Well, finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new Hot Spot Relay tub and it was installed yesterday. Our salesman Jeremy dealt with my 5,000 questions without batting an eye and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew had a cold day to set things up but weren't phased a bit. Zack and Trevor not only did a great job explaining the care and maintenance of my new tub but were also friendly and just plain good guys. I was nervous about only having a 2 year warranty with the model I purchased and I've got my fingers crossed there's no issues. As of now though, this Relay is just what the doctor ordered and I couldn't possibly be any happier! Thanks to the staff at Ohio Pools and Spas for a great experience!
