Bought my very first car with the help of Tom Tran... NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL. I am a complete car noob and was 100% clueless walking into the dealership. Tom assisted me with literally everything -- picking out the car, payments, how to operate it, even down to the basics of owning a vehicle. He's extremely approachable, great with follow-ups, and has the patience of a saint!!! I probably had more questions than the average customer and he was able to answer ALL of it, maybe even 4-6x until I fully understood. He made the whole process super easy for me. 20/10 happy with his service!!!

If you know what you are buying and want to know more, would suggest to go with Sam, extremely professional and still friendly, gave me a straight up deal, no fuss, no going back and forth unlike some dealers "oh, let me check with my manager...blah blah"....almost a week now after purchase and still keeping in touch to make sure if everything looks good, or if I have any doubts/questions..

I just recently leased the new 2020 Honda Civic Sedan, with the help of Abdul Rehman. I was very pleased and thrilled with the entire experience. This is the second vehicle I am leasing from Maple Honda within 2 years, and the service just keeps getting better. I have been to other Honda dealerships for vehicle maintenance but they do not compare to the amazing service I always receive at Maple Honda. I was impressed with the breadth of knowledge that Abdul has about the Honda vehicles/makes/models/features, it really helped me narrow down on choosing a vehicle that was the right fit for me. He was professional & very responsive to my questions and emails. I was most impressed and happy with how professional & fast the entire process was. I met with Abdul on a Monday evening and was able to apply, get approved, get all of the paperwork done, and pick up my new vehicle that following Thursday evening so the entire process took just 3 days!! The amazing staff are the reason Ive bough my last two cars here, as well as the main reason that I still return to service my cars. Saliba Qaqish has been our main point of contact for any maintenance service we've required for over a year, because he goes above and beyond to meet and exceed any service expectation that we may have. From the moment I walk in, I get to talk to the same man who knows my car well and does everything that he can to help make the best of my visit. At every visit, my car has been thoroughly inspected for maintenance and issues I may not have yet noticed, often at no additional charge to me: only out of Saliba's genuine care for my safety and ease of heart.

I had my car s oil changed today at Maple Honda. The service and reception was excellent. With the extraordinary help of my advisor ,Pardeep Gill, who is so dedicated to his job, I had a fantastic service experience there. Service desk tries to tell you everything is wrong with your car. Went to change my winter tires and the service rep comes back telling me my transmission fluid is 'rusted', my battery is weak and my brakes need to change. A total cost of a 1000$ which I obviously declined. Oddly enough I got my transmission fluid changed earlier in the month by Roadsport Honda (who are more genuine) so clearly maple Honda is looking for money. To make matters worst, they found a nail in my winter tires that I stored there and had to pay and wait for the repairs. The last 3 times I've been there have resulted in services NOT offered in a timely matter and the British speaking service rep is a total snob. I am never going back here and warn others not to trust these people.

I purchased my first SUV, the Honda CRV - Touring! The experience with Maple Honda was fantastic from start to finish. My sales person was Ray and boy Ray knows his Honda vehicles. Maple Honda is a great dealership. I got a 2014 CR-V touring and it is also a great car. The main and most satisfying part of my experience was Paul's customer service. He gave me no pressure and let me take my time. He made it very easy for me, and I had the feeling that he truly tried to help me as much as possible. He is an amazing salesman and I recommend him very much.

Picked up a 2019 Accord here. Worked with Stephen and it was one of my smoothest car purchases yet. It was great that he was able to make a deal without going back and forth with the manager. To top it all off, after we had signed, they called me the next day because Honda had added a rebate and gave me that additional discount. The car arrived fast and I am enjoying the my new ride!

I needed a radio code for my 2007 Fit. I called Maple Honda and spoke to Eddie in the parts department. He tried to get me a radio code, but it wouldn't work. So he took down my info and told me he will contact Honda Canada. I honestly didn't think he would call me back but he did! He called me back within 10 minutes and got me my radio code. Most dealerships i've dealt with wouldn't have went that extra mile to contact the head office to find an answer for me. Great customer service highly recommended.

I purchased my Honda Civic from Maple Honda and the service was beyond what I expected. I knew I needed a new car but was unsure what I wanted. John helped me test drive the vehicle and I was very impressed by how much he knew and how patience he was with me. It was just like my 2001 civic but newer, bigger and prettier. I fell in love. I was asking a lot of questions and being very indecisive. I was later put in the hands of Dominique to do all the paper work. Fast forward to when I picked up the car . My burgundy night pearl civic was spotless and had a full tank of gas which I really appreciated. Before leaving the lot, Zak showed me all the features of my car. John, Zak and Dominique made me feel welcome every time I entered the building. I was always offered tea or a snack. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone else I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have been driving Honda cars for many years. After I had bad experience with other Honda dealer, I found Ray simply based on the good feedback from Google reviews. It proved that all good feedback about Ray are so true. Ray is very different with the other sales at the dealer. He is very honest, reasonable and helpful! I was looking for a car for a while and many people around me suggested Honda. Not knowing anything about cars I went to the Honda dealer across Yorkdale mall, I walked out as fast as I can. The imidiate judgement I received with the sales associates I could not believe that they considered that as customer service. Approximately 1 week after my boyfriend suggested the Honda in Vaughan so I went. As soon as I parked, I was greeted with immaculate customer service by a salesperson named Paul. He took his time and showed me different offers they had going on. I was very confused between getting a civic or a HRV and he gave his honest opinion. He explained the difference in detail with both cars and explained the differences between financing and leasing. Paul's knowledge and warm approach assisted me with getting my new car!!! :)

He can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, so communication isn't a problem between us. He provided awesome service for us. Before sales, he didn't push customers. During sales process, he patiently and meticulously answers all the questions about car, finance, and other documents. After sales, he also teach us how to handle new car. This experience is complete different with that I bought my 1st Accord from other dealership about 10 years ago. I very recommend this dealership and this nice sales representative.

Visited couple of weeks ago. Talked to Jeff. Accepted the offer I made for a new car started to do the paperwork then said "opps we don't have that model" but if you pay more ( their initial price) we will find it. Lairs with cheap tricks to sell you a car at higher price. Use any other dealership but this one.

Salesperson Ray was able to help me find another vehicle instead...One that had everything I wanted, for the money I was willing to spend.
