Helpful explain procedures and fast service.
They were quick to understand my somewhat ridiculous explanation of a growling noise and repaired the problem that day. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy and as an older woman this is much appreciated.

This was my second new vehicle purchase from Olathe Ford and I wouldn t dream of going anywhere else! Corbin Hass and his teammates made the car purchasing experience seamless and smooth. He even came out to my house to help me link my garage door opener, and I live 35 miles away! I will continue to do business and recommend business to them!

I had so much fun buying a new car here. My salesman Joe Stoker was great! Everyone was friendly, happy, upbeat and so excited for me. Joe and I texted before I came to look at cars and picked out the perfect car for me when I saw it I didn't want to look at anything else. He understood how much my old car meant to me and was so kind when I had to turn over the keys to trade it in. Joe even came out with me in the rain to sit in my new car and make sure he answered all my questions and make sure I could work all my gadgets. When I need another car I am going to go see my friends at Olathe Ford. Thanks guys!

Car was exactly what I wanted and Corbin was very familiar with the features and tech on the car (not very common to have salesmen that know that info).

When I first started browsing through the USAA car...

When I first started browsing through the USAA car-buying service, I didn't really think I could afford a "new" car. I didn't want to trade in my Tahoe but it was a 2004 with 110,000 miles and price of gas was hurting my wallet. I really was merely browsing. My wife and I agreed that if we were to purchase a new vehicle it must be a res Mustang. As this was my first brand new vehicle, I had certain requirements that were non-negotiable. It must be red, it must have a spoiler, it must have the leather interior, it must have the system where it will link to my mobile phone, it must have the rear window louvers, and it must have the side air scoops. There were only two ways to find this car. One was to locate it at another dealership; the other was to have it built by Ford and wait 6 - 8 weeks. I was willing to wait. Cassie located my vehicle in Tulsa Oklahoma. It had everything I wanted except the window louvers and side scoops. We agreed to a fair price for trade-in and included the scoops and louvers to be ordered and installed into the price of our agreement. We signed the paperwork and the car was to be picked up in Tulsa on Saturday, prepped and be prepared for delivery on the following Monday. The person who was supposed to pick up the Mustang in Tulsa became ill on Saturday and was unable to make the trip. Cassie, my sales person, (and also a college student and a mom) decided to make the trip on Sunday evening, on her own time. I didn't get my vehicle on Monday morning like we had planned but I did take possession on Monday afternoon. I have bought many cars over the years and somehow managed to "get in too deep" on most of my deals. The Mustang I bought, with the "pony package" was less expensive than purchasing a used car with the same options. Between USAA, Ford incentives, and Cassie at Olathe Ford, I get a good deal and fair trade. My payment is about the same as the payment of my 2004 Tahoe with 110,000 miles. I would recommend Cassie and Olathe Ford to anyone interested in buying a new Ford product.

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had when dropping off my Lincoln for service.
Mike Dyster was my service consultant and he was knowledgeable, accommodating and very friendly.
Rusty was the gentleman who provided "chauffeur" service to get me back to my job site. He was wonderful and I felt like I had a new friend in just the time it took to get me back to work.

George was very professional. I called the dealership and he was the first salesman that I talked to -- and he handled everything through the ordering to the final sale.
Once the SUV was delivered he did a very good job to explain the various features of the MKC. I may need a refresher course in the future.

I would recommend him who anyone who needs a very good vehicle salesman.

We found a truck we were interested in on the internet at a good price. The buying experience was great. Jason showed us how all the new electronics worked. (Our first new truck was also purchased from Olathe Ford in 1995. We still own it!) The paper work always takes time, but as we waited we were provided with beverages and TV. Overall, we had our title from them 5 days faster than from the other Ford dealer we dealt with and that was including the 2 1/2 extra days Olathe Ford needed to add on our linex bed protection, tonneau cover, bug shield, window deflectors.

I wish more Americans would support American owned auto manufactures. People buying foreign cars these days kills me and do not care about patriotism and our Country.

