Always fair on charges.
The best pool service manager in the business. Responsive, responsible, very knowledgeable, hard working, polite. I could go on and on but I think you have a good idea what he is like.
In season, there are enough sales persons that the wait time is none or minimal unless there is a big rush on water chemical testing.
They changed service managers and continue with excellent service.
Water testing service better now that they have new automatic computer connected system and more personell trained in its use.

Had a great experience purchasing our very first hot tub through Ohio Pool & Spas. Courtney Humbert, our sales professional, was truly that...professional! She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and did not try to pressure us in any way. If you're going to OP&S to buy a hot tub, you should ask for Courtney.

Kerry and his service & install team were outstanding. They made the entire process hassle free and were very interested in meeting our expectations on tub location. The entire installation process, along with hands on instructional use of the tub, took less than four hours. We had the tub heated up, treated, and ready for use the next day.

Overall, an outstanding experience from purchase through installation!

We purchased a used spa from Ohio Pools and Spas in September. It was a great experience dealing with the staff at the store. The team that delivered the unit were very helpful with the daily care and maintenance of spa. I would recommend purchasing new or used spas from this store with out thinking twice. When it is time to upgrade our spa we will be back.

They have everything you need for your pool or hot tub, plus a bunch of other stuff. Also provide great pool services for opening and closing. Best in the area.

I needed a spare set of filters for my hot tub so I contacted Ohio Pools via their website. I had a response that same day and got my filters ordered. Great customer service! Really appreciate that.

Service has been terrific. We have had 2 spas over the 20 years and only had a couple of services calls. Everyone at Ohio Pools has been extremely knowledgeable and very cordial!!!

I dropped off my hot tub and had them replace the computer board. When they called and said the repair was complete, I went in and told them to make some additional updates to the spa, one of which was to replace a 2x4 that was deteriorating underneath. About a month later, I called for an update and was told they had a catastrophic failure and my tub was destroyed. They had the tub up in the air and failed to drain it, even though they were going to replace the wood. They came in Monday morning and water was everywhere. Frustrated after several months, I posted this review and was called by Amanda who had been unaware of the problem. She indicated a willingness to resolve the problem. The problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.

We just had our Envoy Hot Springs spa installed this week. The folks from Ohio Pools and spas are very helpful and thoroughly explained all of the care instructions. The spa is AMAZING and I am sure it will be getting TONS of use.

I have had service on my hot tub several times in the last few months. I would like to give Phil a 5 star rating. Both times he has gone above and beyond to get the hot tub back up and running. He spent a good deal of time explaining things that I wasn't real clear on. Great job!

We just bought our first hot tub! Not knowing a lot about hot tubs Courtney took the time to answer our questions and help us. The delivery was quick and the technician was great with all of our questions. If you are looking to buy a hot tub this is the place to buy!

They gave me a $1000 trade in on my spa. Before it was delivered, I heard their commercial on Pandora. "Minimum $1500 trade on any spa". No disclaimer, nothing about see store for details. So I called them and they said if that's what it said, we will honor it. Then they asked me if we were still ok for delivery. I accepted the delivery and setup, then they never called me back about the $500. If I thought they were going to do this, I would have went back to the Great Escape and bought another Jacuzzi Spa.

Nice Spa, but Ohio Pools let me down.

Unless you buy a hot tub or pool from them they want nothing to do with you.

This is my second Hot Spring Spa, but my first purchase from Ohio Pools and Spas. The people at Ohio Pools and Spas did a fantastic job, both in the showroom answering questions, and during delivery and installation. My first Hot Spring spa was a Prodigy that I had for 10 years and never had a mechanical issue. The boards that constructed the frame started to rot, so I left it behind when I sold my house and moved back to Ohio. When I decided to purchase another spa, I knew it had to be a Hot Spring Spa. I purchased a Jetsetter NXT and was THRILLED to find the base was plastic, so no rotting! I have faith that the mechanical parts will hold up and the solid insulation keeps things from jiggling loose. I love the new cabinetry of the spa--so durable and beautiful. Thanks Ohio Pools and Spas for being my Hot Spring Distributor for this area.

The guy who attended to me was pushing chemical for my pool that wasn't really necessary. I noticed he did the same with the other customer as I came to return the Algaecide that he'd tried to sell me.

Highly recommend Mike and his crew. Prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable.

Had a leak, had previously replaced the heater but couldn t locate the leak. Tech came out found and replaced a cracked fitting in less than an hour. Great service, tech gave me advice on when to think about future repairs. Very professional and quick response. Thanks Ohio Pools and Spas for getting me back into my hot tub.

