Spent the day at off lease only in Miami. Felt very comfortable and respected highly by the staff. Alvaro was our salesperson. Yoselin was also a great help. Personalities were very nice and always willing to help. Everyone from the gateman to the last minute was a very stress free experience, and I got a new Lexus out of it all !!!

The purchase of this car went off without a hitch. I have not had any problems with the car at all. My problem is that my hands are tied with my license plate. I purchased my car in February and it s now freaking June and I still don t have a plate! They have been giving me temporary plates that last a month. I have to keep calling to get new ones , which they will send me overnight. That s great and all but apparently if you need a 4th plate it needs regional approval and I have not gotten approved as of yet. They don t even think I will be approved. What exactly am I supposed to do in the mean time?!? I realize DMV is slow because of the virus but now I m at the mercy of corporate?!? My plate is now expired and I can t drive my car! Shame on you!

Today I came to offlease with my daughter to get a vehicle. This is my 4th time purchasing a car from offlease. The Jose was my sales rep. He helped me look over the cars i wanted as well as figure out which car was a best fit. I narrowed it down to 5 different cars. Jose went through each carfax and any accidents it may have till we found the perfect one. which we did. Then Marc in Fiancing helped get the best payment possible. Overall, my experience was great and that is why i always choose offlease to purchase a vehicle due to this reason.

This is the second car that my family buys from this dealer and love the service. The treatment is the best and the process very easy. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond. Will recommend it to anyone each and every time.

The best experience i have ever had buying a vehicle. Brandon Cox is the man....... he is a part of a very well oiled machine. The experience in the miami store was top notch. We test drove 3 different vehicles and we never felt rushed. We finally found a great fit and we knew within 20min all of oir financing options. My family and friends know who to call when they need a great car at a low price with great service. Really hard to find all 3 and this establishment delivers. Dont waste your time shopping around. Service was good but if we're going with the save thousands slogan let me tell you now, ITS TOTAL BS!!!! My sticker price was around ten thousand and by the time I left it was around nineteen!!!! So yes!!!! This is a 100% real review, don't believe me go for yourself or ask someone else whos actually

Buying a car can be pretty stressful. But Claudio was really able to help us out and sort out any doubts we had. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We ll definitely be purchasing our next vehicle with him.

Worst experience ever. First when I purchased the car after the car wash they scratched the paint on the front bumper. It took 3 times for them to fix it. Even on the third time the job was not done in correctly paint did not match. And the car was left with over spray on the windshield and hood. Not to mention communication was awful. They do not offer a loaner. Honestly worse everything ever. Will not recommend to my friends or anyone. They make it seem like they care but they really don't.

He took us to the car and had an answer to all the questions asked in regards to the dealer, the vehicle, and most importantly the financial side. Very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly a people person who puts the customer as a priority. Went online looking for a nice car for my sister, came across offleaseonly and read the reviews. I decided to go give it a try even though i live 45 minutes away. Best decision ever, huge selection of like new vehicles of all makes. As we walked through the door we noticed it was a very busy place. Yet we were helped right away by William Boffill, great guy and funny too, what i like is that they dont go after you asking you for a down payment or try to mess you up. You make your own decisions, also great service, they provide free food and drinks and even toys for your kids. This is how you run a business, we picked our car and paper work took about 1 hour, and thats because of the amount of customers there was, if not we would have been out in less then 1 hour. That makes 3 in my family that have gone to the same dealer and to the same salesperson. Erick Maldonado was extremely helpful and patient. As you know, buying a car is not a small task. We test drove 3 cars, left and came back and yet, Erick managed to keep a professional outlook on the whole situation; he did much better than I could've done. We will continue using Erick as our preferred salesperson and going to OffLease as our preferred auto dealer.

4 out of 5 stars because I would have liked the trade value to have been a little more fair.. in my opinion.

Decent inventory, but experience was not pleasant. I asked to test drive two cars that I had been looking at, they said that was fine, they took my license and insurance information, cleared me to test drive, and then proceeded to pull the first car around (after waiting for about 30-45 minutes for them to get the keys). I was then put inside the car, driven outside the dealership, and then when I asked when I was going to be allowed to drive, the salesman told me their dealership policy does not allow test drives (blatant lie, I have driven a car from there before, and several friends have driven/bought cars from there). Fine, but not only was I misled and not allowed to drive, but the employee conducted test drive was awful, he almost crashed and only drove about 3 blocks.

The other day I went and was attended by a young man named Juan Cruz and I was really fascinated with him since I was very afraid because I did not know or rather it was not clear how to buy a car I also did not know what car to buy because of credit and he took all the time in the world showing me the inventory from toyatas to BMW hahaha it was a supreme experience and really always with a smile at any question I asked no matter how basic the question was.

We bought a Chevrolet Captiva 2014. Battery was dead (I think they put the good one in another car) and a tire had to changed (different brand of the 3 others tires). Too expensive.

I had a wonderful experience at Off Lease Only Miami with Dayan Hernandez. When I arrived I already had an idea of what I wanted and had checked the cars out on their website (which is awesome CarFax and True360). Dayan was there to help inform me of warranties and advise (at my request) which would be best for my family. He answered every question without hesitation and made sure I felt positive about the decision I was making. I fell in love with the Dodge Journey Crossroad and left with it. I love that he was sure to let me know I can contact him if there are any issues or concerns.

Financing was quick and easy with Frank Miragaya. He was able to get me a great APR for my loan. I appreciate that he had a great attitude considering the time I got to him (10:15-1030pm ish).