My two brothers recommended for me to go to Olathe Ford to buy my car and I'm pleased to say I had a great experience at Olathe Ford.I recently bought my new car from Bill Cole. I'm pleased with the service I got from Bill Cole. He was responsive to my needs and answered all of my questions. Also Pat Larkin was a great help in explaining all the paperwork and made financing my new car easy. My whole time at Olathe Ford was relatively quick and easy. I never knew buying a car that easy and fast. I will highly recommend Olathe Ford for anyone in the market for a new car.

Worst experience ever. I called the parts department 4 time and no one ever answered. Left a voicemail with no return call. Called the Ford dealer in Shawnee and got right though. Reccomend everyone that the parts business to them.

I had some window tint done here a few months back...

I had some window tint done here a few months back while my car was in for warranty work with an engine problem. I was told there was a lifetime warranty on the tint work. They were suppose to do the work while the car was on their lot for several weeks waiting for parts and time for a mechanic to get to it. That didn't happen. The day I was told to pick the car up I asked about the tint and they said, oh that wasn't done, we will get that done and have it ready the next day. Boy was that a mistake. They must have rushed the job or something because I noticed it was starting to bubble up about a month later. This caused me to start looking closer at the job that was done. On top of the bubbles I noticed there was debris between the glass and the tint. After this covid scare let up a little I called Olathe Ford with no response. I've called them 5 times in the last 2 weeks and have left 4 messages with no return calls. The receptionist will only connect me to voicemails. What good is a warranty if they won't take the time to take or return phone calls to check in on their customers. They charged me a lot of money and have given very minimal service in return. I didn't want to leave a public review, but felt I have no other choice. I will update if I ever get this resolved.

Edit: They finally called me to schedule this repair after I left this review. No apology was offered, no one mentioned that they were ignoring my attempts to get this resolved. When I dropped the car off for the scheduled day and time, they acted like they had no clue I was coming. After 15 min or so they finally agreed to take my keys and said they'd figure it out. I was told my car would be there a few hours. They had it for 12 hours. It was not ready until 7pm that evening. When I went to pick it up the driver's side window was covered in some kind of grease or something and the tint was filled with even more bubbles than before. Corbin took it and washed it for me, which was nice. Corbin told me the bubbles would go away as the tint dried. Well. That didn't happen my back window is worse than the first time now. I wish I could include pictures here because it's horrible.

We were very pleased with our experience with the Olathe Ford Personnel. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, so nice and helpful. Not one person tried selling us something we didn't want and we really appreciated that. Everyone bent over backwards finding us the best deal so we could own our 2012 Fusion and also to get my phone set up to work with blue tooth etc. We couldn't have asked for better service. My fiance and I had been looking extensively into getting her a new vehicle and this was the first car deal she has ever done. We had originally gone to another Ford dealer in Overland park but the experience there was so terrible, it nearly had my fiance in tears. The service department is very shady. I had a check engine light come on, and took my vehicle in for a diagnosis. They told me I needed a new transmission, to the tune of $5,000. The vehicle drove fine and had no shifting issues. I drove it off the lot and took it to another mechanic for another opinion. Afterward I purchased my own obd2 scan tool and ran my own diagnostics. Based from my findings, I changed the transmission fluid, the the problem ceased, and the light has not come back on. When I picked up my vehicle from the dealer, there were between 5-10 mechanics standing around doing nothing. Makes you wonder if the service advisors are trying to give their mechanics some "extra" work to keep them busy. I learned a $120 lesson to not give the dealership three days to diagnose my car and make up some bogus issues that are nonexistent. Heck, it took them 20 minutes with three different employees to find my vehicle on their lot. Very disorganized! You have been warned!

