All i need to say is from the moment I step pass the gate I knew this was the place to be. I was greeted by employees and they explained to me how ever thing operated .They were patience and even went out their way to help me look for the cars when I was browsing. They don't pressure you to buying anything or hassle you . You can inspect the cars inside and out by yourself and everything . This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and they really made the experience for me exciting and stress free . I went to Offlease Miami by my co-workers recommendation. About 4 of them purchased their cars there and spoke only good things about it. Buying cars can be stressful for me because I don't like when salespeople are pushy but Offlease Miami made the entire process so pleasant! I went there (MIAMI) on saturday with my friend from Tampa. Jose Arcia and now he get a car thanks to the excellent work and performance of one of the sales associate Ransess Ferrer. This is my second time buying a car at Off Lease Only Miami, which is a big deal if you know my personality. This time I needed to trade in my Ford Escape for an AWD vehicle because I am moving up north and need this feature for the winter. Off Lease Only has the best business set-up for buying used cars, and trade ins. I have been to 5 other dealerships and no one is as transparent and honest as Off Lease Only. The vehicles you see online are always in stock at their location, they don t have hidden fees just your normal taxes, tags, and a $399 dealer fee (which is the lowest in the area!). No one pushes random vehicles on you just to make a sale. I see some posts that say this company only has grade C cars and I just want to say that you have to do your own research on any used vehicle before purchasing. They are used, what do you expect. There are a number of cars with good history backgrounds, you just have to use the free carfax, true 360 inspection report, and other history lookup tools they provide for you, or you can find free online. They are very transparent and not trying to hide previous issues or damage from you. I personally appreciate this. The cars are clean, the cars are mostly taken care, of unlike at other dealerships where I looked at cars that haven t moved or seen fresh air in years. The sales and financing staff are very professional and not as I call sketchy . There are no sketchy, sleazy car salesmen here!

Claudio took care of me this time and he was great. I hope he reads this because I m a very hard person to do business with and I know I gave him a migraine more than once. I need everything to be perfect before moving forward. Even though I was not my best, polite self, Claudio stuck with me and was very nice and professional the entire time. So thank you Claudio!

I was able to trade in my 2014 Ford Escape for a 2017 Ford Escape with AWD. I am very happy right now. If there are any issues I will update my post, but my last Ford Escape was amazing too and I had it for 2 years (bought at this same location). If that car had AWD like I now need, I would have kept it. Thank you Off Lease Only and Claudio for your help!

Let me start off by saying that the Miami location is the only off lease worth going to, the one in north ft lauderdale has horrible customer service and the sales rep is the worst ever. After my experience in the north ft lauderdale i didnt want anything to do with off lease, if it wasn t for Emmanuel from off lease Miami i would have gotten my car somewhere else. Emmanuel was so perfect, i wish i could have taken him home with me. He was so attentive to me and let me also start by saying he was handling 3 customer at a time and it didn t even feel like he was. He has the best customer service and was VERY knowledgeable about cars in general, Emmanuel made me feel so comfortable with the whole process that after everything i felt safe and secure with working with offlease and handing them my money. I definitely think Emmanuel should be a role model to all the sales reps there, he leads by example, he was very professional but after the ice was broken it felt like i went car shopping with my best friend. Thank you Emmanuel, helped me get me dream car and thanks to Emmanuel i will refer everyone to i know to off lease but only to Emmanuel! Oh and his managers are the best too. Shout out to Wilfredo for his patience in stay until 1 in the morning while we were working on the finance terms.

Worst experience of my life. I financed a Lexus with them two years ago thinking I purchased a clean titled vehicle when in fact they sold me a car with a rebuilt title. I had no idea until I tried to trade in my car to Toyota and they showed me the REAL CAR FAX of my 2011 Lexus and it was in fact a REBUILT TITLE. can you believe that? Off lease only showed me the wrong car fax on the car that I purchased from them?! Long story short, Off Lease Only is a SCAM and if you do end up doing business with them check the vin numbers on the car to match with the car fax they hand you.

I have been looking for a car for quite sometime. I was lucky enough to find the car I wanted and that was affordable. Went to buy my first car and it was a horrible experience every car I liked was crashed on CARFAX. Alot of upset customers complaining about different things, NOT a good place to buy a car.

Danny J and Craig were honest, caring, and tried really hard not to pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. Picked up an Altima, basically a "bread and butter" car because they have a high volume of them (great on gas, roomy, great prices). My wife bought a 09' Altima a couple years ago from the Palm Beach Location, but since then the Miami was actually closer to us for this one :) Most definitely recommend :)
