Great Salesman, can't say the same for Finance

I'd like to say that the ratings I gave reflect my experience with the Sales Associate. Wilfredo was very helpful and very friendly throughout the entire process. He was honest and straightforward when it came to the conditions and the prices of the vehicles I was considering. He even came in on his day off to help me when I wanted to take two vehicles to a mechanic to have them inspected. Overall, my experience with Wilfredo was pleasant and I would definitely seek him out in the future or recommend him to friends interested in shopping at Off Lease Only.

Now, for Finance. The transparency and openness I witnessed during the search for the car I desired was no where to be found in the financing office. The Finance Associate incessantly and aggressively pushed the extended warranty plans. He gave me an astronomical interest rate and said that the way to lower it was by choosing one of the warranty policies. To be fair, I was a first time buyer; but honestly, I was ready to walk out at that point. I was later able to negotiate to a lower interest rate by going with a 60 month plan instead of a 84 month plan.