We have bought two above ground pools and three hot tubs from them over the years. We enjoy the quality and comfort o our Hot Springs hot tub. We chose an above ground pool because of the amount of rock at our location. From our visit to the store to pick out the pool, to the initial on-site consultation, to the installation, all went smooth and everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We went back for another pool and hot tub after we moved and would not hesitate to go back again.

Had been looking to buy a hot tub for nearly 2 1/2 years and never really considered a Hot Springs model. What led me to buying there was the fact that all the models are there to see, unlike most stores. Another factor was the patience the sales staff had with me and the education they provided on their models. It has been 3 months since I have had the tub and everything has been excellent so far with regards to performance and service.

An overall great experience. As first-time spa owners we needed help with every aspect between selecting a tub and maintaining the water chemistry, we got that help at Ohio Pools. I now bring in a water sample for free analysis every week, I sort of expect some eye-rolling as I enter but instead am greeted with a smile. Professional and courteous, what more could you ask for?

We were extremely impressed the second we walked in. Jeremy was great to work with as well as the rest of the team. The crew that came out for the install of the hot tub had a task ahead of them since our yard is hilly and it was going on a raised deck, but they pulled it off! They were all very professional and skilled. When it comes time to buy the pool, we won't go anyway else!

Ohio pools has a very experienced and knowledgable staff. We buy all of our chemicals from the Canton store and they always steer us in the right direction with our water for both the pool and hot tub! Service is always top notch as well.

For my husbands 50th birthday and our 21st wedding anniversary, we were out on a date night and we're driving by Ohio Pools & Spas, where we had bought our swimming pool from several years ago, and know that the service we have been extended is always exemplary, so we stopped in and purchased our new hot tub! It is still all new to us, but the benefits are mounting! First thing we noticed is that using it in the evening, has totally effected my families sleep! We all sleep so much better! Probably because we are massaged, relaxed and everything else that soaking in a hot tub benefits. Soaking in our spa will surly be part of our routine! Bonus, I have a very happy hubby who keeps asking why did not buy one sooner! We are all in love with our new Hot Spring Flare Spa! It fits four full sized adults comfortably! Water care is easy to keep in the good levels. And just like with our pool, the staff at Ohio Pools are always right on top of things, testing our water and suggesting exactly what needs done, so that we can have the most enjoyable experiences! Store was professional enough. The employee actually messaged me on his day off to make sure the right paperwork was in order for the hot tub we wanted. A bit on the pricey side though. Hopefully we ll worth it!

I purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub and have been very happy with it. It was a trade in so there were a couple of issues but, were addressed and taken care of quickly and properly. I am very happy with Ohio Pools and Spa's and would recommend them to anyone needing a pool or spa in the future.

I am in love with my new Relay Hot Spring Hot Tub. After looking and debating for a few weeks I went to Ohio pools North Canton and they helped me out. We had a some confusion on a few things in the beginning but between all of the people Dan Williams my sales person and the guys behind the seen everything is awesome the people I talked to always very polite the guys that installed it They Rock! Well, finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new Hot Spot Relay tub and it was installed yesterday. Our salesman Jeremy dealt with my 5,000 questions without batting an eye and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew had a cold day to set things up but weren't phased a bit. Zack and Trevor not only did a great job explaining the care and maintenance of my new tub but were also friendly and just plain good guys. I was nervous about only having a 2 year warranty with the model I purchased and I've got my fingers crossed there's no issues. As of now though, this Relay is just what the doctor ordered and I couldn't possibly be any happier! Thanks to the staff at Ohio Pools and Spas for a great experience!

Canton location was extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire buying process (including many back and forth phone calls regarding questions and product specifications). We had an awesome experience at Ohio Pools & Spas in North Canton! We originally went there because they sold the Covana hot tub cover and we wanted to purchase one for our hot tub. That is when we met Sam Pepple and he was very knowledgably, friendly, and helpful. When we found out our hot tub had a crack and could not be repaired I called Sam and he went to work right away to find us a hot tub at a very good price! He answered all my questions and set everything up with Service so they were able to deliver the hot tub and install the cover at the same time. Service was also great. They were able to haul our old tub away and were very friendly and explained how everything worked before they left. Even when I had questions later on Sam Pepple has always returned my calls or answered my emails with the information I needed. We love and are enjoying our new spa and especially the Covana Cover! We would definitely recommend Ohio Pools & Spas in North Canton to anyone who is searching for a new hot tub!

