I came in to Oakville Honda recently to checkout the new Accord. I received great service from Dylan Cohen as we went for some test drives in a couple of the different trim levels. I eventually decided to go with the Accord 2.0L in the Still Night Blue Pearl colour. I was told the car would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, however it ended up taking Oakville Honda 6 weeks to acquire it. During this process, Dylan kept me informed of what was happening and the reasons for the delay.

When it finally arrived, he also made the delivery process quick and accommodating with my availability. Thank you to Dylan and staff for assisting me to get exactly the car I wanted.

Recently made a purchase of a car with winter tires included. Day of pick up the sales associate told us they actually don t have the tires. All of this said after I sold my current car. Terrible service from them and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

1.Very bad attitude from the customer service when I went there for winter tire swap. 2.Hidden cost for the service in the bill, the service supervisor only suggest the service, but they didn t explain the cost, I just paid the invoice using credit card. BIG lesson learnt: pls review your contract with services breakdown and ask question about each service and how much etc. They expect you know everything as much as they (technicians) do! Those people are in a rush and make things rush so let you sign paperwork. Will not go back this dealer ever again.

I had a very terrible experience with Oakville Honda Center, when I visited them for just an oil change, however, I ended up paying $1100 for a minor problem (Engine starts after 4-5 attempts ) that I reported.

Anthony Coventry was the service manager who was dealing with me and In the name of analyzing and inspection (testing for the issue in the vehicle) they charged me $125 and also they gave me a quote to replace the 'Starter Motor' which would cost me around $1000+ (Inspection - $125 + Labor - $350 + Parts - $440 + HST $118 )

I was hesitant and asked them not to fix the issue and return the car as it is since I did not have enough money and it was not that big an issue. (As I was dealing with problem for past 6 months).

After oil change and test they returned the car and when I tried to start the car, Usually my car start starts in 4-5 attempts, however that day after the so-called inspection, they ruined the car's 'Starter motor' and did not start even after trying for more than 45 mins.

When asked for proper justification, they were so rude, greedy, unethical, unprofessional and suggested me to tow the car from the service center or keep trying until it starts. I was cornered/framed with no choice, but replace the 'Starter Motor ' then and there with them and I ended up paying triple times ($900) to fix for this minor change.

I have never seen any worst service center in my life like this one. I trusted Honda Center all these years and relied on them, however I felt betrayed, cheated as they were so pathetic and literally money suckers.

Save yourself, Do not go here! I will never come to this service center for sure!

PS - David Tucker, General Manager - Oakville Honda Service Center - We come to your service center so you can solve our problem, You need not create a new problem and make us pay more.
If your team continue to be money minded, your center will not sustain in the market for very long.

He provided me with all the information necessary and I did not feel pressured one bit, which is very important to me when car shopping. He was able to answer all my questions and was able to provide me with the options and pricing that I was comfortable with. Service is terrible, multiple calls to see if they could complete a repair - couldn't get a straight answer, no one called me back. I was told I had an appointment booked, when I called back to confirm I was told there was nothing recorded - how ridiculous. I ended up going to Halton Honda who were able to answer my questions, schedule and complete my repair.

I was extremely impressed at the level of service we received from Moe and from the financial service manager Sam, that helped us with financing the car. They were very friendly and most importantly they weren't aggressive during the sales process. They also answered all our questions as well. Oakville Honda definitely changed my negative perception about car sales advisors and in the end really made me see value in driving out to Oakville to deal with them. If you go and ask for Moe, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely disappointed to discover that I was ripped $800 after being told that if I don t buy the rust proofing package for my pre-owned SUV, I would loose the warranty extension!! Which is obviously a SCAM!.. and they took benefit of me being new to the country.. If I could give a zero star review that would be more accurate. Try some other dealership where they don't take benefit of your personal situation.. Anywhere else.

For the record I had a good sales experience with Jackie from Sales team! But the above scam happened during financing!

Amazing service through and through. Dealt with Ryan Nifo (Sales), Sam (Finance) and Brian (Sales Manager). Overall had a great experience. There was little misunderstanding but they sorted it out between themselves and made me a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Whole staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

I recently had my car serviced at Oakville Honda and the service technician FAILED to properly tighten my front left tire. Two out of the four necessary lug nuts were missing and the other two were loose.

My husband and I were driving home on the highway and the front left tire was making a loud crunching/grinding noise, we felt it was unsafe to continue and immediately took the nearest exit and found the nearest Honda dealership. We had an appointment yesterday with Downtown Honda and they told us the front left tire was missing two lug nuts and the other two were loose.

