Stay was okay. Bed linens are worse. Breakfast was quite nice.! Pool was dirty and lot of mosquitoes are flying around near the pool.

Indifferent & apathetic attitude of Hotel Staff - especially those at the Reception Desk !! Worst among the 12 similar hotel/resorts visited recently in & around Kerala.

Very much disappointed. Very bad behaviour of staffs in bar. No foods provided in bar.

My overall experience in pagoda is not bad.

Food:There is nothing exiting about the food there,no variety in the bofe causes a bad mood there along with high prices.

Bathroom:A heater is provided but the water isn't hot enough to enjoy.

Pool:The pool is your everyday pool which is not that deep or long.It mostly consist of fallen leaves and sand at the bottom even though regular cleaning takes place.

Atmosphere:The only thing pleasant there is the atmosphere which this establishment did nothing to add to the experience.

Overall what I am saying is that its a 5/10 experience.

Its was unplanned occasion to stay and i really satisfied with hotel service but somehow they can still beat up some points like where ....i booked hotel for the swimming pool itself and pool not well maintained ... Except all other was good .and price to stay there .....

Great hotel with garden for kids, swimming pool and table tennis... Also our rooms had bath Tub and big rooms with balcony too

Check in time is 2 , we were told at 2.45 that only veg biryani and chicken biryani we're available

Dinner was buffet only ' alacarte " will take time, don't know how long"

Both lunch and dinner we went outside and eat

For breakfast only 2 staff to assist a huge crowd. I saw guests standing and eating

Ridiculous pricing and servive, not advisable to stay here.

first of all the Location is Good. and great hospitality . extra clean rooms as well as surroundings. great ambiance in gardens and all over the resort. have a good Health club. the only negative is Swimming Pool is a little unhygienic and over all the resort is great for familys and tourister

The rooms were big enough. We stayed for a night in a suite room. Good for family. But one thing lots of mosquitoes are there. We were staying in 2nd floor. Breakfast was nice. You will find varitey in breakfast

Very below standard less maintained old hotel. No service offers after checking in. Aminities published in their website for the room in totally false. Broken window in ac room covered by dirty curtain. Shabby broken Wall plaster inside the room. No mosquito repellent was there. Hot water was not available. Broken furniture. Land phone was out of order. So much negative points I have never seen in a 3 star hotel. It may irritate you and spoil your stay.

Not recommnded...Rooms are not good.Bathroom doesn't looks like as Bathroom....A.c. is not working and if its working with load noise...hot Water issue wait for alteast 20 min and Arrogant receptionists and staff..swimming pool is dark,have lots of dirt and leaves ..no one cleanes it.Find another one please...

The location was awesome. Just at the corner of the the main road. All the attractions of allipi are easily accessible from there. The rooms were grand and spacious. There was also swimming pool. The service was extremely good too.

A very good venue for a small function. Excellent vegetarian sadya. ( Kerala lunch in banana leaf). It's proximity to the back waters and tourist attractions of Alappuzha makes it an exotic choice for a vacation.

# Below Average room service, call them 10 times and they will respond if you are lucky and this happened to us in off season!!
# All food ordered as room service looked and tasted the same, avoid the food, not worth the money, instead try Bava's (nearby), place is little shabby but has good food (at least Chinese)
# Complimentary Breakfast was OK but not what it can be, we had it both the days at 7:30 am when the breakfast opens and still things were already cold.
# Beer Room service is on cash only and Room Service boy tried charging more from us, so re-verify the prices from room service manager.
# No Wifi, not even in lobby!!

There is no quick room service. Administrator is entirely bad and not flexible with customers/guests. Worst Resort.

One of the good place to stay in alleppey rooms are good with the complementary pool. Services provided by the resort cum hotel are acceptable.

They lost one star from my side only for the loud sound the large air conditioner makes outside the rooms may give you sleepless nights
