We were at omni for a business meeting in one of their conference halls. It was great. Spacious room. Good breakfast snack selection. Clean location. Wi-Fi access code was provided, which helped. Parking, however, was outrageously expensive and even with validation we still paid quite a bit.

Perfect stay...staff was friendly, courteous and responsive. The room was very comfortable, extremely cozy bed, spotless room and awesome water pressure in the shower. I stayed 1 night and will be back.

Attentive staff, all very helpful. Down to the smallest inconvenience, once they knew about it it was taken care of. They rooms were kept clean a tidy. The towels and sheets smelled great, while the shampoo/conditioner/soap was always plentiful. A bit pricey, but location is key and they are in the heart of downtown.

My wife and I love the brunch buffet at the Omni. They have a great spread and the service is excellent. They take reservations but we have been seated quickly without one twice. The bottomless mimosas are a hit as well as the bacon.

Very nice hotel. They upgraded to a king when they only had twins at the price they quoted. Really tasty salmon for dinner! The bed was super comfortable! Amazing sleep after a long day. Excellent service all they way around. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others

I have traveled quite a bit and I have never had such amazing, friendly, helpful, over-the-top service as I did at this Omni Hotel. The bed, the views, the ideal service, the smiles from everyone that works there. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I cannot give enough high praise for the people that work at this hotel.

Very attentive staff and well trained. Speaking of the training, we actually had a front desk employee being trained and the trainer was highly knowledgeable and was training very well. The Omni club was great!

As a majority and minority investor in Marriott, Hilton, and other independently flagged hotels I always pay special attention and love to go to a good hotel. This is a wonderful property with a tremendous staff (they just opened so probably over compensating but they're friendly) one glaring design flaw that has many members of my family feeling a bit..

Beautiful courtyard, right up against the back of Angels Flight. A great view of DTLA.
The hotel is quite nice, very private and professional. It's one of my favorite places when I am in town on business. Great hotel overall.

Becareful. I read on travel sites that certain things were complementry. Not true, very expensive hotel. Pool area is small and not the best. Very nice house keeping and a nice breakfast buffet

Unfortunately we booked the most expensive room to be treated like peasants. Richard at the front desk with the red beard, was rude and chewing tobacco on the job. He was aggressive at check in and made it complicated the entire time. He lied and said he was the only manager on duty , & then lied and said Terry the supervisor wouldn t be in until Thursday but in fact his co workers said that was invalid and that Terry will be here gm in the morning. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DOLLARS TRY THE STANDARD OR RITZ CARLTON. HORRIFIC SERVICE. BAD STENCH.

Great location and amenities, especially the espresso machines in the rooms. Very clean and modern with wonderful guest services staff and helpful housekeeping staff. No dining services but tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus if you are in LA, you shouldn't be eating in your room anyway.

The service at the lounge is very nice. I enjoyed spending the afternoon having a few drinks and appetizers. The food is excellent. The ambience is perfect for mature couples. Got place for a getaway

We've been living in downtown Los Angeles for over 20 years and I didn't even know that the Omni Hotel had Spa and Massage services. I took my cousin when she was in town and we had a massage by Brian. I highly recommend this Spa because it has a wide array of services within like facials, whole body massages, partial massages, the list is endless. Go to the Omni Hotel website to see the complete list.

If you're looking to stay in luxury while you're in LA, with everything you need right at your fingertips, this is the hotel for you. Gorgeous Hotel with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Worth every penny.

Amazing place to stay great location and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was $49 a day when we stayed 2018 but totally worth it and you can go in and out as you please

Very spacious rooms, even for a single king bed, although that makes the TV sit very far from the bed. That is just preference though. One touch we liked was stayconnect, which allowed us to use chromecast on the hotel TV. This is a huge plus, as nobody is willing to pay crazy rental prices for an in room movie. Other than that, the rooms were quiet and furniture seemed to be in good shape. Bed sheets were nice, but the comforters had a cover that was hard and not very soft. We just tossed that on the couch before turning in for the night. Valet rates were 52 dollars a night, which seems quite high compared to nearby garages, but that's the premium for parking on site I suppose.

We came to their restaurant to eat and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were attentive, the food was excellent, and the view was great. Only thing I wish was different was the music which made me a bit sleepy.

The check in service and valet were excellent. The only issue I had was with the lack of room amenities and the lack of saying what the room comes with. The double queen does not come with a mini fridge btw. All in all, the staffing is excellent and even though I was dressed up in costumes for an event, the staff treated me with respect. Would come again.

Convenient location! We weren t too far from anything. Nothing an Uber or a Lyft couldn t get us to.

I enjoyed staying hydrated with the fruit infused water that they kept in the lobby. It was great. My friends actually loved the macaroons they had at the front desk as a welcome.

I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service. Large, comfortable suite (an upgrade that cost almost nothing). Good location. I would choose it every time for downtown LA. Omni has a great loyalty program, an added bonus.

The hotel is in a nice area and the rooms are cozy and clean. Having said that, paying $ 52 a day for parking the car seemed to me an absurd price (the hotel porter gave me reason as well), given that a few hundred meters from the hotel I found parking for $ 18 per day.

Beautiful location, large and extremely comfortable rooms and great staff. We stayed here for one night while our house was getting exterminated. There is lots to see walking distance from here like all the museums and restaurant's in downtown. Will return here next time we need a night out!

The hotel staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in downtown LA and close to a lot of the central locations you'd want if you're visiting here.

The hotel itself is quite nice. Updated amenities, spacious rooms, good views. The beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are nice, updated and clean.

The hotel gym is ok, not great but not the worst I've ever seen. There are machines for upper body, a hamstring machine, but interestingly no quad machine. There are several treadmills, bikes and elipticals which is nice. There is a heated outdoor pool, open until 10pm. The gym is open 24h a day.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. It's large, modern, spacious, and staff are great and it's very comfortable. The location can't be beat and you would have no issues staying here.

The property location is great, however, for the same price, you can get other hotels within the same walking distance to all of the Downtown areas with much better amenities. The parking is an extra $52 a day. When we tried to bring food back to the hotel, there was no refrigerator or microwave. After ordering overpriced room service, the food was so bad I decided to let the money go to waste. It wasn't worth it. The shower never worked while we were there. It was either freezing cold or scolding hot. I don't leave exaggerating reviews, nor do I review often. There is construction right behind the hotel and it's going to take awhile. It's immediately outside the back door, not down the street. It ruins the view and the noise doesn't allow sleeping in.

Pros: clean hotel, friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Very overpriced and outdated. Terrible food. Missing/broken amenities. Other hotels far outperform this one in the area.

We only went there to eat, but the atmosphere was amazing. Sitting outside on couches with the city all around us and amazing food - it was one of the best eating experiences I've had in LA.
