for another resort ..

Sweet little turkey and ducks in garden gave warm welcome. Resort exterior, restaurant, reception and rooms good. Bathroom interior not upto mark. For hot water u need to waste water in running tap for 15 min, needs improvement.

Situated at beat location,nice architecture like pagoda.Has many amenities like swimming pools,beer bar.
Good service.Excellent food and courteous staff.
And they accept card payment .

Food (Dinner for Veg) is not good. Internet rating is 4*, but actually its not even 3*. Accommodation is not so good. Its OK type. People and staffs are good and reachable.

Quite spacious and situated away from the buzzing crowd yet very accessible easily..
Situated parallel to the canal.. the place is posh but affordable with enough parking space for vehicles inside the compound ..
The architecture modern though made to look like traditional.build.. enough green and park space complete with a swimming pool and several cottages and an equally spacious convention hall.. quite suitable for marriage receptions or celebrations.. the hall can easily accommodate around 250_300 people .. complete with air-conditioning.

Rooms and food ok. But AC very old no that much cooling.
