An amazing place with a stunning view of downtown L.A.

We were here for our anniversary -first anniversary and everything was high-quality.

Breakfast was delicious. Large portions and attentive service made for a wonderful experience.

The beds are clean and comfortable. The lobby is very nice and check-in was a painless process; everything was all ready for me so I only needed to give a name. Finding an entrance to the hotel when arriving after hours can be tricky if you're on foot.

Clean place with huge event rooms. Parking is EXTREMELY expensive at the California Plaza underground parking.

The omni hotel was incredible beautiful location center of everything, once you reach your room fantastic view and service was outstanding will return most definitely.

Stayed here for the night with a friend who was on business. They have a cool hotel car that will take you anywhere in a three mile radius, as well as fresh pineapple and grapefruit water with free apples in the lobby. There is a full length pool. BUT NO HOT TUB!!! Rooms were clean, and well kept, excellent service, would stay there again if I had a need for a hotel.

Hmmm, I wish they would do more for their customers...

Very beautiful property. The hotel is connected to the California plaza, which expanded our nearby eatery options. The only complaint have is that there is no self parking. It's valet only.

Nice place. Clean and classy in the heart of downtown. Staff is exceptionally pleasant. Plenty of great views and restaurants within walking distance.

Never in my life have I been to any hotel that charges you a different amount than agreed upon before checking in. I did the "online check in" to make my "check in a breeze". They then charged me 50$ extra for that service. When I called to ask about it, they said they would be refunding me the difference off my bill, and that it was policy to charge the credit card the surplus. They also recently added a 20$ "destination fee", that was implemented by corporate a few weeks ago. When I made my reservation, it was not a part of the fees outline. Between that, the door to my fridge being broken, and the AC rattling, I will not be choosing this hotel or any of their other ones ever again. I stayed at the Westin the nights before, and it was PHENOMENAL. No nickle and diming, no random charges, and a much better experience. Thank you Omni, but never again.

Excellent service and great location in downtown LA.

Stayed here for a work trip. It has such a pleasant aroma when you walk in. I wish the rooms smelled like that too! Not that they smelled bad, though. Had the buffet breakfast every morning. I'm a vegetarian so I was happy to see lots of fresh fruit and other options that worked out for me. All of the staff I interacted with during my stay were so nice. Valet service is pretty quick and super friendly, despite how fast they're moving. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Oh! And I like that the room had a shower and separate tub. My husband and kiddos came to visit for one night and it made bath time so much easier. When traveling to L.A., I'd definitely stay here again.

do not get a massage here unless you want to be violated by the male massage therapist. i went here and got an in room massage and it was my first time receiving a massage, it was also a gift from my bridesmaids. The guy had my breast exposed. I talked to other people about my experience and every one said that my breast should not have been exposed any time during the massage. i contacted the hotel and they basically acted like they did not care, they asked me to send information about my massage booking because all of the sudden they dont have on file that i had a massage there. i sent the woman the information she requested and about an entire week later she decided to write me back and claimed she never got the information i sent her with my massage appointment proof. i just said screw this, who has time to talk to people who dont even care about what their pervert massage therapist are doing to their guests. very sick person whoever that was to do something like that to me. I will never ever stay at another omni hotel and especially not this one.

Beautiful downtown property, close to all the best stuff! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The the brunch buffet we had Sunday morning was incredible! Thank you Omni LA I will be back!

There is decent food court right outside and a tram that drops off/picks up next to the hotel to central market. The staff was nice and there is a small window to open for fresh air. But the rooms are outdated with old uncomfortable beds that are sunken in the middle. It had horrible basic cable TV that lagged and a chromecast that I spent an hour trying to figure out how to use. Was not clean; toothpaste splatter on the walls, dirty glass desktop, found socks from the last guest, hair in the showers and on the floor, door to the bathroom broke off- called the front desk and none of it never was taken care of. They said management would email me and I never heard from them. I won t come back ... it wasn t the worst but if you are looking for a great stay in Los Angeles, look elsewhere

Simply great! I spent the time between Christmas and New Year and I am delighted. I highly recommend this hotel! The room and the hotel area were fantastically beautiful. A successful stay in all aspects!

Two night stay at this hotel impressed me a lot.Room were large and clean.But the maintainance was needed.Enjoyed swimming at the pool.Location is great if you live near downtown.Wifi is not free.Excellent accomodation and delicious breakfast.

The first night we stayed we woke up to a dirty sheet. Talked to the manager as anyone would get it taken care of for not getting a COMFORTABLE STAY. Second night comes we sleep wake up in hopes everything is better but my luck to see that they had given us the same dirty nasty OLD Blanket. Then for the second manager Tatiana to not be able to do nothing for me staying another uncomfortable night but just to assist and get someone to EXAMINE THE blanket as if that would help my problem IMG_1061.JPG

Rented 2 room for a friends wedding. Staff was professional and courteous. 2 rooms that we got were clean and extremely comfortable. The pool was also a plus! Happy with our stay and will be coming back.

Went to a business meeting here. The meeting took and facility was very modern and the food was delicious.

Friendly staff, but a few seem "forgetful". I called a week before arriving to get certain things placed in my room that I never received. I was then placed on a "list". I honestly just stopped asking and counted my losses. EXTREMELY clean rooms, tasty drinks at the bar, but the food is sub par.

Was a cool hotel. Front desk was polite and helped us get around the city. Overall good experience

Eduardo was our waiter and he's fabulous!!! He was super attentive and warm. We were here for a work event and he was very professional and so so nice! He was attentive and brought the drinks quickly.

Nice hotel, great food at the Conference I attended. Loved you could get other food right out the back in a big food court.

Very strong business hotel, with clean and importantly quiet rooms. Check-in service is friendly, fast and practiced. The rooms are of a good size and come with the proper amenities. Room service and other support are always fast and delivered with a friendly smile. Amazingly convenient place to stay if you're doing business in California Plaza!

The restuarant was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Our server didnt seem to be having a good night. The service was good but she hardly smiled and we felt uncomfortable to ask her for anything. Overall great experience though.

The quality for the price isn t worth it. Many other options with better value. I usually like Omni properties but this one was not even comparable to a Fairfield Inn.

Close to concert halls and theatres, good bar & nice restaurant, friendly helpful staff, fair price. Enjoyed the 2 night stop taking in Hollywood from Downtown

Very well appointed hotel with a cafe, restaurant /bar. The business district in which it is nestled is very safe yet not far from downtown Hollywood, universal studios, etc. Uber rides are very cheap. ... $4.50 to get to Hollywood Blvd. Staff are professional and very friendly.

This is the worst place to stay at. For the price u might as well go somewhere else and actually get ur moneys worth. They have no microwave and the people lead u on saying they will give u one once its available. Even the cheapest of hotels has a damn microwave in each room or lounge area. Only giving it one star bc the cleaning people did they job thats it.

Would prefer if cash bar then show a menu of options and prices
