What a fantastic experience it was buying our hot tub at Ohio Pools and Spas in North Canton! Robert, the sales manager, helped us so much in picking out the correct hot tub for us and the price was right! Set up and delivery was perfect as well! It is so nice that we can have the water tested for free anytime we want by just taking a sample into the store. We have had our hot tub for a little over a month now and my wife and I wonder why we didn't get one sooner! Thank you for such a positive shopping experience!

Walked in with an oddball question on an old Hot Springs spa and the young guy working behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and exactly how to look it up without any issue or question very impressed with the young man s knowledge

A bit expensive but great service and great selections

The crew arrived timely and were very careful with the delivery of the spa. Cleaned up afterwards and explained all very well. Still very disappointed that the salt water system I ordered over two months ago was on "backorder", it better come within the next two weeks as promised, but that has nothing to do with the delivery and set up crew.

We bought our hottub from Robert at Ohio Pools and Spas and couldn't be happier with it. Robert was very helpful and continues to help everytime we have a question as this is our first spa. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Service Department is terrible. They came to fix a leak in my pump and had it 7 weeks before I called and asked where it was. They "found" it on a technician bench and when they came to reinstall they had caused freeze damage to my heater and other joints. I called the service manager and the first time he was "out" for a week then when I called him a week later he was talking to the "company owner" and would call me before the end of the day. Never received a phone call back. Terrible experience.

We recently bought our second Hot Springs hot tub from the North Canton location. Great selection and knowledge. Buying experience was very good (thanks Sam), install went well and on time. Support, teamwork and customer follow up have been solid. We are enjoying the hot tub daily! Thanks for all your help.

I was referred by a neighbor who bought an Infrared Sauna. Even though the company was an hour away, it was totally worth the trip. Robert waited on us, showed us many options on sauna's. We decided on a single person sauna. Week later Scott came out to do a pre inspection to ensure that the installation went smoothly. Following week, he came back with Amanda, they had unit installed and running in less then an hour. He then spent 20 minutes reviewing the operation which was super simple. I can highly recommend this company. It's unusual in this day and age to deal with the company that exceeds your expectations.

They have an amazing team here. So professional and knowledgeable about their spas and the tools needed to run them. They explained everything and made it easy to understand. The maintenance on the Aria is so easy! Thank you again for taking the time to help 5 star plus!

We have purchased so many items for our home from Ohio Pools and Spas. We have purchased an above ground pool, an outdoor hot tub, a pool table and bar set. We continue to go back because the service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this store for all of your entertainment needs. Their showroom is well stocked and they have many items to choose from. I guarantee once you walk in, you will purchase something!

Our experience in buying our new spa was smooth and easy. Our sales professional, Jeremy, was knowledgeable and efficient. The installation team was prompt and installed the new tub quickly and capably. This is our 2nd Hot Springs spa. We're sold on them because the first one lasted 20 years!

I worked with Ben Hall here at the North Canton location, and it was a great experience. It was not what I expected as Ben was not pushy at all. I was expecting a used car dealer level of pushiness, and was pleasantly surprised. Ben even recommended I come back in a few days when they were having an event so I could save some money. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge about the spas, and he answered every question I had. I'm very happy with my Hot Spring hot tub, and I use it at least once every day.

We looked at a lot of hot tubs in the last 2 years. Walking into Ohio Pools in Canton just to look, we ended up buying it that day based on the positive experience. Robert is awesome. No pressure sale, extremely knowledgeable, extremely thorough. He even drove to our house to help us understand chemicals and water chemistry.
Look no further. We are picky and this place is the real deal. We bought the hot springs envoy and are very happy with the unit as well. So far the electric bill has barely gone up. The jets are super powerful. We bought it for therapy and it's great. Make the investment -you get what you pay for. Go see Robert. Did I mention he's awesome? Plus the five year warranty. No cost. That's a big deal to us.

Would love it there exceptional service free water testing I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My wife and I moved into a home with an existing pool last summer. Ohio Pools and Spas came highly recommended by my friend and I have been very impressed. They are able to easily test my pool water and make recommendations on correcting as necessary. My pool has been crystal clear and I even winterized it myself with their advice.

Purchased a Grandee Hot Tub almost two years ago. The couple times I needed service, Ohio Pools & Spas took care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any one looking for a hot tub.

