Terrible !!!!! Worst institution in Parana !!!!!!!
Poor service to students, need to learn about customer support, unprepared staff, different information at all times, struggled to get my transfer, my documents, and my prouni key then .... not to mention ...
The financial support then, the worst I've ever seen.
Disengagement and neglect with students and alumni, support 0 !!!!!!
I do not indicate the institution to ANYONE, nor to my worst enemy .....
They need to evolve A LOT yet ... in many ways!

Simply SAD, it's unbelievable disorganization in all departments, lack of empathy and respect for the student. The low price of the tuition compared to other colleges is not worth it .. I have been stressing for 3 years and having headache in the faesp.

Pure disappointment with the Post of FAESP / Anchieta ...... Just coaxing, almost a year to deliver the certification and so far nothing. Every time I contact a different excuse ...... But the time to send tickets to you pay are very light ....... More anyone there with problems with it ??????

The engineer coordinator is wonderful. However, the secretariat is a mess, they do not know how to pass information, each time it is different information on the same issue, they take time to meet the requirements and never answer the phone.

Wow, they do not care at all about the ead study, so far they have not opened the classes, nor the login to access, they just want to charge, but they do not want to improve! hoped for something better ... do not come in contact and never know when to start classes at a distance! Wow, how do you not know? What a hassle !!!

Disorganized is little for this ridiculous institution. No structure is the last to begin grades classes does not follow the actually announced nor follow anything. The grid after weeks of class they change to other subjects. So much disappointment with the poor service I requested transfer to another institution and even in that they are getting me ...

I am halfway through my course and I have nothing to complain about, any situation I have inside the college is resolved, has several groups for students to reach complementary hours, dance, museum visit, cinema among others, we have easy access to teachers and coordinators for the sake of doubt, every semester the classes have technical visits, the college is growing and thus creating even opportunities for students and alumni to enter the job market right there, so I believe people when they enter a place to study need put on your shirt and show that you really know what they are doing. Wouldn't it be easier to solve in college than to come here to blacken its image? Very ugly students do this, it's the worst people that even students are putting wood on the fire, very unnecessary.

Attendance from the secretary is always terrible, whether financial or academic, the best impression they have is that they don't want to work much less help the student.

college is a mess, I have requirements that have not been resolved or clarified for 1 year, simply if you need the secretary you are chipped. the teachers of the Pedagogy Ead are good, another college is not just teachers, and the hauer unifaesp is a mess, I dismissed materials and suddenly they came back to do it after 2 years of dismissal, then I contacted the secretary and nothing to solve. have to improve the entire organization of the college.

Bad Institution, delays in solving problems, returning cases from the secretary, I waited two months for a special grid request, and when they released, I signed a document to start the courses, but the following week they canceled everything and claimed it would not be. possible to make the special grid because the subjects I had requested would not have in EAD, with so? But why haven't you seen it before? Two months to answer me? They asked to sign a document stating that the Special Grid courses were released, stating that everything was ok, I signed a course release document and after two weeks, come to say that my request is not available? They made me a clown, a suit for moral damage. Due to this and other problems, today I am requesting a transfer to another Faculty, due to the lack of ethics, poor quality in the services provided, delay in answering requests, delay in solving problems, and divergence in information. Then I will never recommend this Faculty to anyone.

Dear colleague Mychael Ramos, I respect your opinion, but I ask you to respect the opinions of others. If the vast majority are using this medium to complain, it is certainly because they have tried to resolve it in other ways. They are meant to require changes and improvements that even you will enjoy. There are several courses, so what is good for some may not be good for others. If your course requires only classroom chalk and it does exist, great, but you need to consider that in the next room you may need chalk and ruler, but there is only chalk, so before promoting public flattery, you have to respect everyone's complaint. because in the end we don't want to DANCE.

Unfortunately until the present moment I am totally dissatisfied with the attendance of the financier. They always charge extra in tuition, they are always right and the student is always wrong. They spend a value when you will pay and another, incredible that is always double. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ONLY HEADACHE.

I am more than 1 year in the institution (Polo Colombo) and with respect to the course, classes, tests, I have nothing to complain about. I really had no problems. But their finances in Hauer are terrible. It's the only section of college that I have the hardest time solving. But at my pole, I talk to the people and everything gets resolved quickly. When I finish my course I'll be back to tell you how long it took to finish everything. For now I'm happy.
