From the first impression offleaseonly are polite, attentive, and care about the customers buying their cars. I just came from NY to get a car in FL and the dealer MORAN was on point with the prices we were looking for and the monthly budget we were after. I can honestly say we got everything we needed. From the price to the customer service. Definitely coming back in the future for my husbands car.

This dealership has many cars and the customer has to do it's own diligence because they have many cars with previous collisions. The good part is they have the CarFax free of charge and one must remember CarFax sometimes makes errors in reporting; consequently they allow you to take the vehicle to your mechanic inspection. The person I spoke with was very straightforward.

First of all, I need to shout out Yariandy! He is an amazing asset to Off Lease Only, and I am thankful for his help. This was my first experience with Off Lease Only and I can t wait until I need a new car to return. From the moment we parked we were greeted with genuine greetings. Yariandy was quick to help us. We looked at three cars before deciding. Each time he was patience and never pushy. When it came time for me to pay, Rolondo (spelling) was kind and explained everything without becoming irritated. The entire process was not rushed. We paid cash and Rolodo walked with me to a secure place to count the cash. This truly put me at ease. I would recommend everyone to go see Yariandy. Car buying is stressful, but these guys made it easy.
After driving my car I realized I needed an alignment. I texted Yariandy and he responded swiftly and on a Sunday. Customer service called me, and I spoke with Johnathan, Keisha, Carmelina, and Rosemary, every single one of them were kind and helped me get my car into a dealership to get an alignment at their expense.

I was in a situation where I was out of town working and needed to buy a new car within a few days to travel to New York for another job, I found out about Off Lease Only from a coworker who was looking for a car as well but we both thought it was a possible scam seeing how the prices were so much cheaper than every other car listing I found. Well it's the real deal. I had my brother visit the West Palm location on Saturday and I managed to drive down to visit the Miami location on Sunday and upon walking on the property I was greeted by Magdiel, who already had my car waiting for me to look at it. He allowed me to take it for a test drive alone which allowed me to really get a feel for the car the way it would be after I owned it. When I returned I pointed out 2 minor issues that I had and he was able to get them resolved. He and David Vega explained the numbers to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and then I made my way in to see Frank Miragaya to handle the Financing. They were all very professional and straight to the point which is what I was looking for. Off Lease Only is for the person who wants to know they are getting a great deal and don't have time for the games and back and forth that you have to deal with at most dealerships. Their price is their price and the vehicle is sold as is, but every vehicle that I looked at appeared to be in great condition and mine specifically was exactly what I expected from the pictures I saw online. I signed the dotted line and came out to see my car freshly detailed and waiting on me thanks to Luis the valet. Overall I had a truly 5 star experience and it allowed me to do the research myself and pretty much just step on the lot, check out the exact car, handle the paperwork and not feel like I was taken advantage of or sold a bunch of extra nonsense. Every member of the team that I had a pleasure of working with was courteous and seemed genuinely invested in me being pleased with my experience. I will definitely be buying all of my used cars from here and it's honestly almost hard to call mine used. Thank you Off Lease Only you have made a customer for life.

He was honest & open on which cars not to choose, as he would his own family.
As for the dealership, although they have the Carfax available and disclose if the vehicle was in an accident, there is no way of knowing what type of accident. (If it wasn't reported to Carafax)
There are so many cars to choose from, and I am sure that there are many diamonds in the rough.
