Would never buy a truck here again!! Inquired about a truck Monday was told the rep tried calling and sent me a text, that never happened, called a about the same truck on Tuesday set an appointment for Tuesday night ,came in and was told another couple came in 5 minutes before me and bought the truck! This would have been my 2nd truck from Olathe Ford, found a truck at another dealership! Seems like they did not want my business!
I walked in knowing what car I wanted. They gave me the keys and let me take it any where! I had a bad experience at a chevy dealership but when I came here it was a 180. Billie was nice and very patient and extremely helpful. Sam the finance guy was awesome, didn't hide anything, showed me everything! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I walked away with my 2013 Chevy Malibu and I couldn't be any happier! I would definitely go back, loved the experience and everyone was helpful!
I recently was a new customer at Olathe Ford Lincoln last week for a oil change to a 2015 Lincoln MKC. I had some problems that I had before.
The staff was very upfront and nice.
I needed to make some decisions this time. No high pressure.
I looked over a 2020 Cosair. I needed to think some more and talk to family and my financial advisor.
I was back the next day and started the process which was very nice being new to Olathe.

Service was amazing. I did go in knowing what I was wanting. They didn t pressure me into anything else. Showed me the Escape I was looking at. Within two hours, I was driving off the lot in my new car.
A simple oil change and tire rotation on my new Fusion. It went very well, and they were done when they said they'd be. The service writer and everyone else were polite and friendly. I looked under the hood when I got it home, and all the fluids were right where they should be. Good visit.
What a fantastic experience! I arrived for my appointment and my service started right away. Jill Hart was the service representative for me. I was in for an oil change and to check my brakes. I explained my tires have a lot of wear but not interested in tires today. The service went quick, Jill pointed out that the brakes have a bit more life and the noise was just dust. Tires were examined and information shared but no hard sale. I do appreciate good customer service. I switched to Olathe Ford from Victory Ford due to customer service and it s so worth the drive. Thanks, Olathe and Jill!
Their selection of SuperDuty 350s was disappointing. You can have any color you want, as long as it's white.

Service center review only- I have been coming here for over a decade and will never be back. I had my AC worked on 5 times in 3 months (usually requiring 2-3 days per repair). They kept replacing the same hose (telling me it was a bad batch) before they finally took the time to exam the AC and properly diagnose the problem (of course, it has only been a couple of weeks, so I will edit this review if I need another repair). To be fair, the customer service representative, Chuck, was also frustrated and advocated for me to get a reasonable price on the final repair which was more extensive than the original work that I had done so this is not an indictment of him or the work he did. However, this morning I went in early for a QuickLane oil change and since they don't open every service bay, I went from being the first one there to back of the line. How hard is it to hang a sign that says "this service bay does not open in the morning" or "Service lane not in use"? The representative was dismissive and that was the final straw with this place.

Corbin Haas did a great job listening to our needs and finding the right truck for our family. He let us take our time and do our research without any pressure.
Steve Madrigal helped us figure out what our best add-ons were for our truck and helped fix it in the parking lot a couple of weeks later when one of the latches came unhooked.
Sam Othman was the best financing manager we have ever worked with. He showed us all of our financing options and worked with us to determine what our best option was. He was very open and made sure that we understood exactly what the options were.
We had a great experience buying our new truck and recommend the Olathe Ford dealership.

Olathe Ford has always been up-front on pricing for their services and how long it will take. The waiting room is nice and comfortable if you need to wait, and they provide a shuttle service. Most importantly, they have always done exactly what they say they will. I have been to three - yes, THREE - dealers in the KC metro area that didn't change my oil when they said they did. This may seem a crazy thing to praise them for, but they have ALWAYS changed my oil as they said they would.
After my 2005 ford focus started to be less than reliable I decided it was time to do a trade in. Now I'm driving my dream 2015 ford focus hatchback with low miles that I got for a very fair price all thanks to Bill Cole at Olathe Ford Lincoln. Through out the process of looking at the car and working with Bill he was both kind and honest with me. I greatly appreciate his help yesterday! Everyone I dealt with was great...only glitch was delay in delivery. Evidently the scheduled time fell thru the cracks.
No pressure sales. Based on my online research, I got the best price available within a 500 mile radius on my F-150. They went above and beyond my expectations for service. I got a flat after I drove off the lot (not their fault I drove over a nail) and they gave me a new tire. Go see Joe Stoker.

Olathe Ford used to be my go to place for my Ford Focus. Unfortunately, the transmission is acting strange so I tried to make an appointment but they were booked out for almost 2 months.
In and out in a half hour. They kept me up to date on the maintenance schedule. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous.
The sales folks at Olathe Ford made my used truck purchase smoother than any other vehicle purchase I've ever made. Excellent, responsive service and more than fair with my trade. I would absolutely recommend them, especially to other folks purchasing from out of state, sight unseen.
Update: we just purchased a 2018 Ford Edge and it was another fantastic experience!
I called Olathe Ford Sevice with an issue at 130 on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived with my 2016 flex at 215 and the problem was taken care of and I was on my way home by 400 . Martin and the Olathe service team did an outstanding job and had me back underway in no time . I've been an Olathe Ford customer since 1996 and I've always had the best experience with the dealership and staff. I'll always recommend Olathe ford for sales and service.

The finance process went quickly too. We weren't expecting to buy a Ford, but the Ford Expedition drives smoothly and has a lot more room in the back two rows than the other SUVs we were looking at. I have never written a review for anything, ever before, but I felt that this needed to be written. Mike D. from Olathe Lincoln is 5-stars. I have never met an individual who is more kind, helpful and a pleasure to be around. I went in for a routine check and was greeted by the most customer service-oriented person I have ever met. He made the experience so wonderful and I couldn't figure out why he seemed so familiar to me. Come to find out, 6 months ago I was stranded on the side of the highway when my car broke down and called Lincoln in a panic-- Mike was the one who answered the phone. He offered to stay late, open first thing in the morning, get me a loaner car and would call a tow truck for me. He gave me his personal cellphone and said that if anything ever happened again I could call him day or night 24/7. You don't find many folks like Mike in this world. I will be a Lincoln customer for life because of him. Lincoln-- he is one of the best assets you have. I would buy anything from that man. THANK YOU MIKE!

Being a new college grad, and just getting started, I was worried about how this was going to go. I was also concerned that they might try to lead me to something I didn't want/need because I did not bring my dad or another male with me. I walked in, told them exactly what my price range was, and what I wanted. EVERYONE at Olathe Ford was so incredibly helpful. We were in and out within 4 hours. They took care of the problem for a fair price. They dropped me back off at home and picked me back up when my car was done.
Edit: I had asked for help in finding out how much it would cost to replace a remote start key fob. I got a call the next day saying that he thinks he was able to fix the problem and I wouldn't need to replace it. They even swapped out my battery!

I live in Phoenix and was in town for work. I was missing the wheel lock key for my Mustang. They were kind enough to loan one to me to get the tires off. Their courtesy was above and beyond. What a great place.
