We had 70 Tourist group to Pagoda Resort Alleppey. None in our group were pleased.

Being 70 Tourist group we booked 35 rooms. We already informed our arrival timing and a smooth Check-in was expected but it was a long long Checkin. We arrived at 11:30 and we got only 15 rooms that too at around 01:00pm in which we were forced to accommodate 4-5 persons in each room. We waited until 02:45 PM to get the remaining rooms but we got only 15 more. Then remaining 5 room were handed over at 03:00-03:15 pm.

We already requested them well in advance that we will require TEA instead of welcome drink which wasn't done.

Later 2 rooms were stinking bad with lots of mosquito 908 & 805 which wasn't changed. In 908 they gave soiled room without cleaning it. It was cleaned after my several request at 04:30 PM.

See the water bottle in the picture how old is that and they didn't even covered it.

At Lunch the Fruit Salad was finished and inspite my several request it wasn't refilled.

In the High Tea the biscuits was served instead of Cookie's. One of the worst Tea and Coffee.

In the Dinner things were good.

My request to serve 1 bottle of water in the room each at extra cost also took 35-40 minutes. I placed order in person to F&B Manager Mr. SUJIN but he told me to wait and he literally disappeared from the place. Then I informed Mr. PRAJEESH about it but no proper reply. They don't have proper room service staff at all. Infact they literally don't have adequate staff. Almost less than 35% from the required team.

All this review was informed to the Hotel but they didn't even took this seriously at all.

ALSO MOST IMPORTANTLY ALL THE AIR CONDITIONER's IN THE ROOMS WERE WORST. NONE OF THEM WERE COOLING EFFICIENTLY. MOST OF THEM WERE NOISY... ALSO THE KEY TAG ALMOST ALL WERE BROKEN
