After 20 years (this fall) of owning my Grandee, I've only put one pump, one heater, and a couple pocket parts (nothing major), and the tub has been great! One of the best investments I've made, and though I spent about $9k back in 2000, had I bought a different brand(s) over the years I would have easily spent more than that to replace a couple/few tubs - INVEST in HOT SPRING, you'll be glad you did.
