We were shopping for a used Honda Odyssey when we came across this dealership, overall, people are nice and they try to do their best helping you. However, in my opinion, this dealership is very overcrowded with customers ( which is great for them) and understaffed to server everyone in a timely manner ( first world problems, we are used to expect to be served immediately here haha). The sales Reps are constantly busy with customers and usually in a setup like this, things fall through the cracks easily, you need to follow up with them several times to get their promises delivered.
For example, when I was at the dealership, I had to wait for over an hour to eventually be able to sign everything through financial Rep. the day that we came to pickup the car, it was supposed to be detail cleaned but they had simply forgotten to clean anything inside the car ! to their defense, they did apologize and also gave us a $300 discount to get the card cleaned ourselves.
Obviously, if a place is busy, they are doing something right and once your turn comes, they will do their best to serve you but again, don't expect to be served and helped as soon as you walk in the dealership, you need to be patient :-)
I have a brand new Honda ridgeline serviced with this dealer since day one. One of the brake pad went missing completely within 3 years. I use this vehicle very lightly driving between home and work, and never haul anything. It looked to me either a defective pad or improper installation in the beginning, since all other pads are in perfect condition.
I had this dealer to checked, and I've been told that it is normal and it's not covered under their warranty either although they serviced my vehicle since the day I purchased it.
They asked for $400 to fix this one break pad. The staff was very pushy and try to make me agree with this ridiculous charge. Of course, I said no.
I'm very disappointed with this dealer. I told them I would never come back again, and unlikely I will purchase Honda vehicle again next year.
I went to this dealership today for an appointment to have my oil changed and the service was pretty terrible. Made the appointment a week ago for 9am and I showed up at 9:05am to drop my car off. John the service advisor took my keys and informed me that the oil change should be completed within about an hour and a half so I decided to go into the lounge and wait for my car. At about 10:07am a young girl came into the waiting lounge to inform me that my car was almost ready and to settle the bill. I paid with my credit card at 10:09am and was told to wait for them to bring it around after washing it. She said I should just wait inside where the cars for service come in to drop their cars off because it was raining outside. So I wait for about 20 minutes without so much of a word from anyone so now I just want to see where this goes so I go back into the lounge to watch tv and have a cappuccino while I wait for someone to come and get me. At 10:40 am I go back to the exact same girl that settled the bill and said that I have been waiting for 30 minutes to get my car and she seemed quite surprised that I didn't have it yet. She went to the back and came back out to me and said that they should be out shortly as they were washing the car which is absolutely ridiculous. At 10:50am I video tape my car being driven by the car jockey into a parking spot instead of the covered area even though it was still raining out. I went out to meet him and noticed that the car had been washed but all the dead insects on the bumper were still there so I said to him, didn't you guys see all the bugs and clean them off and all he said was "sorry sir". The only reason I gave them a 1 STAR was the waiting lounge that had muffins, fruit, and beverages otherwise it would have been a ZERO. I would definitely suggest to them not to come and get the customer until the car is waiting there and ready to be driven off.
Terrible experience. I spoke to a sales person. He was rude and basically told me that if I don't buy the car at the price he is offering he will not promise to deliver the car on time.
Bought. 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring, pretty good experience. Then I brought my van in for it s first oil change. Made an appointment. Was there on time. Was given a shuttle ride home because they said they needed a few hours to drain my oil. I told them I would wait because it was only a oil change. Service advisor said it would be a few hours. It being 10 AM I figured ok but let them know I needed the vehicle back for 1:30 pm to pick up my kids. Well let s just say I didn t get my van back until 3pm. Terrible. Brought the van home parked it in the garage . Few hours later I was noticing oil on the floor, dripping from the van. 5 hour oil change and it still wasn t done right. Took it to another dealer to rectify. I called the dealership and was told they me I would have to make another appointment(none available for a week)asked for a manager.no manager was available. I wrote an email and included anyone of importance at the dealer. No response from anyone. Thanks Honda.

We have been taking our car to Oakville Honda service center for the last 2years. Our experience this time was HORRIBLE! We went for a simple tire change with an appointment. The service guy told us the car would be ready in 1hr 45min. We came back after 2hours and they gave us no indication of how much longer it will take.
It took us 4hours in total to get the tires changed. The worst part is they were completely unapologetic or even care to give us a time or explanation. This is not acceptable and during a pandemic keeping us sitting in a public area indefinitely is not right.
My son bought his first ever car here and we found the whole experience wonderful. The dealer we felt with was honest and easy to deal with. They worked around what my son could do and found him the perfect car.

