We purchased our hot tube in Febuary 2016 from the home and garden show in Cleveland after doing our research among the various spa retailers in our area. The spa is amazing and the installation of the spa went off without any problems. The end of April my husband went in the North Canton store through some miscommunication with the sales person he purchased a large amount of chlorine tablets for our spa. We soon learned that the tablets are not best suited for spas. I spoke with the manager Robert and explained the situation and he worked with me to rectify the situation. I am very impressed with the customer service and willingness of Robert to help us as new spa owners. Robert was very knowledgeable and his tone with me was admirable. I am impressed to find a company who stands behind their products and customers after the initial sale was completed. We will continue to shop at Ohio Pools and Spas for all our spa needs. My son calls our family time in the spa "Hot tub fun time". The spa has given us priceless family time and conversations with our four teenage children. They pass up video games and TV to spend time with their parents in the hot tub. Our house has become the "hang out" location for their friends. We have only had our spa for two months, but in those two months we have gotten our money's worth! I highly recommend a spa purchase!
