OHIO POOLS AND SPAS Review

We've had a wonderful experience with Ohio Pools and Spas! From our first interaction with our salesman Dan, to the initial sit visit where the guys listed to where we wanted the spa and even offered suggestions on how to make it better, to Kerry in service that worked to arrange the set up around our busy schedule through our final setup and install with Scott. We could not have asked for a better time being first time hot tub owners!!! They delivered the unit ahead of schedule and every member of the team was very professional. Scott took as much time as we needed answering questions so that we had many helpful tips to maintain the lifetime of our hot tub. We've had the unit about 3 days and have used it multiple times. Our kids love it! The girls loved their visits to the store where Dan gave them free rubber ducks and we were even given a free scent to try in the water. So many perks of being customers.

Salesman Daniel Williams has been great. He took the time to answer all of our questions and worked to help us get the spa we wanted (Relay Hot Tub). The Initial site inspection is an obvious plus - their representative came to investigate our intended site location, as well as our property (from driveway to site-to make sure that part would go smoothly). The Installers worked efficiently and had it all set up and filled quickly. We had a mix up with the "cover assist" and the Service Mgr. came out to investigate - and all is fine - they re-ordered necessary parts and installed them as promised.
They thoroughly reviewed the procedure to test water, adjust pH, clean the filter, etc. - lots of printed info is included. All of our "levels" seem to be in an "acceptable range" but we will take advantage of their free water test program just to make sure we're keeping up with proper maintenance.

We are very happy with our purchase and glad we decided to go with Ohio Pools and Spas - the product is great and their staff is top notch.

Our family got our Spa delivered yesterday, and I must say that the entire crew was fantastic and efficient, but Ryan and Josh stayed back to finish installation and show us the ropes and were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent experience all the way around.

Scott has been our go-to guy for our hot tub and the reason we use Ohio Pools & Spas for the past 11 years. His service is impeccable & very personable. He always goes the extra mile! We are very grateful for his service!

I bought a 6 person Relay model, and also the cavanna. I love them both, I have hip problems and it is very relaxing to sit in and feels great on my hip. The cavanna is the greatest thing ever invented, its motorized, you dont have to worry about unlatching, trying to slide or lift a big heavy cover off expecially by yourself. you put a key in and turn it, thats it, and it has a great saftey feature too. you'll have to ask about one and find out. The only thing that was wrong was they shipped the wrong size screens with my cavanna. Can't wait for those to come in!

The delivery team from Ohio Pools and Spas was very professional and prompt, as well as Zack who spent a lot of time going over the functions and water maintenance of our spa. We absolutely can not wait to relax in our beautiful new spa!!

In the year of Covid when everyone was out of Hot Tubs, Jeremy showed us some in stock options and Cary got our hot tub installed in no time. Everyone was very easy to work with and we could not be happier! We highly recommend Ohio Pools & Spas.

Everyone was well educated and had a zero issue start up. Highly recommend stopping in there if you are in the market of a spa and they do sell beautiful used ones also if that s what the budget allows for.

Great hotel tubs at very affordable prices. The guys that installed the hot tub was on time, very efficient and very friendly.

Great service! Very helpful in testing pool water and advising what chemicals may need added but never feel pressure to buy anything. They've helped us over the last 5 years keep our swimming pool crystal clear!

From Courtney, who helped us out in the showroom, to the guys that delivered and set up our spa - everyone has been great to work with!

The people at Ohio pools are amazing. When you bring a water sample they convert everything in cups. They help you out a lot.

This place is amazing, kinda like Cheers!! The friendly, knowledgeable staff take the time to get to know you and your pool/spa needs. They listen to issues and work collectively to come up with the best products to fit your needs.
Special shout out to Zach Oberster the assistant sales manager who overheard our conversation and suggested a product that got our pool cleaned up in 2 days just in time for the 4th of July holiday!!

First the sales group at Ohio Pools & Spa in North Canton were fantastic and very helpful. Matt was extremely helpful and never seemed frustrated with my 23 emails back and forth with Questions. Robert helped when Matt was unavailable. We bought the spa for the quality and price but it was the team there that sold it to us. Top Shelf! The install was smooth and the crew was polite and friendly. I believe Chad was the main installer and he was great. I have had my Hotspot Relay for almost a week. Wow Could not be happier.

Top notch service every year for over 10 years for my in ground pool. Bought a spa several years ago also and I've had no problems. You get what you pay for.

We got the Hot Springs Relay.

We went in looking at swim spas and hot tubs, and Robert helped us figure out which one we'd get the most out of and works for our space. He sent me options with tons of detail and pricing via email so we didn't have to visit the store multiple times (COVID-19). He also did not try to sell me the most expensive model or even the most expensive one in our budget. He was very up-front about the features and which ones we probably wouldn't need.

We then worked with Cary to get the delivery and set-up organized. SO helpful and flexible when we had some issues with the electrical getting done. He was very nice and always called me back right away.

I can't say enough about the whole process...and we LOVE our hot tub.
