Not the best views to get. The A.C. in the delux room we stayed didn't even work. You'll get to see some rude replies from the staff here. Keep your doors locked always coz the room service ppl sometimes enter your room even without knocking on the door saying "thought the room was vacated". How mean!! Please check with the reception if the rooms were filled. They would not help you to book a cab or any transport. Pools here are always accessible you have time restrictions where one wouldn't find time even to enter. They give reasons saying they have camp organised for children and we are allowed to enter the pool.

I just went for an hangout .....witnessed very bad experience with the staff conversations....I think management haven t taught any disciplines and respect towards customer...I had very bad experience and don t recommend this place
Don't chose this hotel even for a over night stay. Hot water is not provided for bath between 10 pm and 6 am, and they don't mention the same at anywhere. Behaviour of the staff members is also not courteous. They don't show any etiquette while addressing the guests. The quality of the food served is very very bad.
A budget friendly hotel in the heart of Alleppey town. Pool is there and beer and wine also. No hard liquor available in the hotel. Just close to the hotel you can find Govt wine shop where there is a premium counter. Also close to this hotel if you want to go to Toddy parlour you have a toddy shop nearby to it.
It is the 3 star hotel in Alappuzha. It is a good hotel. It includes rooms, bar, restaurant , swimming pool etc. A good parking area is available here. Also a good hall facility for conducting functions here. It is nearer to vembanadu lake.
Not had a bad day before i get there. Hotel staff is rude. Slow service. Noisy rooms Not very clean . Kitchen smoke is all over corridor Massage was worst . waste of money.
I stayed in this place beginning of the month, look like a good 3 star hotel but when we entered in the room. It smelled like hospital, someone sprayed some stuff like chemical in the room. Because I was tired I didn't think as much. Arround one am in the morning me and my wife having problems with sleeping, and she was saying musqito keep biting her, I opened the light and fight a lot of bed bugs, we complained they changed the room but I saw bed bugs there too. When I complained again the guy said" other peoples don't have problems with sleeping with bed bugs why u have a problem" he was very irritating. If someone love bed bugs and get similar experience go there and enjoyed your night at terrible place. I took pictures but I couldn't able to upload
Resort is great, for me it is the best resort of them all, unfortunately it is also the most expensive one for me. If the rates was better I think it will draw more visitors as well. The ambience, construction, facilities and staff were all good and friendly Swimming pool facilities also were good
Rooms look old and outdated and guess are told there is wifi but wifi doesn't work in the rooms and you cant use your hair dryer because power will fault and when you go for a massage they just rub oil and not work pressure points but the food was nice
A very big resort located in the heart of Alleppey with too many options of rooms to choose from. Has inhouse swimming pool, spa, ayurvedic center, gym, beer house and restaurant. Has spacious landscaped gardens with lots of parking space. The semi Deluxe rooms are little clumsy but equipped with lots of amenities. The breakfast spread is too good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nicely built resort but poorly maintained. The beer parlor is usually crowded in the evenings. The hotel is ideal for conducting small functions like birthday celebrations. Food is ok
Rude staff, waited for 30 minutes for ice cream they were serving others but not me.. I asked them about 3 times but they ignored, ridiculous, its worst place to stay.....
Can not expect more from Pagoda Resorts Rooms are good but location is average. There is Beer and Wine parlor attached to the Resort and Swimming Pool is average
Pagoda definitely requires a renovation. Air conditioning is old Window Ones. With Huge Noice. Beds are little hard. The Rooms comes without a Kettle. Hot water shower is Luke Warm. Good Parking. Dingy corridors.
Such a badly managed hotel that they don't hesitate to misbehave to their customers.On 4th of March I stayed in this hotel along with my family.I had a tour package from a travel agent of Delhi.While checking in to the hotel they given me a room without any question.It was at 5th floor & although they had washed the floor but it was stinking badly.Next day when I was checking out the person at the reception asked me to deposit the room rent since my travel agent has not yet cleared the full amount of money to hotel.I told that I have already paid the whole amount to the agent, u should have told me while checking in to your hotel. They threatened to not to issue clearance to my taxi wala who also seemed to be a part of there game since taxi man was an ex- employee of the hotel.Than I told that I shall move to court if they insist of charging the room rent from me only than they allowed me to leave.But it was really a bad experience of my otherwise enjoyable trip of Kerala.
Customer attendance is very poor, no hot water provision in some rooms, food preparation should be improved. Rooms are excellent only you have to check the air-condition is working properly.
very very bad experience , bad staff service , please don't book this property as my experience was very bad. food quality was not good , for making baby food, i required boil water they provide me water after 1.5 hr suddenly i check the water was very dirty. i was booked two rooms in both rooms AC remote was not there ,TV was not working in both rooms.
Quiet an old resort with decent rooms. The food is really great. We tried the Chicken Chettinad curry . But the best part of the room was , there was a swing in the balcony. :-)
Pagoda Resorts was good place. But Service was Bad, room service was Bad, friendly nature of staff was Bad, over all service was Bad. Only food is good and location of hotel is good. Rooms are too small and not clean.
We were given booking of one room in this hotel by ASAP Holidays company for 10th January 2020. As per information supplied to us by the company, check-in time of this hotel was 12:00 noon, whereas check-out time was 10:00 AM. I with my family reached the hotel on 10-01-2020 at 3:30 pm, whereas check-in time of the hotel was 12:00 noon and contacted the reception person for showing us the room. We were taken to the room through dark corridor and room given was in messy condition. We were asked to wait for 1 hour outside for making the room ready. We informed that we have already booked a house boat for boating in backwaters and cannot wait for one hour as check-in time is 12:00 noon. They said that we will have to wait. Then we asked for another room which is ready. Then they took us to one cottage which was infested with so many mosquitoes and cottage was very old and unhygienic. We refuse for this room and went for boating. After boating when we reach hotel and ask for the room which was being prepared for us then we were told that room has been allotted to someone else. Then we ask for the refund of already paid amount for which also, they refused and we had to search for other hotels for our stay and we did not stay in this hotel. We contacted ASAP holidays personnel Mr. Jatinder who had made this booking for us but all in vain as he also refused for any kind of help. It was our worst experience with this hotel as well as with ASAP Holidays company and we recommend genuine people not to stay in this hotel where behaviour of the staff was very arrogant.
Rooms are spacious & comfortable, but the construction is old. Service staff is good and the food is ok. Resort is located near to the city and tourist points. Swimming pool is an additional perk of the resort.
We had an event in the Opera Hall and it was pretty spacious and well decorated. Food was great too. Overall a very good experience there. Recommended place to host your parties.
It's a lovely place to be and a huge property and a swimming pool as well to relax. There was nothing to complain about and the breakfast buffet was commendable. It can get a little bit crowded during meal times so you might want to reach early.
Nice place for families to stay here in pagoda resorts.quite humble and cooperative staff.neat and clean rooms. Homely accommodation with reasonable price.
