Best place, to be with nature and you don't want to get back to your routine life

Good views , clean resort. Rooms are great. The place is spread across 25 Acres and its really well maintained with water ways inside the resort. Helpful staff , nice people to talk to. The resort sits on the banks of lake and had walkways. The pool villas are great.

Food is useless. I expected a lot from the place but it doesn't meet the standards of a 5 Star property. The food is bland and tasteless.

We had booked the place for 4 nights including 1 night stay on a boat house. They messed this up, the boat house dropped us at 9.30AM and we were told rooms are full and expected us to wait till someone checks out , how stupid is that? Either they have to make sure the room is empty or should plan the boat house arrival a little late. I agree they have set of rules but why should traveller bear this brunt ?

No free WiFi in 2016. Expect us to pay 350/- per day per device. It's not free even in the lobby.

We had a massage included in the package. My expectations were high and ohh boy what a let down it was. The massage was the worst one I have ever got done. Other than rubbing some hot oil on body there was nothing rejunvating about it. Do not even bother going for the paid one. If at all you wanna try a good massage please go to Santhagiri Ayurvedic center which is 10 minutes drive from KLR. It's inside KSTDC water scapes resort, they are brilliant.

The place is a bit on higher side but the service provided is worth spending..

There are but a few resorts that have excellent food and great ambiance. And fewer that I can whole heartedly recommend. But know going in that this place isn't exactly cheap but it's definitely worth every cent/rupee.

The place is very cool and a unique experience .. It is reasonable to stay for 2-3 days
The problem is that the open buffet does not contain foods that Gulf people usually like, and there is also no type of liquid, salty or olive cheeses.
And they take too long to fulfill orders in the restaurant

One of the most beautiful resorts I've ever had the pleasure to stay at. The rooms are beautiful and the views are magnificent. The food at the in house restaurant was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back again.

Blew my mind. Beautiful grounds and lake scene. Service top notch. Luxury all the way. Quiet place, but we felt welcome with our rambunctious 5 year old. Fishing for tiny fish on the grounds (no charge) and evening boat ride (no charge) helped entertain. We added on a night even though we were already paid at another place and wouldn't get a refund....It's that nice and relaxing. Costs are high for the area, but compared with other resorts if this calibre around the world, it's a great deal.

This is an amazing resort. The location and the whole setup of the resort is absolutely serene. It has top class facilities and the staff are absolutely professional and courteous. The time spent here helps you to truly relax as it is far from the city rush. I really enjoyed my stay there and i would recommend this resort to others also.

They have an offer in which we can see around the resort which is built like a nature park river side with buffet lunch which is great and a boat ride with live music . Best for a one day tour. And for stay,u need to bring ur Card:)

If you are tired with your daily routine and need some me time ..this is the place..relax, enjoy the nature.awsome Hospitality..do visit the sunset point in boat..which is available inside the resort. The staff welcome you with fresh coconut water. Rooms are nice.with two variants.one with pool , other one with jacuzzi.

Some great sea food you can get here. Loved having near the lake view.

I called in with my family today having walked a long way in the heat. We were told that there was no where for us to have some lunch and turned away despite there appearing to be lots of available places for us to sit and eat. We were hot tired and hungry and very disappointed that minimal effort was made to accomodate us and provide good customer service.

to the luxurious room and suite , the infinity pool
the splendid service and exquisite cuisine, the
dedicated and professional staff, the sunset cruise with a tabla player and a flutist performance to the rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage , each experience was pleasant and soothing.and fulfilling

It's an awesome place to enjoy the nature.
But please don't plan your next event in this property because they have absolutely zero knowledge about the event planning and the support required for the setup.
There will untold set of guidelines from the hotel that will surprise you in the last moment.

Only one thing if you are planning to visit please start two and half hours early from the cochi airport because it is almost 80+ km away from the Kochi international airport.

Heavenly the place the people especially the Ayurveda massages. Many say they do authentic massages but I have not encountered even one in Kerala other than this place.These guys treat you so well there service is excellent

Beautiful property.. serene surrounding..decent food.. but it's not a wellness center.. it has a good spa and therapist but it's no where close to being a 'wellness spa' . Mosquitoes are a bane - do protect yourself ..the design flaw of a stagnant stream amidst the resort causes way too mosquitoes . Difficult to spend evenings outdoors.

Very beautiful place but the service at the specialty seafood restaurant The Vembanad is not very good nor was the food anything to write home about. There is a singer who really is quite terrible.

This hotel is the worst one in kumarakom ....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent behaviour... security were searching like we are terrorist ..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience....otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst..no space for parking ......

This is one of the best resorts in kerala. Their heritage villa with private pool is too good.Rooms are spacious and very beautifully furnished. The resort is very beautiful. Food is awesome..Friendly staff and good service. Definitely should visit this resort.

The place is lively and well located with a panoramic view of the Vembanad lake.The staff seem hassled with too much work. The food is sadly very average. Even the local cuisine has morphed to Western palate losing it's authenticity

A nice beautiful and amazing resort i like it very much

Most low category resort on face of Earth, charging very high expensive rates of 22k/nights for a villa with a attached water tank which they called swimming pool! We spend all our night till 1pm killing mosquitoes in room to avoid getting infected by a Dengu mosquito. Maybe Prince Charles, UK, tried his luck with mosquito sometime ago to check his immune response, while the resort guys thought its worth living in such a shanty, poorly managed place & started marketing to fools in country who would believe them... For such high rates even basic Mineral water is charged additionally. I canceled my further stay in resort, the management didn't bother to apologize for such service, no refund provided, even though we book 8 other villas where our other family members will staying. We begged with folded hands to reception to allot a separate villa with covered washroom instead of a villa with attached water tank/swimming pool. Such is the pathetic response by reception staff... Our mistake to choose your resort.. Will Never recommend this place to anyone, here customer is not the king, except Prince Charles I guess..