I am very concerned with the quality of service I received from Oakville Honda, because of the poor service, the outcome could have endangered our lives.

I have contacted the service center with my complaint.

My experience at Oakville Honda was absolutely amazing. My Sales representative, Alex Smith, went above and beyond to make sure purchasing any new vechicle was smooth and seem less. Even with all my questions (which could of driven anyone else mad ;)), he was calm, accommodating, extremely well versed and knew what he was talking about. He was trustworthy. The financing representative, Sam, was also extremely accomodating and made the experience quick and easy. I would recommend this duo anytime, anywhere. After a nightmarish experience at Whitby Honda, I came back to Oakville after Muneer had sent me a quick text message. Living in Pickering, it's not a 'right down the road' commute but sometimes you pay for the quality of service something or someone can provide you. I actually spent more than I intended to (they weren't pushy at all), but at the end of the day, I got a great deal on a 2017 Honda Civic Coupe with a few extras thrown in. It was a pleasure gentlemen.

My family and I were debating between an Honda Odyssey or a Toyota Sienna and being a long term Toyota customer for over 25 years, I was leaning towards the Sienna. Even before I came in to the dealership Jackie was very welcoming on the phone. Sould have known this was not the dealership to deal with when the salesman explained that my new car was taking longer than anticipated because it was on a ship from Japan.
Service department was so inept I drove to Burlington Honda for all scheduled service.
Talking with business manager was painful, didn't have a clue.
Burlington Honda or sterling honda have both been amazing

I spoke with Martin Saad who was extremely friendly, helpful and not to pushy .. which is nice to see in a salesperson! Martin sat down and explained to me how I would go about trading in my current car and getting a better and newer one. We looked at many different options and Martin made sure to explain all of the different features and advantages of each. Attentive, Supportive and knowledgeable! Went to Oakville Honda to look for a used Civic EX to replace my 2009. Met with Dylan who was very polite and professional and knew the details and features of the car that I was interested in. Once I purchased the car, Dylan kept me informed as to the car's progress through the licensing and preparation process. When a minor issue arose with the car on the day that I picked it up, Dylan and the rest of the team at Oakville Honda coordinated a rapid response to fix the issue within an hour. Overall it was a good purchasing experience.

Very good customer service and the woman at the service desk, Janice, was very nice and helpful! I went in to replace a recalled airbag in my car and it was done within the hour! :) Only thing that concerned me was that when I got home, I noticed some markings as well as a scratch along the inside of my windshield.

Very dissappointed with the service I have received the last 2 times I have been to this dealership. Once to have my winter tires taken off, and the other to have them put on. Both times I made an appointment, and had to wait several hours. The first appointment took them 5 hours to put my snow tires taken off. The Honda manager even had to come appaulogize. The second time, to have my winters put back on, I have been waiting 2.5 hours since my appointment time, and my car has not moved. What is the point in scheduling an appointment time if that appointment time doesn't even matter. Now I have to take the rest of my work day off, to sit and watch my car in the same spot I dropped it off 2.5 hours ago.

I used to think it was 5 stars but you refused to warranty the animal damage to my car. A 52 dollar part cost me 1200 to install. You offered a discounted extended warranty, thanks. But when one of your managers sent a tough email about putting a lein on my car without calling first to clear up a misunderstanding I started to consider other options. I just bought a car with Nissan and service at Halton Honda.

This was my first experience with the Service Department at Oakville Honda, and I must say I was impressed! I took in my vehicle for a recall, and the Service Advisor was prompt, friendly, and even offered to complete a complimentary multi-point inspection on my vehicle. Other shops I've been to charge $29.95 for similar seasonal inspections. The Service Advisor called me with an update after the work was completed, and notified me of a few minor repairs that were recommended. I declined the repairs, but I plan on returning to have the work done. No high pressure tactics, just provided me information that I was not aware of. Highly recommend bringing your Honda here.

I shopped 6 different Honda dealerships and this was one of the worst in terms of value for your money. Moreover customer service was not upto par. This is the Best Auto dealership I have ever been too !
From sales dept to finance , and to finalizing every thing , this is by far the best services We have ever seen in whole Canada .