Olathe Ford really has a nice sales staff and I was impressed by the easy-going feel I got from my salesman (Corbin Haas). Since my wife and I have been married we have driven the cars we had since our school years. This was our first auto purchase together and Corbin/other staff members made it a great experience. We were having some trouble with my wife's 2000 Mitsubishi (210,000 miles) and decided it was time to cut our losses and purchase a new Ford Escape. Buying a new car can be exciting, yet stressful (especially with a one year old along). The staff made the experience easier by not forcing all the extras (not to say they did not ask, but never pushed). Also, they helped keep our little daughter entertained and it is those little things that can turn a stressful situation into an enjoyable one.

Once the paperwork was done they cleaned-up the car nicely, showed us around the vehicle for the final time, and even gave us a free car washes. Overall, the experience was precise, honest, and friendly. I have yet to use their service department so I cannot comment on that department yet, but from my experience with their sales team I would recommend Olathe Ford anyone!

Had an issue with my 07 f150 shifter cable. Called from motel parking lot at 7am they where able to get me in that morning. Within 2 hours of my arrival my truck was done and back on the road by 10 am. The staff was friendly and helpful with a customer lounge that is comfortable. They offer free coffee, water and danish. Thank you for making my bad situation a breeze to deal with. Keep up the awesome work

Buyer beware! Who knew you had to dig deeper when they advertise a 2017 Explorer as having one owner? We met with sales rep who also told us the car had one owner. Came back a week later to make the deal and the very last document they asked us to sign was a disclosure that this car was a rental car and that the one owner was Hertz! Can you say unethical? Needless to say, we walked.

I never want to go back to this dealership. It s always one bad thing after the other! I ve yet to have a great experience, my car has been scratched in the service and I never heard back from them about fixing it, not to mention I was sold a lemon car. I tried calling service today Hoping I could turn my opinion around because this is the closest dealership and I was put on hold for over 6 minutes and when the representative came on the phone she was very rude. I now will take my business to Anderson Ford in ST. Joseph! They ve always given me an Iconic experience!

Would give this dealership at 0 star if that was allowed. I found a nice truck on their website, I spent time sending pictures of my vehicle. I had to contact the dealership at all times. Do you have some numbers? Is there something? I contacted once a day, only to be low-balled. Literally $4000 less than Kelly Blue Book Trade in Value. What a waste of my time. It seems like they are too busy or something. They sent me their KBB list. and i literally googled it. so much difference.......... Seems shady

Our salesman was not pushy at all, we were allowed to test drive several vehicles on our own, numbers were all very transparent, and they negotiated fairly. No intimidating tactics, which was refreshing. I would recommend Olathe Ford to friends & Family.

Purchased vehicle here so I ve had servicing done here as well by default for several years. Service Dept is repeatedly slow and most recently even made mistake in my work order which further delayed my scheduled repairs by over 2 hours. Recommend everyone choose another dealer or facility for your service work. Poor service is avoidable but appears to be more systemic at Olathe Ford.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and Olathe Ford came through.

It was like it was meant to be, I saw "my" truck in their inventory on line.

When I went to the lot, it was listed as sold, so I wandered the lot, with my excellent sales representative, Scott.

A while later, the sales manager recommended another vehicle. When I reviewed, it was "my" truck again. But it was sold!

Later the same day, the other buyer backed out and it quickly became my truck. Good experience, fun and laid-back people, and an excellent F-150!

I purchased my F-150 in 2006 from Olathe Ford. I decided when it was time for my wife to get a new vehicle we would try here again. I was immediately greeted. Not in that "I'm trying to make number" car sales way. The salesman, Brian Rector, showed my wife and I the vehicles we were interested in. We were just looking at first. However, Brian did such a good job my wife and I felt guilty if we did not purchase a vehicle. With that being said we said we wanted to think about it. Brian was EXTREMELY patient and completely understood. On the following Monday we decided to buy our new Escape. This has been the smoothest experience in buying a vehicle. No pressure and a friendly, patient attitude. Brian did a great job in explaining the features on our new Escape. My wife loves it and I am a hero.

