Very nice. They gave us all the things we needed even after a week, when I went in their store to check my water. The gentleman told me I need two chemicals for the spa and he gave them to me at no cost. They are always very helpful when I have questions about the spa. Thank you Ohio Pools & Spas. We definitely recommend you to others.