Bought a great pool (Legacy) but have been frustrated for years by lack of communication, etc. from store staff... this is an old complaint with them, never heard a word from my salesperson from the day I purchased the pool... now, trying to find parts...

We purchased our hot tube in Febuary 2016 from the home and garden show in Cleveland after doing our research among the various spa retailers in our area. The spa is amazing and the installation of the spa went off without any problems. The end of April my husband went in the North Canton store through some miscommunication with the sales person he purchased a large amount of chlorine tablets for our spa. We soon learned that the tablets are not best suited for spas. I spoke with the manager Robert and explained the situation and he worked with me to rectify the situation. I am very impressed with the customer service and willingness of Robert to help us as new spa owners. Robert was very knowledgeable and his tone with me was admirable. I am impressed to find a company who stands behind their products and customers after the initial sale was completed. We will continue to shop at Ohio Pools and Spas for all our spa needs. My son calls our family time in the spa "Hot tub fun time". The spa has given us priceless family time and conversations with our four teenage children. They pass up video games and TV to spend time with their parents in the hot tub. Our house has become the "hang out" location for their friends. We have only had our spa for two months, but in those two months we have gotten our money's worth! I highly recommend a spa purchase!

I had an excellent experience at Ohio Pools on Whipple in North Canton. I originally went to just shop around for hot tubs, with no intention of buying same day. I was greeted by Matt who was very helpful and very low pressure. He answered all my questions (and there were many)! Installation was easy and prompt. All questions regarding the care of my hot tub were answered clearly. I am loving the hot tub. We have used it everyday!

After 20 years (this fall) of owning my Grandee, I've only put one pump, one heater, and a couple pocket parts (nothing major), and the tub has been great! One of the best investments I've made, and though I spent about $9k back in 2000, had I bought a different brand(s) over the years I would have easily spent more than that to replace a couple/few tubs - INVEST in HOT SPRING, you'll be glad you did.

I've used Ohio Pools to open and close my pool for over 12 years. I've been very pleased with their service and will continue to use Ohio Pools for all of my pool supply needs. Always helpful with pool water testing and questions about why the water is doing what it's doing. Great people who are patient with some really basis questions.

Service department is very slow to respond. I've had numerous problems with my spa in the first year and every time I have to call and leave a message. Typically it takes a few messages before receiving a call back.
**Follow up. They hired a new service manager (Amanda) who has continued to follow up and has offered to correct any issues from the past. She has been pleasant to work with and has been very responsive. I've raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars and will increase over time.

Great drive up process, the only thing you need to work on is the telephone system. Couldn't get a direct line to someone to verify I was in parking lot for pickup .

The software they use helped to identify the part I needed and they had it in stock. The spa is working wonderfully now. Thanks!

Bought some amazing furniture on clearance. Great staff and top of the line products. Ohio Pools is the only place to buy Hot Spring Spas, saunas and all your total relaxion products.

I've been a customer of Ohio Pools for 27 years. They provide important water testing and expert advice as well as an easy to follow readout on correcting problems and balancing water. Their products are very good with no foaming which is unlike other products I've tried. Staff is knowledgeable and provides good customer service.

The salesperson was very knowledgable, and the Service staff did a tremendous job of installing the Hot Springs Hot Tub. They recommended a excellent electrician also. We recently purchased our second hot tub from Ohio Pools. The first one was a used tub, but our recent purchase was a brand new tub. It is beautiful and we really are enjoying all of the new features on the tub. We have always received excellent service from the Service Department and the Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation went extremely smooth as they had to remove the old tub and place the new one in the same spot on our deck.
I would recommend Ohio Pools to anyone searching for a new hot tub. We are really enjoying ours!

We bought our first hot tub about a year ago! Not knowing a lot about hot tubs they took the time to answer our questions and help us. The delivery was quick and the technician was great with all of our questions. Whenever we have had questions about chemicals, etc. they have helped us out by checking our water sample and letting us know what changes were needed. If you are looking to buy a hot tub this is the place to buy!

My existing spa of 26 years finally died and I knew that Hot Springs was the way to go again. And after calling and meeting with Zack in sales it was obvious that Ohio pools and Spas was the place to buy, other Hot Springs dealer was more interested in how I ended up with my other spa. And they delivery, set up and removal of old unit were seamless. So if you need a Hot Springs dealer you can't go wrong with these guys.

