He had the patience and follow-through to deal with me-- a very particular person : ) The one thing that really stood out is that everyone there is happy and smiling and helpful. You can feel the team spirit it's not like sale people are pitched against each other for commission, it's like one big happy family that wants to see the customer thrilled in the end. And I was. They detailed my car to perfection, and the service manager was even around to give it a last check when I had a mild concern. Most of all, I am thrilled with the car I bought and feel I got the best deal possible. Big recommend!
