I did my research and a lot of homework before buying a car. They have the BEST prices and Darien was most helpful! High pressure sales tactics to buy low quality cars. They don't negotiate or let you bring in your own financing. Their no hassle pricing is no hassle for them because all the hassle is on you. The good thing is you can test drive the car you were thinking of purchasing and see if you like but I would not recommend actually purchasing a car there

We had such an amazing experience with claude since the moment we stepped foot in their facility he was very helpful and genuine. He knew exactly what he was doing and wasn t pushy at all on the contrary he was very attentive & sweet . My boyfriend and I where looking for a truck we had gone to previous dealership to see trucks but the experience wasn t as wonderful as the one we had with Claude at off lease. They tried their best to get us approved and honestly we left that day extremely happy and with a beautiful 2018 ram truck at great price and great condition . !!! READ BEFORE YOU WARRANTY WITH THEM!!!

I purchased from this place 1 year ago today, sept 12, 2015. The biggest mistake i did was trusting this dealer and not thoroughly checking my contract, i purchased a $20,000 audi a4 2013, which is a great deal. I explained to Marc Scafani ( the person that you sign all the paper work with) that i wanted to keep the monthly payments as low as possible so i was going to give a big down payment. I gave $7,000 down and assured him i would be back with $5,000 in a few days. So thats a $12,000 deposit which i had been saving for a long time and worked extremely hard for. Thinking i was only going to finance $8,000 plus whatever taxes and fees for the car. He mentioned a extra $14 dollars a months would get me a extended warranty that covered everything and encouraged me that it would be foolish not to buy this protection because the cars repairs are very expensive.

Ok, one year later i am due for my first service, i take it to the audi dealer and my warranty does not cover maintenence which is fine, after talking with the dealer it turns out this warranty was way over priced and didn't cover much. They explained to me that i got ripped off and that i was not the only off lease victim that has walked in.

Turns out Marc applied a $4,800 extended warranty and a $1,000 armor coverage for paint and interior, total price with tax was over $6,000! ADDED TO MY FINANCE!!!
Worst thing is im still under factory warranty (STILL TODAY) but that garbage he sold me was effective immediately. So i paid one year of extended warranty while i was still under factory warranty!! DOUBLE WARRANTY!!?? Shame on Marc for intentionality ripping me off after my big down payment and me explaining that i wanted to pay this off as fast as possible.

Instead of me financing $8,000 i ended up financing $14,700 plus incurring a $5,300 additional cost for the financing at the end of my loan (the more you borrow the more you owe).. I could have just bought a newer car! My hard earned down payment money was worthless and my plans of paying this car off fast almost impossible !! What a CROOK!!!! I AM SURE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING I EXPLAINED VERY CLEAR WHAT I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH.

PLEASE BE AWARE! most of the 1 star reviews are for this reason. Other than that the dealer was very good and low priced vehicle. TOO BAD THEY ARE DISHONEST IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SALES, probably because thats were they get there commission from.

This 48 month extended warranty by the time im out of my factory Warranty would be more like 25 months worth of coverage !
$1000 armor package is worthless and non refundable and my refund for canceling the warranty will only be about $3,000.

I lost thousands of dollars just so this guy can make a good commission

I went back to off lease and the manager was very nice and extremely helpful, still there was nothing he could do, its on the contract.
If it wasn't for Marc's dishonest dealings i would have gave this place 5 stars

I had a really incredible experience, not what one expects from a used car dealer and its unscrupulous sellers ... in Off Lease Only I can say without fear of being wrong that they are a very serious and professional company, and it has been done with giving a customer service of 200% satisfaction. I'm eating all the fabulous off lease equipment but especially Mr. Pedro Salas for his great attestation and passion and understanding of details with commercial accounts with us, thanks also to Mr. Oscar financista for his speed and transparency

Didn't arrive with the expectation of being able to purchase a vehicle on that day due to a few complications regarding my situation. However, Ruben and Frank at the Offlease miami team were able to not only adhere to my situation, but get me in a pretty sweet ride. They made the process as simple as possible, and explained every detail to every bit of documentation. Thank you for your help, can't recommend these guys enough.

The customer service was great, as well as the determination to work with the customer. The cars were all in good condition, and they pull up a history on the car for the customer to see any problems.

I honestly went in just to browse around. And as always I excepted sales rep to harass me as in every dealership. But this was not the case at this dealership. Sale rep Paulino introduced himself and explain how this dealership works and asked us to look around with no Obligation! We ended up buying a car for our daughter's Xmas and birthday gift. Paulino was great with the entire process!! We would definitely go back.. Thank you Paulino!!

Great Salesman, can't say the same for Finance

I'd like to say that the ratings I gave reflect my experience with the Sales Associate. Wilfredo was very helpful and very friendly throughout the entire process. He was honest and straightforward when it came to the conditions and the prices of the vehicles I was considering. He even came in on his day off to help me when I wanted to take two vehicles to a mechanic to have them inspected. Overall, my experience with Wilfredo was pleasant and I would definitely seek him out in the future or recommend him to friends interested in shopping at Off Lease Only.

Now, for Finance. The transparency and openness I witnessed during the search for the car I desired was no where to be found in the financing office. The Finance Associate incessantly and aggressively pushed the extended warranty plans. He gave me an astronomical interest rate and said that the way to lower it was by choosing one of the warranty policies. To be fair, I was a first time buyer; but honestly, I was ready to walk out at that point. I was later able to negotiate to a lower interest rate by going with a 60 month plan instead of a 84 month plan.

Will Dodson was an outstanding salesman. He gathered all the information needed to put a smile on my face. The way he conducts business is very respectful and reliable and I will be doing business with him soon.

I bought a BMW 335 is from off lease only. I reside in Ohio and I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle online without even seeing it. I took the plunge and decided to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. I dealt with a man named Nelson. Nelson went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. He even provided me with his personal cell phone number. The 5 star rating is no exaggeration. Off lease only is dedicated to providing great customer satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to thank Nelson. He was extremely professional and helpful.

I went into Off Lease Only 8/19/14 and my sales associate was Wilfred, he was fantastic. He just happened to see us when we arrived but he was not down our throat. He let us shop as we wanted. The dealership has all the cars imaginable lined up and you can look at all of them as you please. The cars are all in good condition. I had a very good experience overall and if you are looking for a used car, this is the place to go.

I've heard of this place for a few years now and was in the market for a 2013 cargo van last week. I checked the vehicles out on site and saw they had eight of them. Went down there, compared them, found the best looking one that had NOT been in an accident and purchased it. A few minor scratches and one dent, a small price to pay for saving the money I did. No haggling, no dealer fee and the price was better than other dealerships that had comparable vehicles. I was so happy with the purchase I was back today to purchase another vehicle, this time a 2014 Santa Fe. This time not a scratch or ding anywhere on it. Both for my business,though I wouldn't hesitate to buy a personal vehicle here either. Definitely will be back when I need my next vehicle. Paulino was on the ball both times and took great care of us.

I had such a great experience at Off Lease Miami. One of the things that I hate about dealerships is the lack of transparency and the fact that the salespeople are so incredibly pushy but at Off Lease, I spent about three days trying to make a decision and Geoffrey Goodell was especially helpful and not pushy at all.