Worst dealer experience and customer service I ever saw. the guy names Jack something, he is Asian guy. seems already there quite long time and he did have experience identity people and select people he wants to service. we got there one day night after work, the reception asked him if he could help us, he said no to reception. (they talked on phone, as there were only a few clients and they are seating no more than 15 meters, so I heard). we walked outside to have a quick look the new model car and back. we seated in waiting area around 10mins. I saw another couple entered and this guy said hello to them with big smile and asked if need help, they already got apt with another seller I think. then I heard he talked to reception if there is no one help us he could do.
As we know really well about the new model, and still hesitate between RAF 4 or CRV, this guy said if we have not decided then no meaning to talk about price. I said if the price is good enough I may confirm my mind, financial is important factor. he further said, "really? if I lower 5000 for you , could you make decide right now, not go for raf 4 and select CRV? "we said, yes, we can. Actually, we all know in this market, lower 5000 is a kidding, he should not do this in such unprofessional without any sense.
anyway, we live in Oakville. if we get car from there , it is more convenient for us. but we finally got CRV from Mississauga Honda, where they provided more warm-heart and professional customer experience. And really good price too. more flexible and more professional.
PLEASE do not go Oakville Honda. If you go, PLEASE do not find the Asian guy named Jack something. Good luck!
My experience coming to Honda Oakville was a very pleasurable one thanks to the help of Kevin Tieu (used-car sale consultants) and the team.
Personnel: Kevin was professional and experienced. He was welcoming and able to answer all of the questions that I raised before, during, and after the transaction. Everyone else, from higher management to staffs, at the dealership was friendly. You will definitely have a pleasant time despite your purposes coming to the dealership.
Service: Transaction was fast, and the car was ready for pick-up in a timely manner. I had a battery problem a little bit after purchasing the car. However, I was scheduled and brought into the service center within 1 week and the battery was replaced at no extra charge.
If you are thinking of buying a new/used car, I would highly recommend Kevin and Honda Oakville!

To update my last review, in which I described our horrible experience with Oakville Honda, I exchanged a few emails with their E-Commerce Manager and had a phone conversation with the General Manager. I was told that they were not really legally obligated to give us anything as it has been a few years (we did try to solve the problem shortly after purchase time but were told to get stuffed) but that he could throw us a bone with a couple hundred $s worth of service time. I said that that really didn't work for us as we learned long ago that it doesn't make financial sense to take a 10 year old car to the dealer for work. So finally he offered to send a cheque for a couple hundred $s (which is much, much less than the amount that we over-paid but my husband decided to cut his losses and accept. Well that was 2-3 months ago and, shockinglly, no cheque has arrived no contact of any kind has come from Oakville Honda. Once again I have to say I'm not impressed. We will be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future and will absolutely not be a Honda and it stands less of a chance of being purchased at Oakville Honda than a snow-balls chance on Hades.

Took delivery of a slightly used 2019 Honda Pilot tonight. I could not be happier. It was a great deal! The whole customer experience was a very positive one thanks mainly to their Leasing Manager, Kash Mohammed, who took very good care of me from my initial phone inquiry, to the test drive, to reviewing with me my various options, and closing the sale. There was no pressure at all from him during the process. He answered my questions factually and was very patient and helpful. Needless to say, My wife and I were very impressed. Very unprofessional service. friends vehicle was sold to dealership and dealership did not provide compensation in addition to claiming they had never received the vehicle in question.
The service department is incredibly incompetent, unable to diagnose basic issues with their own vehicles and downright negligent when it comes to their recommendation to put safe cars back on the road.
I had assisted a friend with the reported issue of "vehicle running loud at high speeds". Honda was unable to identify what was a major wheel bearing issue bordering on failure which can very clearly be heard and distinguished. The service department however, only drives vehicles around the block at <50kph. Additionally, their statement of work reported the odometer in/out as the same value so whether it was even test driven is in question. Finally, their observations reported on the vehicle were simply "nosie".
In my experience as an FA engineer having worked for GM, TMMC and Lexus, the Honda service departments ability to problem solve, observe/inspect and also even fill in a comprehensive report/statement of work for their own vehicles is just downright pathetic. After the second appointment to inform Honda of the obvious wheel bearing issue, and ensure they did a proper test drive, we received a quote for the work, they deemed it still safe to drive and were quite defensive. We took the car to my mechanic for a fraction of the cost who informed me the bearing was so far gone he could have pulled it out without the use of a press.
Absolutely do not go here for service.