Just had the greatest MOST HELPFUL experience with Jim Furlong the store manager in Willoughby (he just happened to b in N.Canton today)!! He just taught me SO MUCH about my pool, pump, etc. That I don't have any more anxiety!! And even gave me his card for me to call him with more questions. I'm a nee pool ownet, witg a 20x40 inground with DE filter and I feel so much more confident caring for it now. Guess who's getting my business from now on?!!! THANK YOU JIM!!!!!

Got a good deal to skip financing. Everything went quickly and smoothly with delivery and install. Had about 3yrs now with no issues. 6 person hot tub that you can change water on yourself. Have not had to spend anything since, aside from chemicals which are pretty cheap!

A couple months ago we made our second hot tub purchase from Ohio Pools & Spas. We wouldn't deal with anyone else. Price was great, service from the staff was top notch and can't say enough about the gang that delivered and set up our latest hot tub. Very knowledgeable and courteous company.

We have an older hot tub that requires occasional maintenance. I have been impressed that the service guys consistently try to find ways to economically extend the life of my tub rather than sell me a new one or push a lot of replacement parts on me.

In store, the staff is consistently impressive. They are always friendly and eager to help. Ohio Pools makes it relaxing to relax in my hot tub.

Rob was so helpful during our visit. Answered all of our questions and didn t pressure us at all. In fact, I think we surprised him when we went ahead and put a hold on one of the hot tubs the same day! Delivery was perfectly on time and was well organized and went really fast. Couldn t have asked for a better experience! My husband loves the hot tub and I m sure I will too (6 more months until I can find out... ) thanks for everything!

My experience at Ohio Pools and Spas was a great experience thanks in part to the friendly staff! My salesman happened to be Ben Hall. Let me start off by saying he is a wonderful person to consult with in regards to making a decision about purchasing a spa. He is quite knowledgeable with all the spas in the showroom.

The one major thing that stuck out to me about him was the fact that he cares about his customers and does not try to push you into buying anything extra you do not need. He also takes the time to walk you through the financing process without making you feel rushed which lead me into wanting to purchase a spa from him and i got to leave feeling great about my purchase as I walked out the door.

I needed a pool bonding fitting and called Ohio Pools. They had what I needed and I paid by c/c over the phone, because of the virus I could not enter the store, I drove to their parking lot, called them, and the part was brought out to me. Excellent service. Very pleased and most likely will use their business in the future.

After seeing one of the service vans on the road, we looked up the website & stopped in the North Canton store a week later. The salesman, Matt G, asked us what we were most interested in & showed us exactly what we wanted. We even were able to get a year end floor model deal & we are very pleased with our Hot Springs Aria model. The service & delivery crew did an excellent job at installing.

Purchase process was comfortable and easy. Sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery and installation went perfect. Staff were all professional as well as timely.

Robert was a great salesman and answered all of my questions on making the right choice..
The install crew was very professional and polite and explained how to use all the bells and whistles on the tub very well.

The only complaint I have is this,, The guys that installed the tub told me to add the silk balance water care the next day to the tub,, one problem with that ..... The tub was no where close to having the PH and alkalinity being balanced to start locking it in.. Had To go and buy a bunch of Ph Down to get it in range.. I did go back to them to have a water sample done and was given a bottle of Ph down for free.. But was not near enough... Live and learned a lesson on water chemistry and silk water system.. that stuff makes it really tuff to lower or raise PH and alkalinity when it been added.. Must work! Maybe bad info or misunderstanding on my part. But the gentleman that did my water sample at the store didn't know why they told me to add the silk ,
Not a big deal and will make sure to balance before adding next time.

My parents were poor and I didn't have a playpen when I was a baby. My parents would put me in a broken hot tub on the porch to keep me contained. I recommend buying a hot tub from this store.

We recently purchased a Flair model spa and what a great experience. From the sales process to the delivery and install we could not be happier. The team of installers were very careful, professional and took the time to explain and answer all questions.

A couple of months ago we purchased a Jetsetter spa from Ohio Pools and Spas. This is the third spa we've had (though the first in Ohio) and, though it is smaller it is by far the best.
From the moment I walked into the show room I was treated in a professional manner by a sales staff that was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. I knew what I wanted and they listened and found a product to fit our limited space.
The people I've interacted with on the phone or who came to our house were also respectful and courteous.
The best measure of any organization is how they handle things that go wrong. Two errors that occurred during the ordering and installation were corrected in a timely manner and with no cost or trouble to us. This most recent repair was taken care of by Scott on a bitter cold day when he had to work with bare hands to find and repair a tiny leak. He explained exactly what the issue was and how it was corrected. I feel confidant that this issue has been fully resolved and that any further problems will be taken care of just as efficiently.
I highly recommend this company, the professionals they employ and the products they sell.
