We enjoyed nice Ayurvedic massage with steam bath. Quite good!

Hot water not available .this resort does not have geezer facility .If u still want to visit book through ibibo its much cheaper. I came in person they charged 2500. With ibibo it's available at 1400 only

Old style. Very late service. Ordered food and got after 1 hr 20 min in room. Called room service for luggage pocket up. He never came..

Good place to have a bash with friends. Near to the lake and located at a cool calm place away from Alappuzha town traffic, yet ealkable distance to the town.

Pagoda room is small.and no hot water facilities and in room safocation is their food are costly. I am giving 0 rating.

Very slow service. Ambience is superb. Location is good. But service n food average. The staff was slow, inattentive.

Good Resort exterior, Bad Food, Spacious Rooms, No good view from room but amazing view from Terrace, No Power Backup, I got stuck in lift 3 times, No complementary Tea/Coffee Kettle in Room which is a basic thing in Hotels these days, Very Bad food options for Vegetarians, Not enough options for Breakfast Buffet in Vegetarian Food, road outside has not much lights and lights go off anytime it happened with us and it was bit of a scary experience as the road outside is very lonely. Do carry a torch when returning to the resort if you come walking.

We booked a 4 BHK houseboat. It was indeed a wonderful experience. Sailing through the backwaters with tonzz of food and beverages on board made our journey even better.

Hotel type of resort. Rather expensive for what it offers

Good pool. The building has 9 floors and try to get to the roof top. The view is breathtaking.

The location of the hotel is in alapy town itself. Banquet out their is poor

Very nice resort, value for money, excellent breakfast, good room service, also has a beer cafe, much greenary and aesthetic value, kerela ayurveda massage parlour is also a must do. Overall I loved it.

Hotel is good but city weather in not good to live in

Hotel with all good facilities but the route which leads to hotel is very dark without street lamps you cannot go out after 7pm. Average hotel, with poor service and rooms are with lizards and insects with bad smell in bathrooms. I am very sad to taste Hyderabadi Biryani (actually which is chicken pulav) at this hotel and tried to inform with restaurant staff, unfortunately they are rude and said we are serving this since 15 years. Felt bad with their words.

Nice resort to stay.Great atmosphere around the resort. The Alleppy beach is around 2km away from the resort.Resort is having swimming pool, spa and other amenities.

Everything is good. Rooms are excellent.Food quality need to be improved.Was not testy.

Very Worst Experience.... Worst AC performance.... Worst Room Service... If we ordered anything it will be take minimum one hour to serve.... Pool also worst... Staff Approach and behavior is not good.... The Management People should check the higher officials like Manager and Asst.Manager..... Manager Behavior is worst... He is not to ready to answer customer questions... He thought customers are fraud and thief...
He is nothing to know about the Bank Transations... We are waiting nearly 5hours to claim our bills after pay our amount... Until they are not allowed to leave the hotel. They are only looking for a Money but not given Good Service...

Very good resort to stay with family. It has restaurant, swimming pool and other facilities. The staff is very responsive and provides quick attention to your request. The resort is very clean.

It takes more than 30min waiting time to get food if you order alakart menu. The test of the food is average.

This hotel is good to stay but food is not so good if you order in room but morning buffet breakfast was good

Property is good for a group of people or family and any honeymoon couple, it has a variety of rooms which helps you to choose the one you like as per your choice, it has all the facilities like swimming pool, garden for kids and many more like indoor games

Room are not clean & not 3 stars category . Service is very slow & food quality is not good. Staff is very rude & spake loudly. Housekeeping is very bad. We have very bad experiences with the people.

Pagoda resorts have a lot of rooms, so its doesn't count if you are there or not...amenities are not so good, location is average...rooms are average...food is a no go...overall its an average hotel
