Just had the greatest MOST HELPFUL experience with Jim Furlong the store manager in Willoughby (he just happened to b in N.Canton today)!! He just taught me SO MUCH about my pool, pump, etc. That I don't have any more anxiety!! And even gave me his card for me to call him with more questions. I'm a nee pool ownet, witg a 20x40 inground with DE filter and I feel so much more confident caring for it now. Guess who's getting my business from now on?!!! THANK YOU JIM!!!!!