Purchased a brand new Honda Civic from the dealership recently. The entire process from selecting a car, test driving, financing and eventually picking up the car was very smooth. This was my first ever car purchase and Alex Smith went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely flexible coming into the dealership to help me based on my schedule. He was very knowledgeable on the specs and features of the cars which made the final decision process very easy. He was very understanding of my needs and wants and did not try to push any products on me which I did not need. I will definitely be recommending Oakville Honda to my friends and family.

I was nervous about going to this location for the first time based on the reviews, however I had no issues. I had an oil change and my tires changes - they were on time and even washed the car for me. Particular kudos to Anthony in Service, who was fast, friendly and efficient and went to personally get my car for me because I was in a hurry.

The staff is very disorganized and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. They called me for recall services for my car; when I got to the Service Department my appointment was lost and I was informed that there were no recalls for my specific make and model.
The only great person working there is Anthony in the service department.

I just bought a 2016 HR-V a couple months ago and just purchased 4 new wheels and tires for winter today. I made an appointment for 10am and was told it would take an hour to complete. I waited for 3 hours, watching people come and go while my simple service was sitting incomplete for hours. I was literally first in, last out.
I was given excuses left and right as to why it had been delayed and assured it would only take a little longer...hours. Considering this was my first service appointment since purchasing my new vehicle with this dealership I was expecting something better than what I got.
After the service was finally complete, they neglected to install my centre caps which had been paid for. After I got home I also noticed my valve stem caps were not installed. There are also scratches on the body of my car that were not present before service.
I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle for service here. Very unprofessional atmosphere with careless, inexperienced staff.
Extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this location. We dealt with a gentleman who after 'finalizing' the details of the vehicle not only went ahead and lied to us about pricing the vehicle at what we wanted to pay but went on to continue with paperwork and that discount was not even reflected in there. Shady sales man and wheb I called to speak to the manager, no regard and customer service attention for the matter. Should've gone with our second toyota as planned. Don't trust these people

I have been a customer of Oakville Honda for 18 years. It is a great dealership. I always wait for my car when it is being serviced. I get work done at the work station, drink good coffee and enjoy perusing the new car show room.
I just bought my 4th Honda--a 2016 Civic LX. A great car. I dealt with Jacky Truong--Sales and Sam Assi-Financial Manager. Both gentlemen were great. Jacky was great to deal with. Everything was straight up. No dithering around. The deal went exactly as discussed and described--no problem whatsoever. Sam was very professional. A great place to buy a car.
I should mention the service. Anthony is my service adviser. My car is always ready in less time than stated and it is always washed--and no surprises. Perfect. I could borrow a line from Sleep Country Canada: Why buy a car anywhere else.

The motor on my left side passenger sliding door went just outside of my three year warranty. I have three kids, one with special needs, and having a door that doesn t open isn t an option for us, it s a huge safety issue.
After calling my local dealership, they couldn t even have gotten me in the same week to look at it. Since mine is the family vehicle, this wasn t an option. I called the dealership I bought the vehicle from, and they were even less helpful. Two voicemails to the service managers at these locations, which were never returned.
I called Oakville Honda, and was assured if I brought it in the next day and left it, they could see it, but wouldn t be able to fix it until Friday. I was concerned it wouldn t be covered by my extended warranty as well.
I went with the intention of leaving my vehicle, however, service was able to cut the cables holding the door closed and I was able to leave with the door operational in manual mode, which was reassuring that emergency services could access my kids if need be. They confirmed it would be covered by warranty.
Dropping off my car was a bit of a wait (only one service advisor was available with three people dropping off, pick up informed me she wasn t trained as a service advisor and couldn t assist me. Big cross training opportunity there for simple drop offs).
My van was serviced quickly, and Miguel remembered my name when I came to pick up. They also washed my van when I mentioned it was a wasp haven with tree sap.
Overall, very satisfied, thank you.

Good customer service initially while buying a vehicle, but as soon as the deal was done there is no call backs, no attempts to get back in touch.
Bought a vehicle, after buying and being put through to the finance department, I bought an aftermarket warranty, only to realize that the vehicle already had a transferable bumper to bumper warranty through the previous owner, a week after the purchase of the vehicle I tried calling on many different occasions and explaining what had happened, no one would get back in touch.
Apparently the aftermarket warranty is somewhat refundable after 140,000 or "x" amount of years, just annoying not getting any answers after the fact!
Hopefully you have a better experience
They made too many mistakes dealing with documents. and they said i have to call Honda Canada and fix everything. Now i am dealing with a long process with Honda Canada to correct information, Very disappointing..
However, Ryan Nifo was nice and very welcoming even after i told him i will not be making any purchase today i was just looking around he was still happy and allowed me to test drive 2 cars, then i ended up buying the car i liked very much. When you go in ask for Ryan!
The minute I walked in to this place the customer service was amazing, I was offered a nice cold beverage and the receptionist was completely welcoming. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle and really get a feel on what it would be like if it was my car. I totally recommend this place for anyone whose looking for a new car and a great buying experience. Would totally recommend friends and family here.

