Old set-up but very neat and clean.. overall a good experience

They're providing third class services. Response of room service not respond. Rooms are very very bad. Bogus staff. Breakfast also not good. Guys don't visit. Bad experience we have. They're behavior to us like we are thief .

Good place to stay. Require some renovation viz. AC is a window one. Food was excellent.

hotel services are good but food taste is not so good as per their rates....

The resort is neat amd tidy. Nicely maintained. The staffs are very good. Courteous and helpful. Nice and big swimming pool. The location is worth visiting.

Awesome resort to stay with very good amenities. Food is very good and service is nice. Only issue is poor internet facility.

It s ok ok..... where it s too much costly..... although breakfast was very tasty here.... parking space available. For beach you have to hire auto from here as beach is approximately 3 km from here.

It was good hotel.. we had a very good breakfast. And it was not very lexuary type.

Nice outlook hotel but bad
services not worth for money

Right from the time of check-in- one could sense this is one property which is not up to the mark. While the expanse of the property is quite large, the maintenance and upkeep suggests lack of interest. As if the owner has left it to its state.
Room stats : Size - ok Paint peeling off, Furniture scratched at places. Toilet lock - not working, Beds - Dusty & Uncomfortable. Dining area - Empty expect for 4 staff members lazing around. Table mats - as if had not been cleaned for ages. Mosquitoes / flies buzzing around.
Meals took 20 min to arrive. Chef needs some lessons - veg pulao was boiled rice topped with veggies. Tasteless dishes.
Buffet Dinner : this time some other folks (guests) were there, but the food was cold. The staff had to be told to reheat it.
Room had counted and limited supplies for tea/ coffee.No hand towels provided initially. No wifi available.
Intercom not working despite 2 complaints. so had to call OM on cellphone/ go down to dining area to get water.
Finally at checkout time, the dining bills were not retrievable, the front office executive refused to provide a checkout invoice stating it would be given by travel agent (puzzling as at other locations I visited during this trip - even though my trip was pre-paid and thru travel agent, I was provided an invoice at checkout).
Having spent so much time in writing this review - was not worth its salt - only wrote to warn other travelers - Strict NO - Don't book here

Loved the greenery in the gardens outside the hotel, rooms were fine. Food was average, and needs improvement

Went for a marriage reception, nice place, ambiance car parking, calm and quite area

Good and a decent place. Breakfast was good. Didn't have anything else since we were here for a wedding. Rooms were also quite decent.. big and spacious. A pleasant stay .

Lake Side Resort.Has a beer Parlour for easy access

Very noisy exhaust fan didn't give me sleep until I started complaining. They turned off the exhaust and turned on again early morning. People smoke on corridor. Food unnecessarily expensive. Room service was terrible.

Beautiful Hotel With Pleasent Atmosphere Also Swimming Pool Is Clean The Walk Through Is Calming. It's Also Not Costly. Large Rooms, Huge Parking and Romming Area, Beautiful Swimming Pool, Cottage Are Also Beautiful. Worth Stay.

Very nice place. The room was good. There is a swimming pool... Overall good. Not very expensive...

Spacious rooms with a good balcony.The toilet is big with bath tub. The rooms have all the requirements. Spa ,swimming pool ,beer parlour and Ayurveda therapy etc are available. Restaurant is huge and quality of food is decent. Located about 2 kms from the backwaters and market area. However Alleppey beach is distant .Good value for money

Beautiful ambience, booked thw rooms through Goibibo.Though I made my payments in advance but the reservation deparment couldnt allocate the room on time. But they sorted out the situation amd in 15-20 mins I got the room. Friendly and polite staffs, room are spacious, access yo swimming pool and great food

Very good ,calm and beautiful place with lots of greenary surrounding, spacious rooms and well maintained.carparking available. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the restaurant provides tasty food.Good place.

Nice Rooms & outstanding clean Rooms.Good smell in the Room.Quit & view in the green from the window.Outside nice green.Also very enjoyfull for childrens. Big selections in the menuecard from the Restaurant( South & Northindian Dishes, Chinese, European, Continental.... food....Friendly Staff everyehere 4 Stars

Service. And rooms. Are worst. And. Food is also worst

Worst experience so far. Rooms are very small bathroom even smaller. Our air condition was not working. Food taste was very bad staff does not acknowledge if we complain. Morning breakfast was not at all good. They need to rework on the menu and quality of food served. Resort is spacious. Best things was their massage centre. They offer good package. Resort is near to market place.

Awesome resort with big and clean rooms. There is a big balcony in the room also. Overall good comfort stay.

We had been there for a one day conference. The rooms we had booked were the ones with balcony which were really spacious and well kept. But the buffet lunch we had was very much disappointing.