We love our above ground pool that we purchased last spring from Ohio Pools and Spas. The team at Ohio Pools has been amazing!! Being a first time pool owner, I really relied on their help and guidance and they did not let me down. We had some issues with the contractors who installed our pool but Ohio Pools made it right and addressed any concerns and problems that we had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great experience. From the time of purchase till it was installed. I am a spa rookie and having someone show me all of the controls and chemicals was great.

Tried the endless pool at their showroom and my wife loved it! Chris and Robert came out to the house to see/explain how it would be delivered and set in place. We decided to add a room to the house so it could be used year round. Pool ordered and arrived, set in place then the room was being built around it. Construction caused many delays but team at Ohio Pools & Spas was always there and ready for the final install when we were ready. During final set up it was determined we changed the cover lift hardware - no issue. The pool is up and running and used everyday. This was a great experience for us. Thank you Robert and Chris!

Knowledgeable sales staff, but not pushy. Excellent service technicians. Be smart: but the sales, especially for maintenance chemicals.

Spas has frequent problems. When under warranty they are fixed but often with a long wait. Once out of warranty they will charge you incredibly high prices for any repairs. Their service department sent out a technician for perform a repair on a Moto massage that does not even exist on my spa. When the repair person showed up he said my spa does not even have the Moto massage and they never should have sent him out. 10 days later they put a $210.00 charge on my charge card to sending the repair person in error at their mistake. I strongly recommend you purchase your spa elsewhere as I plan to do next time.

Very nice. They gave us all the things we needed even after a week, when I went in their store to check my water. The gentleman told me I need two chemicals for the spa and he gave them to me at no cost. They are always very helpful when I have questions about the spa. Thank you Ohio Pools & Spas. The crew showed up at the designated time and went right to work. The entire crew was friendly and very knowledgeable. The spa was in very quickly and once filled the crew went over setup and routine maintenance. The crew was in and out in about two hours after answering all of my many questions. I highly recommend Ohio Pools.

The staff is always very helpful with finding the pool supplies I need. I like that they will place their recommendations on additives but do not push the products on customers.

I bought a used tub in 2012, It has worked awesome. We moved into a new home in 2017 and they moved it to my new location. Over the weekend I got a leak and they were out yesterday to fix it. As always great service.

The staff does an excellent job at inspecting our water samples and providing their expertise on leveling out our water levels. We purchased the Pulse hot tub and received it a week ago. The sales staff was wonderful! Robert helped us decide which tub was best for us. He was not pushy or promoting the most expensive hot tub. He was looking out for our best interest and needs. Also, the delivery crew was so helpful with everything! We did not have the hook up right but they were happy to help us fix it! They stayed until it was up and running and gave me a detailed rundown of how to care for it. We have had a wonderful experience with this whole process. It has been wonderful to enjoy almost every evening!! We are very happy customers!!

Last August, 2012, we purchased a new Rhythm spa from Ohio Pools & Spas to replace one that existed in our three season porch. On 8/21/2012, a team of about 6 installers arrived on time, and began the process of removing the old hot tub. This was no easy task! The tub sat on a sunken pad and had to be wiggled, then lifted to a second level, and then lifted again to a height of about 2.5 - 3 feet, and out through one of our screened-in windows. They took great care not to damage our flooring and the window ledge, and were all very safety conscious. They used a sled specifically fashioned to haul the old tub up a hill about a 30 degree grade, and to the waiting trailer. This process was all reversed as they installed the replacement. After the installation and filling of the new tub was complete, we were given a complete overview of the features of the tub, shown how to use the plethora of chemicals, and generally how to keep it in tip top shape.
We love the new hot tub, and have had many people over to share in its benefits.
Charley was a fantastic sales rep, and the crew that removed and installed these tubs definitely knew what they were doing. My wife and I would recommend Ohio Pools & Spas to anyone who wants quality products backed by quality installations/removals. They even had an employee who lives near us (I'll protect his identity here), come by to help us with a site survey and made further recommendations based on our needs and desires, at no additional cost!

I love this store! I have been doing business there since August of 1994!! The in-store sales reps. have always answered my questions on water quality and the service team has always guided me through numerous DIY repairs! I have had their service team out twice for home repairs which were diagnosed and completed in a timely manner!! As long as I own a hot tub I will continue to by supplies and service from this Ohio Pools location!!