Amazing Experience! I worked with Thomas Marsman and there was no pressure, no "what can I do to make you sign today" he showed me all my options and treated me with respect. I felt like he was on my team to find a vehicle and when it came to doing the deal it was plain an simple with out any sort of runaround! They have a new customer for life! Even when I picked up my car it was clean and full of gas! I would highly recommend stopping by and chatting with there team and especially Thomas!

Dropped in & ask how long the wait. We didn't have our Costco coupon, but could access it on line. The service man was happy to accept it. He went over with us the results of our tune up, didn't pressure us to change wipers. He told us about our brakes & said they are wearing, but he didn't recommend replacing them yet. He was friendly and honest about the condition of our car.

The Quick Lane/Service department at Olathe Ford is the best I have been to. Last Saturday morning, they got me in and out in 45 minutes without an appointment and probably 8-10 cars in front of me. Love, love, love the friendly professional service that I receive there. Other Ford dealerships I've visited only make appointments and are always booked out at least 2 weeks in advance. So frustrating.

Josh provided excellent friendly service last Saturday and I always love the complimentary car wash!

I had my 2008 Ford Escape towed there when I suspe...

I had my 2008 Ford Escape towed there when I suspected a bad transmission problem because the vehicle was intermittently siezing up on the road and running rough.

Olathe Ford s technicians road-tested my vehicle and indicated they had done some sort of test in the shop that confirmed a failed transmission pump. Recommendation? New transmission.

I have an aftermarket warranty that specified that if the diagnosis were confirmed upon a tear out of the transmission, it would have required a replacement with a used transmission. Jason indicated Olathe Ford s policy forbade them from doing that, so I had the vehicle moved down the street to Olathe Transmission.

Olathe Transmission determined the problem was actually collapsed brake hoses that prevented fluid from reaching the brakes properly. This was causing the brakes to seize up and cause the problem. This shop that makes their money on transmission work determined there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Cost to replace the brake hoses was a mere $283 instead of the several thousand a transmission replacement would have been. I am back on the road and my vehicle is running great.

Olathe Ford badly misdiagnosed the problem. However, I am satisfied by their follow through to make the situation right. I have a little more confidence now in them than I did even a few hours ago.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday and looked at a 2010 Lincoln MKZ. It was fully loaded and set at a great price. Bill Sims worked really well with us on the features and showing the car. He was not pushing us at all so we felt welcomed. Being a younger married couple we usually get treated differently where we go. That was not the case will Bill Sims he treated us like any other couple and it was great. We came in with a pre-approved loan and gave them a chance to beat APR. They beat that with a better rate and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for all of your help on purchasing our first car as a married couple!

Just took delivery of my new Continental. Salesman Will Mallory was superb. He helped with the purchase order with no pressure whatsoever. Upon delivery he spent over an hour with my wife and me explaining details of operating the car (which I can't remember all) and invited us to call or come by anytime we have a question. I've dealt with Service manager Mike Dyster for several years and he too is top notch. I'll continue to have all of my 3 Lincolns serviced at Olathe Lincoln. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great place; great people.

Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind Ford vehicles. If something goes wrong they will tell you they do not own the vehicle and you can call 800 number to complain. Horrible customer service.

My experience was amazing!! The staff made me feel very comfortable and were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I knew exactly what to expect because of their great communication via email and phone prior to my appointment. I highly recommend them, it was a once in a lifetime experience for sure! I'm proud to have purchased my first luxury vehicle from Olathe Ford! Thanks Sam and great staff!!

I worked with Steve Madrigal on my purchase of a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Steve did an excellent job of guiding me through the purchase and trade in of my previous car (2013 Ford Taurus Limited). After my Ford Fusion arrived at Olathe Ford, Steve made certain that I understood the various functions of the car, i.e. hybrid/electrical operation of the car, Ford Sync, entertainment, climate, etc. I will highly recommend Olathe Ford and Steve Madrigal to my friends and acquaintances for a pleasant and satisfying car buying experience!
