Service department is very slow to respond. I've had numerous problems with my spa in the first year and every time I have to call and leave a message. Typically it takes a few messages before receiving a call back.
**Follow up. They hired a new service manager (Amanda) who has continued to follow up and has offered to correct any issues from the past. She has been pleasant to work with and has been very responsive. I've raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars and will increase over time.