Just purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Type-R from Ryan Nifo and I could not be happier! He was super helpful and completely transparent throughout the entire deal (which lastest quite some time as I chose to preorder the car in February). My Civic picked up a nail in the tire before delivery and he immediately let me know and they did not repair the tire, they installed a brand new one free of charge!

I bought a used Honda Civic here and the car is great. The salesperson Alex, was helpful and kind. I brought my car home only to discover that the Bluetooth in the vehicle did not work. As it was advertised online that it had this feature, I contacted Alex and he assured me that this issue would be fixed. We arranged for me to come in the following week.
I live an hour outside of Oakville so spent my day off driving to the dealership to have this looked at. I had a friend pick me up and left my car with them for the afternoon so that it could be fixed. I returned a few hours later to be informed that they needed to order a part and I would have to come back AGAIN to have this issue resolved. I was assured that I would be booked a service appointment and would get a loaner car for the day. I inquired about maybe having this work fixed elsewhere as it was not ideal for me to drive to Oakville but the answer was no.. We will get you in and out of here quick when you return they said...
My next day off, I drove back to Oakville for my 10:30am service appointment. There was no loaner car, only a shuttle which was useless to me as I live out of town. I am an extremely patient person and I came prepared to wait for a few hours in the lounge. I did not imagine that I would be left waiting for 6.5 HOURS!!!! I kid you not. What was the point of me having an appointment? Why did they email me twice, to remind me of my 10:30 appointment, only to keep me waiting for a ridiculous amount of time to fix a simple audio issue. Why did the service department call me the next day to tell me I had MISSED MY APPOINTMENT (I wish I had missed it, I would like that time of my life back). Clearly something is wrong in the organization within this dealership. My Bluetooth is now fixed but what a waste of time. I kept looking at their company statement in the waiting room, thinking wow, I sure don t feel respected in being made to wait this long for my appointment.
I also was disturbed by overhearing a conversation between the receptionist Samantha, and a salesperson. They were discussing litter in their cars, and the receptionist stated that she liked a clean car and therefore would just throw garbage out of her window, and that her mom would get mad at her for doing so. I couldn t help but interject and ask her so you will just litter up the world instead? Where do you think that garbage ends up? I was blown away at the immaturity, laziness and utter disrespect for our planet that she conveyed with this statement. Great representation of your environmental impact, Honda!
So in short, I wasted 2 days driving to Oakville and hours and hours in the waiting lounge, to have an issue fixed that should have been checked before the car was sold and advertised as it working. I am left feeling frustrated, disrespected and annoyed. They gave me a $50 gift card for service with the purchase of my car, which I will be throwing in the garbage. I will never waste my time with this dealership for service ever again.

Clueless staff, indifferent service.. claimed it would take over 2 hours to do a simple oil change... seriously? my time is valuable... also sold a friend of mine a defective vehicle (has dents in the frame due to damage in the lot from this years wind storms)... despite numerous phone calls they never return your call.... awful service.. go elsewhere.
Ridiculous. Sitting here with my two kids waiting an hour to return my lease. Spoke to them this morning and they told us when to come in. Last time I was here for service a 1 hour repair (replacing a fog light) took 3 hours. Zero respect for your time unless they think you re buying a vehicle.

