I just bought a Ford Escape from Olathe Ford. I highly recommend working with Corbin. He is the salesman I worked with. He was so helpful, very knowledgeable and made the process super easy!

I've been struggling with an issue on my coils/plugs for a couple weeks now; I requested quotes from multiple vendors, and Olathe Ford was the highest in cost, however, the only group that offered confidence that they knew what they were tackling. Chris was extremely personable, and quick to keep me informed with updates on diagnostic, and completion. He's one of the several reasons, I will be back if I need help again.

Excellent service! I just purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer and love it. I had a quick turnaround on getting a vehicle as mine was totaled in an accident. I walked into Olathe Ford, was greeted quickly, and worked with Corbin Haas. He was great to work with and very friendly. He helped me determine what type of vehicle to get based on my needs and budget. He even helped me return my rental car to Enterprise! I bought a vehicle from Olathe Ford two weeks ago that's been backed in the shop three times already.

We just purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer, we had a GREAT experience with Scott and Sam working through the purchasing and financing. Would high recommend this Olathe Ford team!!!

I get my oil changed here for my Explorer every few months. They're usually very fast, and the price is comparable to other dealers. Service guys are good about pointing out any upcoming maintenance so I can plan for it.

Very easy going! Found what I wanted with the help of Corbin, great guy! Got in my new eco sport super quick! Love the car, love the service I got. They really treated me like family.

Made the process quick and simple. Erik Davidson helped me track down the Fusion I wanted. Overall the exchange was great.

I'm updating this review. I initially gave a good review because they were friendly, but now I'm downgrading it. I had my car in for a recall and had them do an oil change. 6 weeks later there were oil puddles on my driveway. I took my car to mechanic I've used for years, and the gaskets damaged on the oil filter, and it was totally gone on the drip pan. They also said the oil was really dirty.

I don't know what happened when Olathe Ford serviced my car, but I'll never take it back there, and will certainly never buy a car there.

Sat, Aug. 24th. Parked right in front of the used car lot building, cash in hand, walked the lot looking for a car for our son. Not one sales person came out to offer any help or even greet us. One older gentleman stepped outside the door, looked at us, didn't say a word, then walked back inside. Nothing. We ended up driving down the street to buy from someone else. Terrible service.

I went to sit in a lincoln MKZ I wanted to see if it was as comfortable as the continental. It's not as roomy but I do like that it comes in a hybrid . Anyway the 2 salesman. Were very friendly without being pushy. Much appreciated!! Took a long test drive and returned still undecided but weighing the pros and cons . However the dealer and sales guys were excellent . Helpful, friendly but not aggressive. He told us about the no haggle bottom line pricing and a few rebates..if you already have one Ford or lincoln and some other rebates. Highly recommend this Ford lincoln dealership.

I did not have a great experience the first couple of times I brought my ford in...but the willingness and extra efforts to make it better, gave me peace of mind about my visits there and I will return to get my car serviced here.

My husband and I highly recommend Olathe Ford! We went car shopping on a whim, needing a car but not urgently. Brian was our sales guy and he was quick to help us know what was in our budget and what would be the best deal! We found an escape we just couldn t leave without. Never felt rushed or pushed into anything, even the finance guy Sam was super easy and great to work with! Dropped car off for service. Courtesy shuttle took me home and picked me back up when the car was done. Service was fast considering howany people are dropping cars off on a Friday. Very friendly. Would use again.

WOW!!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!! I was in an unfortunate situation due to an accident where my car was totaled. I haven t owned a Ford before but many friends recommended looking at a Ford. I did some research online and decided that the EGDE was something I was interested in. I contacted Corbin Haas and he was AMAZING to work with! He exceeded every aspect of buying a car! He made a bad experience turn into a positive one real quick by being knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and all around AWESOME!! I absolutely LOVE my new car and will never deal with anyone else other than Corbin in the future!

I had some tricky electrical (onboard computers) issues with my 07 Mountaineer that transpired over 15 months. Bottom line is they stood behind their work and replacement products. When a recently replaced computer board failed, I was out of town and they helped defray rental car. Problems now solved and I m a happy camper!

I was very pleased with the way Shawn King took the time to listen as I explained what my concerns as to what my vehicle was doing. Once it was repaired he was kind enough to call me and explain what the problem was. I will in the future continue to have my car serviced at Ford and will ask for Shawn.

I think overall your intentions to do a good job are sincere. But, you had my truck for 8 days. I bought the truck and needed to bring it back to get detailed. I also purchased some fender flares (which needed painted) along with a tonneau cover. Communication on time needs to improve. I took my truck in on a Tuesday and was told I would have it back by Thursday or Friday. A few days later. I didn't get my truck back until the follow Wednesday. You had it 8 days. I was provided a car to drive which I appreciate. The work you did was very good. Except when I brought the truck home, the tailgate would not open. This is because the tonneau cover was not installed correctly. So, I had to have my son take the truck back up to you the next day to get that corrected. Which it was. Someone should inspect work before it is turned over to the customer. Maybe this is the first time a tailgate wouldn't open due to the tonneau cover. Something you can share with your guys. I realize things can happen. And you did make it right which I appreciate.

They were friendly, First time I had been there before and they were busy but seemed to really take the time to talk to the customers about their car.

I recently had my F-150 in the shop for Warrenty work. The service department was efficient and helpful. My truck was clean and it was ready before the targeted finish time.

