I dropped off my hot tub and had them replace the computer board. When they called and said the repair was complete, I went in and told them to make some additional updates to the spa, one of which was to replace a 2x4 that was deteriorating underneath. About a month later, I called for an update and was told they had a catastrophic failure and my tub was destroyed. They had the tub up in the air and failed to drain it, even though they were going to replace the wood. They came in Monday morning and water was everywhere. Frustrated after several months, I posted this review and was called by Amanda who had been unaware of the problem. She indicated a willingness to resolve the problem. The problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.
