Fantastic place to stay at, nice views of back water, situated in Alleppey, Kerala, finest cuisines offered in the fine restaurant, I have the opportunity to celebrate my birthday on 15.10.2017, with my kids and the staff, guests presents, enjoyed the occasion, the breakfast and the buffet dinner was soooooo tasty and delicious, staff is so cooperative, I recommend all my friends to have the opportunity to stay there. - Resort was good.
- But behavior at reception was not that polite.
- The service and the support was not as good as required.
- It seemed that there was no required staff as per needed.

- As per review from Internet about the resort I was disappointed.

Good resort and food....but may be maintained better..easy to reach.. Not good view from resort .but inside the resort area is good...good staff...very spacious room ...

It's an awesome place..nice and calm environment...big swimming pool..ayurvedic massage center..tasty breakfast..good restaurant with yummy sea food..should take cottage stay to enjoy the most..loved it..

Guys... There is a beer & wine parlor in the hotel campus. Please DON'T go there if you have your family with you.

If you are with friends and want to see how they treat local drunkards (and unlucky guests like you), try it out. Trust me, they will treat you like shi*.

Hotel is good & recommended for family.
Restaurant & the complementary breakfast served was good.
It's very near to Punnamada starting point.

Nice heritage hotel with great swimming pool and staff

They have 4 grades of rooms, The Semi deluxe has a big cot and A/C . Higher grades have mini fridge. The have independent cottages also. They have a pool and attached kids pool. Do not have good views .but a small children's play park is attached. Food is too expensive for this grade of hotel. Better eat outside. The complimentary break fast is good.

Very poor place for stay at night. Swimming pool is too much dirty and no chlorine available for cleaning of swimming pool. When we have reached to hotel there was no fan working. Staff behaviour is also too much rude. Window AC is there which is created noise. There are so many options other than this hotel

Entrance to the rooms goes through a smelly back-alley. This hampers the hotel's perception among its clientele.

Nice resort to stay. Neat and clean rooms. Only thing which I don't like was the response to my exit request for baggage which was appreciably delayed.

Good resort. Clean rooms, good service. They have swimming pool and children's play garden.

Nice hotel but needs up gradation to compete with the new properties.

Not a great Resort.Upto the average kind of structure.

The Top Hotel in Alappuzha. There are all the necessary amenities. Good place. Not enough space. A hotel that meets international standards

Very neat and clean hotel , good foods and good service .

Poor experience! Room were just too bad, Aircon was not working properly. We can feel the humidity inside the room . The bath was soo damn dirty. They kept two beds to make a queen bed plus it was very rough .pillows are asthmatic. I'll never suggest anyone this place to stay. And after leaving the hotel near the exit the security was asking for some gate pass to leave the premises, without that we can't leave it seems. Literally rubbish .my one sleepless night .

Our agent booked for a super deluxe room but the receptionist gave us Two cottages as an upgrade. But the cottages had so much dust and felt like they were not opened for a long time. I asked the receptionist to shift us to sup deluxe citing few reasons like there was a small geyser (we had to check out early in the morning and were 3 members in one room and 2 in other) and the rooms were dusty. He said that only cottages had geysers and sup deluxe and deluxe rooms don t have them. I sensed that he was lying to me. I didn t have time to argue as we checked-in in the evening and had to leave early to Munnar. Breakfast was good. But overall not satisfied.

Pagoda resort was astonishing in its own way a few years back when it was first started. Now due to the lack of proper maintanence the building structure is not so good looking as it was in the previous years. Eventhough it lacks in outside appearance the interior of the resort is quite calming and luxurious. Also the service is quite pleasing and the keralite food is amazing. It is located just hundred metres to the east of stone bridge, mullackal, alleppey. The resort is perfect for a stay if you are visiting alleppey mainly for a backwater pleasure as the building faces one of the root of the canals of alleppey district which can be viewed even from the first floor. It is a perfect spot.