In addition, I stopped by the Collision and Repair department and was helped quickly and courteously. It's been a pleasure to do business with Olathe Ford. Thorough but not pushy.

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Scott and could not have asked for better service. I never felt rushed into making my decision on which car I wanted to buy. He took the time to help me narrow my decision to two vehicles and showed the benefits that both had to offer. This is my third Escape from Olathe Ford and will definitely purchase future cars from this staff!

My husband and I began our search for a new vehicle early in the year as we were expecting our first child in October and wanted to trade-in my car for an SUV. I was eligible for a family discount through Ford so we began our search at Olathe Ford Lincoln while still exploring other options. Jason Beers was our sales consultant our first time in and he answered all our questions plus gave us an enjoyable experience while shopping versus other sales consultants who can be pushy.

We waited until September to finalize our decision after test driving some other vehicles and we decided to come back to Olathe Ford Lincoln because of the great experience we had with Jason during our initial visit. Jason and the sales manager were able to find a 2014 Explorer that late in the year which still met our requirements. The customer service the whole team provided us was exceptional and we could not have asked for anything better.

I would absolutely recommend Olathe Ford Lincoln to family and friends shopping for a new vehicle.

Bob Thompson was our salesman! He was awesome! Not pushy, very family friendly and extremely patient! I was so nervous that we were going to get pushed around. We came out so happy with our choice!

Mindy set up an appointment and I showed up at the dealership a week ago last Thursday, Mike greeted me and said let's go for a ride and see whats going on. We drove around for a short time and he said your right, it's the right rear wheel bearing that's making the noise. But we're tied up in that part of the shop could you bring it back Tuesday and we'll fix it. He set it up so I could pick up a car Monday afternoon about 4-5PM because I had to work Tuesday. He called me and said he car was ready, and set it so I could pick up my car after the Service Department had closed.

Corbin Haas is the best. He went out of his way from start to finish to find the exact car I wanted. He's been an even bigger help after delivery with everything from answer questions to getting a few things straightened out. I can't recommend Corbin enough. I drove in off the street because something jumped up and bit underneath my Ford Escape so my plastic covering was dragging on the street. Shawn was so incredible. We have been a one car family for almost a year and had just given up on Colorado getting a new Expedition equipt like I wanted (Limited w/bench & Med. Stone interior). On a lark I extended my search and came across Olathe Ford's extensive inventory. Against all odds, they had EXACTLY what I wanted. I reached out and Corbin Haas quickly responded. Wow, I've never had such a smooth car-buying experience, and across state lines! He even arranged to have the truck brought out to us in Colorado (for a fee). Loved working with this dealership!

Being in a hurry to purchase a good used car for an impending trip made me an ideal candidate for the "Used Car Salesman" we usually imagine. I was pleasantly surprised at how Steve Cook was the exactly the opposite of that stereo type. Steve didn't try a hard sell approach but actually encouraged me to look at the other dealerships for the cars on my list. He was not surprised at all when I walked back into Olathe Ford to buy the car. I headed on my trip the next day and have been getting between 34 and 38 mpg every tank, all four of them over the last 2000 miles.

I am very happy with the customer service I receive at Olathe Lincoln. Friendly service and a great waiting area or loaner car while mine is serviced. And to pick up a clean car is icing on the cake routine maintenance or emergency visit... I know I am well taken care of and so is my car.

I just purchased my 6th vehicle from Olathe Ford and I can t imagine going anywhere else or driving anything other than a Ford. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and our Sales Associate Roy Boadwee was courteous and professional. He made the process painless for us. I did feel bad for him cleaning the cars off and warming them up so we could enjoy our test drives in the cold of Jan. We will be back when the time is right for our 7th vehicle.

It was a good experience for both Kaye and I. We feel good about the Chrysler T & C mini van thus far. One question I have, however. I think you told me that this van had navigation availability. According to the print out you provided for me on the van it says no navigation?? I hope that is incorrect?

Also, Sam asked me about an extended warranty. He presented me with a folder for that, but it was apparently for a Ford product. How does that apply to a Chrysler product? Also, it was difficult for me to understand the costs of the warranty? Can you shed light on this.

I had a recall repair on my Ford Focus transmission. They estimated a week for the repair, but they got to it and I had it back in 3 days.

Really, I don't give anyone 5 stars. There is always room for improvement. I was treated with courtesy and honesty. My advisor Tim was a very nice and thorough young man. My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I have trouble remembering which person assisted me. Maybe have them point to their name tag and say Hi I am, bla bla bla. The day I was there they were having printer issues. They were doing a great job running to the main building to retrieve their copies for customers. All the service people were nice and helpful. Keep up the good work folks. (red and white striped Mustang owner).

Josh in ford service was very helpful. My Lincoln MKX battery died yesterday, I contacted Mike with Lincoln service who didn t have battery but sent me to Josh. I am very happy with the quick response and resolution to my issue!

I took our '17 Explorer there on 3/8 with a question about a recall notice about the luggage rails. They determined that they would need the vehicle for several hours so I made an appt for 3/15. We dropped the vehicle off at 8 am. By 4:30 we had not heard from them so we called and were told that the work had not been started. and wanted to keep the car another day. We were not able to leave the vehicle another day. When we went to pick the vehicle up we were told that the technician pulled our Explorer in first thing in the morning then went home.
I understand that things happen, especially these days. If you believe what we were told, (no reason not to) then they knew that there was going to be a problem by about 9 am. The fact that we had to call them 7 and a half hours later show terrible customer service.