Getting my car at Oakville Honda was an extremely pleasant experience. I met with Jacky looking for a used Civic Si. While they didn't have one at right at that moment, Jacky contacted me the moment one came in. Jacky was a pleasure to work with and he explained everything so that everything was clear including the small details and finances. The service team has also been great for my regular appointments. The car is a blast and I highly recommend this dealership and Jacky's professional help. Will be back for another car for sure someday!
I went into Oakville Honda for service for an oil change for my 2018 Honda Civic. I had an absolutely horrible time at the dealership. This is my second trip to the dealership for an oil change. The first time I made the visit, the dealership took 3 hours for a simple oil change. After receiving the oil change, I used my loyalty card that I received when purchasing the vehicle to pay for the service. The dealership offers a $200 loyalty card for new customers. When paying for the service, I was informed that the card had a balance of $0. The service advisors figured out what was wrong and informed me that this issue would not happen again. Today, I experienced the same issue and had to wait an extremely long time for a simple oil change, but this time the service advisor Anthony Coventry was extremely rude and disrespectful. He informed me that I had a balance of $29 and when I tried to explain the issue to him, he would not listen to me. I was very kind about it. I also asked him to reach out to the Sales Manager Prakash that I purchased the car from, but he rudely told me that he's the 'Assistant Service Manager' and that any issue that occurs is taken up with him. I have never had a service advisor be impolite. Also, he charged me an extra $30 for a service and lied about the price. I did not realize that until I got home. I regret taking my car in for service at Oakville Honda. They provide the WORST service to customers taking in their car for service. I highly recommend avoiding Anthony. Him and the service team are completely unprofessional lying and overcharging customers for services. He charged me $90 for an oil change on a Honda Civic. The loyalty program is a complete scam. What really ticked me off was when Anthony stated that I would face the same issue next time I visit the dealership for service. I'm amazed at the audacity Anthony had to tell me that with a straight face. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership for service and going to a more respectful and trustworthy dealership for your Honda service.
Bought a used Car here from Martin, and came in from Hamilton to buy the car, as Sterling Honda in Hamilton did not work with me at all!
Martin's a nice guy, friendly, and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable with the transaction and negotiation. I appreciated that the staff were not pushy and allowed me to steer the experience. So far so good ....

Sam Assi was absolutely incredible. The first time I called him, I told him what I wanted and he started to brainstorm the cars that fit my needs. He then told me he would call me back because he wanted to find the perfect car for me, and that is exactly what he did. Right off the bat when I got to Honda the first time, he sat me down at his desk and offered me a warm beverage (which was all I wanted because of the weather). The car that I bought thanks to Sam was perfectly in the low end of my budget, it had all of the features I wanted in a car, and it was safe. I'm not much of a car person and therefore I didn't know exactly what to look for in terms of how safe the car is but I was so comfortable with him that I was able to put my complete trust in him. He answered all of my questions honestly and was just overall very honest with me throughout the whole process. A different car caught my eye and I was interested in it, and he told me it had a bad accident on it and that's why it was so cheap. If he was dishonest, he could have just not mentioned anything at all. I was extremely satisfied with Sam Assi's service. He goes out of his way to ensure your satisfaction. He won't rush the process because he wants to find the perfect car you, and if you're searching for a car you shouldn't be rushing anyway. He had flexible time so I could go see him whenever it was convenient for me. His service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend people to go his way.

Had a very good experience buying my 2018 civic there. We shopped around n their price was the best. Kevin was easy going and very helpful with the whole process.
I had my car tires changed recently. Cost $53.34. I had a $50 Dilawri card. Was told my Dilawri card had $25 service which I was allowed to use and $25 sales which I was not allowed to use. I was disappointed cos what I was told before was that $50 is for Dilawri stores and I was not told that the amount of $50 was for 2 separate departments.
I paid the $25 with the Dilawri card. Bal of $28.34 I had exact cash and was told I was not allowed to pay cash as they are not accepting cash, which I did not know when I brought my car in. I mentioned that Bank of Canada had asked stores to accept cash(May28/2020) so that Canadians have access to goods and services. No, he did not want to help me, a 60yr old. Said I had to ask my husband to come pay the $28.34 or pay by phone which I do not know how to use in the first place. I managed to call my daughter to settle the bill of $28.34.
In all my years of going to car dealers for tire changes or having our car repaired, I have not encountered such a store which, at least have a kind heart in them to help me and I pleaded with them to accept my cash for the payment. I was almost in tears.
To the Dilawri group, you need to encourage your representatives to let your customers know the exact details of the value of cards and that they are separate departments to spend them on which I was being misled. Be proud of your Dilawri cards that you issued to customers so that they are being valued. Not all of us are computer savvy and also I trusted what I have been told by your representatives. Look into the advice of Bank of Canada to at least try and help those of us who pay with cash so that we have access to goods and services. Have a heart. We are not asking for free services. We just want to pay for your services. Have a good day.
Made an appointment 1 week in advance for 10am for an oil change. Dropped off the car and didn't get the car back until 4pm. Was advised the car would be ready around 2pm. I had to call around 3:30 just to fond out if my car was ready.
Oakville Honda and in particular my great Sales Guy Kevin made buying a car a lot of fun. Kevin was on the ball, a really nice guy and great professional. Not pushy at all like some sales persons. Every thing I asked for or needed including some great coffee was provided with a smile.
The process was wonderful from start to finish. All of the staff I met were very attentive and helped make it a great experience.
When I walked into the showroom I had already negotiated a great rate for a 2019 Honda Passport at another Dealership. Kevin spoke to his guys and beat the original offer as well as my counter offer.
The Icing on the cake for me was when I noticed Honda had increased their Cash Promotion by another $1000 the day after I had signed to purchase the vehicle. I spoke to my guy Kevin and he brought it to the attention of New Vehicle Sales Manager Sean. Sean had no obligation to provide that extra discount but he just wouldnt have it any other way. Very classy move which will bring me back in the future. I used the money to buy a load of cool extras for the vehicle.
I highly recomend Oakville Honda they run a great operation, service with a smile and the staff are very personable.

