An overall great experience. As first-time spa owners we needed help with every aspect between selecting a tub and maintaining the water chemistry, we got that help at Ohio Pools. I now bring in a water sample for free analysis every week, I sort of expect some eye-rolling as I enter but instead am greeted with a smile. Professional and courteous, what more could you ask for?
