My experience at Ohio Pools and Spas was a great experience thanks in part to the friendly staff! My salesman happened to be Ben Hall. Let me start off by saying he is a wonderful person to consult with in regards to making a decision about purchasing a spa. He is quite knowledgeable with all the spas in the showroom.

The one major thing that stuck out to me about him was the fact that he cares about his customers and does not try to push you into buying anything extra you do not need. He also takes the time to walk you through the financing process without making you feel rushed which lead me into wanting to purchase a spa from him and i got to leave feeling great about my purchase as I walked out the door.

Thanks again to Ben and the rest of the staff members for making my shopping experience at Ohio Pools and Spas a rewarding one!
