No free wifi! Even McDonald's offers free wifi now days so you'd think that a hotel charging $150 a night would as well. Pillows were horrible. They also don't let you know about mandatory valet parking until you get there, that's another $35 per night. Room was nice but not worth the money.

Place wasn't the best there was what looked like mold in our bathroom vent and ceiling. And there is no TV guide for the channels. Now I see why I stay at embassy suites (when it's clean and free breakfast)

This hotel connects everything. From the CNN center, to the Georgia World Congress Center, and finally the College Football Hall Of Fame. It's all here! In terms of hospitality, beautiful rooms with overlooks of the Atlanta skyline. Expansive gym with a sauna and spa.

Everyone will enjoy the Omni ATL! It s large impeccable accommodations. We were in town for a nutrition conference and enjoyed the scenes and sights Atlanta has to offer. Rooms were clean and accommodated accordingly. Would book here again for sure!

Staff are very nice. The bathroom needs to be maintained better with big events. They were horrible.

This hotel was in the center of it all. Was not too far from all of the activities I had planned during my days there. The $45 valet parking is a bit much but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

My wife and I live in NE Metro Atlanta area and whenever we come downtown to hang out for a day or when once a year we come down to see The Nutcracker at the Fox theatre we stay at the Omni.

If you dig around you can usually get a nice room at a very good price, and I just think it's all-around a great hotel.

It's probably more of a 4 star hotel as far as looks and room quality, but we've had so many good experiences here I have to give it a 5 star.

The parking service is good, the hotel staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, there are tons of cool amenities and restaurants around, lots to do, great views from every room, and several in-hotel bars and restaurants.

The convenience to everything is incredible and the hotel offers every amenity imaginable.

2 thumbs up!

Ice machine was not working and they knew it needed a part and wasn't working. Room was missing lamp, very dark. Room security safe wouldn't lock had to call maintenance, room thermostat didn't work had to call maintenance. Second night there no water in vending machine on next floor down and front desk ran out of water. Hotel just had too many issues!

Wonderful accommodations! This hotel offers the best views of the city, as well as convenience to endless popular Atlanta attractions. I dined in one of the restaurants on site, McCormick and Schmicks, and the food was to die for. The Omni is the perfect getaway. They offer all the makings for an amazing vacation!

Booked a king, showed up, and after standing in a 45 minute check in line was told they had no king. Told me I d pay the same price. Right now I have been standing with about 75 other people waiting for broken elevators. Tried to take the stairs they told me the stairs were not accessible to guests. Do not come... do not book!

So the thing is that I've had two vastly different experiences at this hotel. My first trip was alright and my second trip makes me never want to come back. If I was judging only from the second trip, it would be a 1 star review.

First time I was here was for Momocon 2018. I got a room in the South Tower attached to the CNN center. It was easy to find my way around and had no problems checking in. Hotel looked good in the main lobby but the room looked pretty outdated. It didn't have as many frills as I would expect from a 4 star hotel, but it's fine whatever.

Fast forward to Momocon 2019. I don't ever want to stay here again. First of all, we were given a room in the North Tower. It was noticeably older, dingy at best, and getting around was confusing. The elevators on this side were very slow and only 3 out of 6 seemed to work for most of the weekend. Okay, that's expected from conventions but still pretty inconvienent. It was difficult to get our luggage around the day we left. I'm glad I wasn't in a wheelchair, because it was a nightmare to navigate accessible routes in the North Tower. The handicap elevator to the convention center was "broken" but we were also told they just weren't letting anyone use it so...? Not sure what's going on there.

The kicker though? Our room had cockroaches. Honestly, the room was dirty and the bathtub was funky so kind of not surprised it harbored cockroaches. We switched rooms, but it was still disgusting.

Also, parking is way too expensive so park at a different parking garage. Just a tip from experience.

I'm looking into staying at a different hotel next year for this convention. The only pro was that it was attached to the convention center, but it's just not worth dealing with the hotel anymore.

Omni CNN- I am pleased with my initial exp with Kayla, Loyakty Mgr who welcomed me back to Omni. I consider myself an Omni girl and only preference 5 star service. I think Kayla set the tone and it was matched by concierge who assisted me with hiring a car service and then meeting Morris G. at check-in. He gave me a warm welcome and I appreciated all the kind support by others incl dining. I was unaware of the 11/1 change to in room dinning but that team of professionals really accommodated me and served me an amazing dinner. I LOVE the Omni brand and I will continue to support great excellence in service delivery. I love to room with view and my cheese/fruit plate.

What a disappointment. I would have rated a 1 except the housekeeping and banquet service staff has been great. Long line to check in. Did not appropriately enter my select number (though we double checked it) so WiFi issues, room key did not work(and the exceptionally slow elevators to the 28th floor didn t help), room service was pricey and delivered an actually congealed cold pizza, and the final moment of losing all hope when I called the manager to problem solve my horrendous experiences, I was put on five cycles of hold by the operator, waited over 10 minutes...and then was disconnected.
Atlanta has way too many good hotels to spend your money here.

Perfect stay for our massive International Convention. The entire staff was well prepared and ready for the highest level of customer service. Satisfaction was the name of the game. DeVaris at the desk. Clara in housekeeping were no doubt ready and prepared to make the week long stay feel like home. Thank you a thousand times for caring for our Delegates. We will see you again very soon.

The hotel only has valet parking and there are no parking structures close to the north tower, plus every parking structure there isn't cheap. The hotel itself isn't bad, the three star rating is for the lack of parking but good rooms.

Took an hour to check in. Takes 15-25 minutes everytime waiting on rhe elevator. Room service is well over an hour.. The food is terrible. The rooms are small. Best part of the stay was good wster pressure in the shower. They charge $45/night for parking. Go anywhere else but here.

There are very few staff working at night and the overnight room service food is disgusting at best. The good part about this hotel is the location which is very close to great tourist attractions like Centennial Olympic park, the Aquarium, and Coca-Cola.