I visted to look for a used vehicle. They didn't have a vehicle that met my needs but the staff was beyond helpful. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile. The ambiance immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome. Definitely a new style of buying experience!
Very unsatisfactory experience,after initially shopping for a vehicle and showing much interest, explained as I was from out of town that I had to confirm with my financial institution re securing a loan.On my way home sales associate called me to see if I could provide pictures of my car so it could be placed on an online auction site. I therefore assumed that my attempt to buy the car was progressing. Three day later I learned that the car was sold to someone else.I was extremely disappointed with the way this was handled.I feel that I should have been able to make a deal .I was not able to act as I would have.
They try to grab your money every time you go for service - with lies. I left my car for a tire change, and the Assistant Serivce Manager (name A.C.) called and said my wheel stud snapped off because I took it elsewhere last time, and those other people didn't torque it right. He charged me $17 for the replacement part and $117 for the labour. At the end of it, when I was paying, I asked to see the part that was damaged, and the mechanic guy showed it to me, and it was just that the thread on the stud was a bit rubbed and worn. It had NOT snapped.
It was not my first bad experiece with Oakville Honda. That's why I went elsewhere the time before. Now I will not go back to Oakville Honda again. They try to increase their sales with service, instead of doing what's best for you or your car.

So bad experience with them, the finance guys were not able to handle my credit / paperwork and they closed my file. "Surprisingly", I bought in another dealer, in less than 24h.
I had an abysmal appalling experience at this dealership. Some of the staff are the most belligerent and socially inept individuals I have seen. The overall service and prevailing attitude is deplorable.
Jeff was helpful, didn't have to haggle to hard for a better price, they were willing to help me out. Friendly, but fairly typical salesman. The cars are at some of the most expensive price points in the GTA. Contrary to popular belief, the term "you get what you pay for" should not be applied to vehicles.

I'd have to say, its a fact of life when you decide to buy a used car... they sell before you get to the dealership... in fact it happened to me twice before I landed on the vehicle I purchased from Oakville Honda. You drove from London, while driving to the dealership they had an opportunity to sell the car, why would they not sell it? They even gave you compensation... I have never got compensation from any dealership that sold the car on me and I have purchased many used vehicles for my self and for friends. There are plenty of used cars out there, continue your search and stop wasting time writing review Somar David.
Overall I had a great experience with Oakville Honda, the online assistant and Kevin. I would personally recommend this dealership.
Terrible in every way. No air-conditioning in my car, no call backs and the dealership apparently does not keep service records from previous visits. I called back multiple times chasing service. They promise to call back and never do. My car is a year and a half old and the car and service has been deplorable. I have warranty and still can t get service. I have had no air conditioning for a year!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!
Agree with F last's post. Had enough of the large bills, delays, and also had two different Honda vehicles in for service and have had three issues that required remedial action over last couple of months. In the last visit when I questioned the service representatives at pickup, I felt they were very unhelpful, bordering on rude. Will not be back.

I bought a car and it had to go through safety. Delivery wasn't on time. I took them almost a month to give me my car. I've had to call and follow up instead of the dealership updating me on the status of my call.
Worst customer experience I've ever had. Went in to buy 2 cars, the SA Alex was thorough and answered every question, but when it came time to talk finances with Brian the Advisor, he was condescending and making sarcastic comments right off the bat, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Then we had to cancel our purchase and the store Manager Mike or Mark told us that it was basically "up to him" to give us our deposits back and pretty much kicked us out of his office.The General Manager ended up giving us our deposits back and offered an apology. They also lost the original ownership slip for my car.
