From what I have seen this place really does care about their employees!

I am very disappointed with the quality of service we received. We had very high expectations when we first decided to go to O.C. Tanner to get a custom ring made for my wife's Valentine's Day present. These expectations were quickly ruined the very second we walked through the door.

Unless you look like you have LOT'S of money, you won't even be greeted by their extremely unfriendly staff. If fact, you'll be completely ignored. However, we needed a rough stone cut and they were one of the few companies that had someone to send the stone to so we decided to see what they could do for us.

One week later, we called in to see the progress only to find out they "Forgot" to send the stone to their jeweler and had "no idea" where the stone even was.

We finally got a hold of who was supposed to ship the stone, and to cover for her own mistake she decided to lie and say that the stone wasn't "gem quality" when in truth she never even got that fact from anyone. This was the front-desk receptionist and not someone with the qualifications to even make that decision.

We will never walk through those doors ever again. Very stuck up staff that will not pay any attention to anyone unless you look rich. We were ignored, lied to, and they wasted our time.

This is a fantastic company to work for! I love it!

A few years ago I worked here as a temp (2015). I had worked many temp jobs (unfortunately) prior to OC Tanner. The difference was that nobody EVER treated me as just another "temp." I felt valued. From management, to co-workers (permanent and other temp), I never felt like less than everyone....which is the general feeling of being a temp. In the end I took a higher paying job elsewhere, but I LOVED my experience at OC Tanner. My only hope was that I could find a company in the future that treated me just as great as this company! Keep up the great work. Due to circumstances that made travel to OC Tanner difficult I would have worked there again in a heartbeat. It is a company who TRULY valued it's employees and were not afraid to show you.

A fabulous place to work full of people invested in each other's success and happiness. If you get job offer from them take it.

Been coming here for a year now to drool over Breitling, Rolex, and Omega's. I own a few but never bought any form OC tanner they don't mind taking the time for me to look and ask questions. Professionalism and courtesy is outstanding here. SALVO is fantastic and even tho I have not purchased anything yet, todays lookers are tomorrows buyers. Keep up the good work!

I attended the UtahJS conference here, and it was a great venue. The technology in this building is amazing, and the grounds are beautiful.

What's not to love. Stunning building, home to exquisite jewelry and watches.

This place gives awesome tours of their facilities. Employees were happy to discuss their job and take pride in their work. They make way more then just jewelry. Check them out!

I worked here at OC Tanner for over ten years and they gave me a ten year gold ring with a lifetime warranty. Well the emblem is falling off so I took it in and I was told after Olbert Tanner died they made lots of changes one of them being that they don t honor the lifetime warranty on employee service awards. This company makes service awards for lots of companies.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spend 30-60 minutes on the phone they never locate that correct department. Half the time you can't understand the accent the person uses. This place is beyond unorganized a multi million dollar company can afford a good customer service office!!!!

Great new campus for continuing education. OCT is very generous in hosting technology-related meetups for the SLC programmer community.

This place is TERRIBLE! If you are an employer looking for rewards fulfillment for your employees please look for a different company. This company does not send the correct merchandise and has the poorest communication I have ever seen. I ordered something three months ago and was just told they don't have the item anymore. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Look elsewhere please!

Went there to have my
Omega watch fitted for my arm. Quick and painless. They were extremely professional made me feel welcomed and handled my watch with such care.

Amazing culture of appreciation and care! Great care is put into each symbolic piece they create, every recognition program they administer. Great care as well for the community.

It was friendly and enjoyable to meet my mom's co-workers.
