Epicure Catering Review

Before shifting to catering, this was The Health co for meal plans - I chased them for over three months to get back my deposit and they never paid it back. Poor customer service !

Staff are unprofessional. They don t know the right etiquette. They don t take their service seriously, ENGLISH and PROFESSIONALISM should be taught on their staff. Admin staff are totally dump specially the one sitting on the reception.

We had a two day corporate event with 30 people each day. I had the pleasure of working with Savio D Souza at Epicure to review and select the perfect menu for each day. They delivered a great selection of hummus, salads, sandwiches and deserts. All was excellent; both, at lunch and for the breaks. They were great to work with and very service oriented. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Everything was wonderful- the food, the service, the chefs! Words are really not adequate to describe how pleased we were with all event. I highly recommend Epicure Catering.

It is not deserving even 1 star.for vegetarian food, please don't offer.

Now with the successful completion of the event, I feel this was a great decision and great choice. All the people I connected with at Epicure, beginning from the Manager - Savio D'souza, Sales Coordinator - Ramakrishna Nair and the concierge in-charge - Brian, it was great service and great food. If you're looking for a caterer, you would want a someone who is: (1) reliable, (2) responsive, and (3) affordable. Above all, of course, the food should be good.

Epicure catering is all of those things. I loved working with Maria, she's very easy going and she'll work with a party of any size and budget. I recommend the canapes and shooters menu.

The personal attention to us and what we wanted was absolutely amazing ! What an outstanding job you guys did on last week ! I can't thank you enough for all your hard work by you personally as well as your staff. All of the food was spectacular ( still have guests telling me how awesome the food was)! The presentation was perfect as well. We couldn t have asked for more, next time we need something catered we will be calling them!

Great food, and the service was great! Super attentive, not in the way what-so-ever, and best of all, did not make a mention of the fact that they stayed 2 hours beyond their agreement. Highly recommended service.
