This is my second Hot Spring Spa, but my first purchase from Ohio Pools and Spas. The people at Ohio Pools and Spas did a fantastic job, both in the showroom answering questions, and during delivery and installation. My first Hot Spring spa was a Prodigy that I had for 10 years and never had a mechanical issue. The boards that constructed the frame started to rot, so I left it behind when I sold my house and moved back to Ohio. When I decided to purchase another spa, I knew it had to be a Hot Spring Spa. I purchased a Jetsetter NXT and was THRILLED to find the base was plastic, so no rotting! I have faith that the mechanical parts will hold up and the solid insulation keeps things from jiggling loose. I love the new cabinetry of the spa--so durable and beautiful.
