Robert was a great salesman and answered all of my questions on making the right choice..
The install crew was very professional and polite and explained how to use all the bells and whistles on the tub very well.

The only complaint I have is this,, The guys that installed the tub told me to add the silk balance water care the next day to the tub,, one problem with that ..... The tub was no where close to having the PH and alkalinity being balanced to start locking it in.. Had To go and buy a bunch of Ph Down to get it in range.. I did go back to them to have a water sample done and was given a bottle of Ph down for free.. But was not near enough... Live and learned a lesson on water chemistry and silk water system.. that stuff makes it really tuff to lower or raise PH and alkalinity when it been added.. Must work! Maybe bad info or misunderstanding on my part. But the gentleman that did my water sample at the store didn't know why they told me to add the silk ,
Not a big deal and will make sure to balance before adding next time.

Would recommend Ohio Pools and Spa and Robert as a salesman.