I walked in there with my brother , just to check on Honda CRV .... knowing that we did put in a deposite for a totally different car agency and different car all together ....
We met RYAN NIFO who was more than excellent and gave me such a different impression .... walked out with a big smile on face telling my brother I m just getting the car from here no matter what ......
we canceled the other deal ... just coz we received a different service and excellent care from Ryan ..
RYAN : if there is more than 200 % to rate you I would have choosen that !
Sooooo professional , polite , experienced , and knowledgable , patient , and explain every single step in details and really you would love dealing with him .....
He made us feel for the first time ever in Canada , that it s like 10 stars service by all mean !
Really impressed ...

The whole process passed very smooth and excellent .... with no headache at all ....

By the way , we bought before higher cars for different purposes , like Mercedes Benz, Porsche .... and guess what .... this dealership and sales agent way of dealing and care and professional attitude and excellent service is by faaaaaaaaar much better than all of those dealership in higher category cars !!!
You won t believe it .....

I can't speak for the dealership BUT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! They are the worst. My car had an attempted break in and I needed to go to the dealership to have my door lock repaired and my keys reprogrammed. They had my car for 2 and a half weeks when they told my insurance it would only take 3 days! I called nearly every day to ask for a status update and was promised my car would be ready the next day and surprise surprise it wasn't! Worst off all there was a recall on my car which I asked on 4 separate occasions to get done and after 2 and half weeks with my car it was not done! Don't waste your time on crappy service!!! Consider yourself warned!

I am sorry if I have to rate you 1/5 .I had my car checked for battery issue and it is a brand new odyssey and your technician is way below the professional level and standard.
I am confident from what I am position as while I am writing another Honda dealership is replacing the battery under warranty because of battery factory malfunction.
I tried to send many emails and postponing any posts on your website with no one cared to reply back to me .
I don t recommend this place for any Honda maintenance at at all.

Both my wife and I recently purchased SUVs from Oakville Honda through Esteban Bernal. We came into the dealership not quite sure what we were looking for to be honest and Esteban was patient and thorough in showing us our options and pricing out multiple vehicles with different financing terms. We had our toddler in tow everytime we visited the dealership and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and enjoy his time there (from serving him popcorn and water to playing with him while he tore around the showroom). After deciding on our vehicles we were happy to meet with their financial manager, Sam Assi, who was incredibly efficient and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda or Acura!

Bought my first car Honda Civic Touring 2016 yesterday. I was scared to buy my new car because of my low credit limit but Sam Assi, Finace advisor, helped me get my credit approved and got me the best finace rates which I can easy pay off in the next 5 years. All staff gave the great customer service but above all, Ryan Nifo helped to get the best car available at their dealership. He was there to help for 24/7. He gave me his contact information and said contact me anytime you have a question. Most sales rep say this but you have to wait for hours to get a response back from them but with Ryan there was no wait time. He was always available to help, during office time and after office time. I would recommend all my friends and anyone reading this to go to Ryan Nifo if they want any Honda car. Great sales man and a great person.

I am so happy I bought my first car and very satisfied with the customer service.

Oakville Honda was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of my first car. I came all the way from Ottawa - a five hour trip - and don't regret my decision one bit!

I had received an e-mail and phone call from Kumaran within minutes of enquiring about the vehicle and he was amazingly helpful throughout the whole buying process. When I arrived for a test drive, the car was waiting in a warm garage - a nice touch for a -25 winter day. On the day I was to pick up my car, he even offered to pick me up at the GO Station. You can tell Kumaran really cares; he was outstanding from start to finish and the whole experience was completely enjoyable and stress free.

I am giving one star since I cannot give anything below. I have been going to this location for the past 6 years with my previous 2013 Honda accord and then I upgraded to the 2018 Accord. Ever since I have been having issues even before the first service. First with a vibration on the dashboard which they took a week to fix (although it in not entirely fixed until now). Then even before the car is 6 months old the AC gave away during the hottest periods of the summer the humidex values reached over 40. Initially the provided me with a loaner vehicle, the requested it back and the car has been in the dealership for over a week now. Since I am without a vehicle I went back requesting for a loaner car. I was amazed by the response of the service department assistant manager (Anthony). His option was for me to take my vehicle back as it is still drivable and the AC is just a commodity and the car is still safe to drive. And if I choose to drive car with my 3 year old daughter while the temperature is at 40+ degrees is a risk I am taking and it is not Honda's. He was very rude to begin with and that comment alone lost my faith in him and this dealership for having people like them to deal with people coming to them.

I have never received such terrible service as I have from Honda Oaville. I had ongoing issues with my automatic start, instead of being helpful the service manager became confrontational and then stopped replying to emails. I also emailed the GM with no response. If you have the choice, I would bring your service elsewhere or be prepared to be disappointed.
